I’m guessing property management was crickets from whoever. However, we truly enjoyed our stay enuf if things are taken care of for future, we would rent again for a whole week. The location is perfect.

My husband and I spent three nights on Tybee Island. This unit was perfectly situated for the quiet getaway we were seeking. We were just steps from the beach and the unit was clean and comfortable. The resort is family friendly and quiet. We enjoyed watching the sunset and enjoying our morning coffee from the patio. Management was available although we didn’t need a thing- beach chairs and an umbrella were provided allowing us an easy and enjoyable visit. We recommend this location and hope to return.

We got married last weekend and decided to do a “mini moon” this weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Only thing we did not know when booking was that the beach the place is on is a small beach compared to the main strip. It gets pretty small when the tide is up especially, but if you don’t mind that like we didn’t then it really is great.

We had a great time staying here! We could see the beach/sunset from our balcony and were very close to the pool. Noise from the pool was never an issue! Lots of dolphins to watch from the beach, which was only steps away. Amazing communication and check in! We would definitely stay again!

While the building is older, this until has been completely renovated. We loved the layout and there was plenty of parking. You will not find a cleaner condo on Tybee!!

Loved our stay on Tybee Island! Our condo was beach front as promised, clean and comfy. The coastal cottage feel was welcoming. The property manager Deborah was a real doll and we enjoyed her southern friendliness. The beach was steps away, with dolphin watching each day. What a treat!

While the condo was great for the 2 of us (great location!) I think the owner needs to do some upkeeps. The screen door is off the track and the weather stripping is broken. There needs to be a mattress in the sleeper sofa, even if not being used as a sleeper. Without it, you sink in the sofa when you sit down. We had to sit on pillows in order not to sink. As far as the kitchen goes, a colander would be a great addition. Washing lettuce, draining pasta, etc. All in all i would be happy to stay here again.

Great time at &Tybee Island! Room was clean and very accessible to the beach! Was easy access to everything we wanted to do. Only problem we had was our gate key didn’t allow us entry. We called the owner and she came by with a new gate key immediately.

I was a bit worried when arriving as the outside appearance in the halls were not as expected but the inside was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and literally steps from bay side of beach! Felt private. Pool was in great condition. Lots of wildlife and cats everywhere but I like animals. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Condo is very nice & clean. Decor is nice. Kitchen is very nice & well equipped. Bathroom is really great, especially the hand held shower! Bed is comfortable. Location is great. Quiet & peaceful area of Tybee.
Con: couch is very uncomfortable after sitting for a few minutes. Kitchen table chairs are uncomfortable. Chairs on the balcony are uncomfortable. No comfortable place to sit in the condo. Comfort is a must after an adventurous day in Tybee. My husband & I both agree on the uncomfortableness. Couch & chairs need to be replaced & the condo would be 5 star.

This rental was wonderful. The unit was VERY clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. Soft jazz was playing as we entered. It gave a feeling of peace immediately. The owner has done a great job utilizing the space available in these small units. The unit is perfect for a couple. The unit has been updated. The shower and kitchen are very nice. I did not cook in the unit, but it looked like everything you would need is available. Note: There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit. There just isn't space. There is a coin laundry practically right outside your door should the need arise. The laundry looked clean and well kept also. The bay view from the unit is very nice. The bed was a little squeaky but comfortable. The couch need to be replaced as it is breaking down. But it was still ok. There was really nothing to complain about. If I were to make any upgrades they would be as follows: a better bed frame to fix the little squeak, a new couch, new white towels and washcloths. They just look cleaner and neater. (In all honestly, I brought my own washcloths) And I would add a Kuerig coffee maker to the kitchen in addition to the old school drip one that is available. These are things that are common in the price point of this rental. But none of those things would deter me from staying here again. The pool and grounds are nicely kept up as well. Overall, this is a lovely rental that I would most definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed for a long birthday weekend and loved it! The condo was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The perfect home away from home. The beach was right there and the pool right outside the balcony. I also loved the fact that it was just a short distance from the crowded downtown. Everything was very clean and very well kept. Melba was incredibly nice and personable. We are already making plans to go back for a longer summer vacation! Thank you!

Couch and bed have both seen better days. There was nowhere to sit and relax. Constant noise from the hallway made sleeping difficult. Bathroom was fine with great shower.

The unit was great for us. Good bed, bathroom, kitchen. It was a quiet week except for the Saturday night. A large group of young people stayed in the unit right next to ours & were up all night climbing over their deck railings & yelling etc. I thought that type of thing was not allowed. Other than that we loved it!!!

Enjoyed both the racquet club and the condo… it was nice and quiet and the beach was pretty much all ours. The walk to the beach was only minutes and easy. Glad we came and might come again this year. PS don’t forget your bug spray like we did.. Those no-see-ums love dusk.

The condo was perfect. As I walked in jazz music was playing softly and lights were on. Received a call the next day to make sure everything was good for my arrival. I loved the beach vibes with the color scheme and decor. Had everything you would want and more.
