The property was very clean when we arrived for our 5 week stay with a well appointed kitchen. There are plenty of towels and the beds are comfortable. It's in a really nice location next to the Country Club, which is surprisingly quiet especially in the evening. The shaded back patio is great and the fire pit is an added bonus on a cool evening. The Red Mountain Ranch development is nice because it's on the edge of town, but 5 minutes from grocery stores, Target and many restaurants. Plenty of walking options and great hiking is really close. The community pool was not heated, but the hot tub was very warm. Pool area was always clean and not overly busy. The property management was great to work with and very responsive to our needs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay so much, we booked for next year. You can feel confident booking this property and enjoying your stay.

Great location, right next to club house and fitness center. Very convenient for shopping, dining, freeway access and getting around the metro area. Felt very comfortable and safe staying here. We would recommend to others planning a stay in Mesa.

Very roomy, clean and well stocked home with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy access to everything, pickleball, golf, walking trails, etc.

This home was rather dark and dated. There was no comfortable seating anywhere. The patio was nice however the lounge chairs were hard plastic. Not comfortable at all. The outdoor grill was rusty and dirty and when I complained I was told to send a picture . We had to buy a grill mat to use it. The swimming pool was nice and not useable . It was not heated and no were was that mentioned in the ad. This home would be okay at the $200.00 rate . We paid over $400.00 per night. Overall it was disappointing.

This is the fourth time that we have rented this property. We love it and will continue to return here as long as the property is available. The addition of the gate to the backyard was a welcome feature. It was nice to allow the dog to go outside without worry of her leaving the yard! Thank you for installing it!

My Husband, my Sister and I absolutely loved staying at our beautiful one level, 3 bedroom and very spacious townhome in Red Mountain Ranch. We are all Senior Citizens and came to the Mesa/Scottsdale area to celebrate our brother’s birthday. This property was in excellent condition and very clean. This is a beautiful property. Secluded enough for peace and quiet, but close enough to have easy access to anywhere in the valley. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a perfect spot to stay in the Mesa area; this is it! Immediately upon arriving we felt at home, comfortable and settled in. We found the home to be spacious, yet cozy with bedrooms that were exceptionally comfortable as well as beautiful. The home is very clean and well taken care of. The location is amazing as we enjoyed the views and the many delicious restaurants within 5 minutes. A great place to stay and a great week we had! We will definitely be back!

Such a pleasant home in a nice neighborhood. We were all appreciative of the cleanliness of the house. We especially enjoyed the back patio which is shaded most of the morning and evening and has nice lighting at night. The listing should mention that there is only room for parking one car on the property, though the additional parking was quite convenient on a quiet side street near the house. It was a lovely home that with a reasonable price; I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home and property definitely would like to come back

We came to Phoenix for my niece's wedding and planned on staying a week. We were traveling with my elderly mother, who is disabled, and needed a single level home as she can't manage stairs. We also wanted a home that had access to a pool for my daughter to go swimming. This home filled the bill for us. It was VERY reasonably priced for such a beautiful and spacious home. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The outdoor patio area is beautifully landscaped with cactus, trees, flowering shrubs, and offers a fire pit area and grill, not to mention plenty of privacy. During our stay, we did notice several aircraft overhead since there is an airstrip nearby, but these were small engine planes that weren't that bothersome. It didn't take long to get used to them and then we hardly noticed them at all. The location was perfect for us. This home is just off Hwy 202, which enabled us to get around the metro area with speed and ease. It's also a short distance to nature trails around Red Mountain, so it was really the best of both worlds.Other reviewers have complained that the garage, which stores the owner's vehicle, wasn't spacious enough. We never had a problem parking our rental in the garage, which was a Toyota RAV4. I think it would only be an issue for larger SUV type vehicles, in my opinion. The only drawback to this home for us was the fact that the pool was empty and closed. That was a disappointment to my daughter. However, due to this, the owner graciously refunded part of our fee.All in all, pool or no pool, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this home again. It was an inviting space and really made our trip that much more enjoyable. The owners were very easy to work with and responded promptly to any questions we had. Overall, this property is an absolute gem!

We travel a lot for our son's baseball tournaments and so we are no strangers to vrbo rentals. This property was located in a beautiful area, right across the street from a golf resort. The entire home was spacious, clean, stylishly decorated, had ALL the amenities we could ever need. We were so excited to have this property to come home to and rest and relax, cook and do laundry after hot baseball games in the Phoenix sun. Oh, and it has a stationary bike, handweights, yoga mat, and resistance bands to meet your fitness needs away from home. Five stars all the way!
