My husband and I stayed with our two girls ages 10 and 14. The property was just as described and very clean. The location can’t be beat as it is across the street to beach access. Overall a wonderful stay!

The house owners get kudos. The place was clean and comfy. The kitchen was surprisingly well kitted out. And the place was 50 feet from the boardwalk to the beach! Well done!

This property was great for our stay! Great layout. It was very close to the beach. The barrier island makes the ocean much calmer at the closest access point which dampened my kids’ boogie board hopes. The flip side is that the calm water is great for dolphins! We saw a large pod of dolphins!

Great condo close to the beach
We had a great stay for Fourth of July week with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. The unit is so close to the beach and is well stocked. It could use some cosmetic fixes but overall was comfortable and clean.

Love coming to Seabrook! This location was great! Private and quiet. 5 min walk to the clubhouse/pool and the beach.

Railings on the stairs inside and on the deck are dangerous for a small dog, two wide so our dog (dachshund), could easily jump. Had a large rogue waterbug (roach?) In lower cabinet/ drawers. Bought roach traps. Location is perfect. Kitchen is well equipped.

This was the best of our three visits to seabrook island. The property was located across the street from beach access which was especially helpful with young children. Also prime location within walking or biking distance to beach club and golf club. We would love to stay here again for future visits and the property managers were great in communication and making sure we had a good experience.

Home was light filled with all the windows. Excellent location. Living room furniture comfortable. Kitchen cabinets disorganized. Master bedroom patio screen had big hole in it so unable to enjoy the fresh air.

Overall, we were happy with the location…walking distance to beach #9 although we ended up taking the kids to the beach closer to pool and cafe…they enjoyed the bigger waves and easy access to ice cream and snacks! We did enjoy beach #9 for the gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the pool and shops. The villa felt spacious enough for 2 kids, 2 adults and a dog. This is our third time at Seabrook and just love it!!

Everything was as advertised. Very short walk to the beach. The beach was wonderful; great for swimming (too cold to get in the water for the time we were there), so not a lot of waves if you like those. A wonderful place to relax, bike, walk or run.

The best things about this property are the huge windows and the access to the beach. The management company was also very easy to deal with.

Love being right across street from the beach
Villa was nice. Not the most updated but is great if you want to bring a pet. It was furnished with everything we needed. Location is good, close to beach and pool. The electrical plugs in the upstairs bathroom were not working had to plug my hairdryer in the bedroom. No big deal, I'm sure they will have that fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Wonderful stay
Home was wonderful, clean, comfy and just a short walk to beach. Really appreciated that we could bring our fur baby with us! Only downside was the beach. No waves like a typical beach. The small island in front of the beach kept the water calm, but I still loved the time we spent on the beach. Regardless I would definitely come back. A lovely, peaceful place to stay!

Great condo perfect for our family of four. Huge windows, very pleasant and easy all around. 5 minute walk to beach via walk #9. Love Seabrook! I saw sea turtle hatchlings (!), dolphins, and herons, osprey, egrets, pelicans...We enjoyed bike riding on the beach - Seaside Cycles delivered bikes to the condo before we arrived and picked up after we left.

Fabulous Location
We love this beach house. We are close to everything. Quick walk straight to the beach makes it easy to take chairs, tent, etc. without loading up a car. We can see the ocean from the bedroom. Saw dolphins everyday, saw sea turtles and a manatee!

First Time to Seabrook
We had a wonderful time and this beach from now on will be on first choice. The unit was very well equipped and perfect for us. The floor needs a deep clean but other than that our stay was perfect and we would definately choose this unit again.

Great location and very nicely decorated
The property was a short walking distance to both the beach and the pool area which made the location very convenient. It is nicely decorated but could use some new mattresses for added comfort.
The property management team was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our calls and inquiries. We will definitely rent from them again for any future Seabrook Island vacations.

This property is exactly what we expected and wanted for our vacation. Great location and perfect for a family vacation. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach at seabrook as this was our third trip to the island.

Air conditioning inadequate upstairs - cool downstairs. Kitchen poorly equipped.
The house was clean but poorly appointed in the kitchen and the upstairs air conditions was inadequate. There were few serving bowls in the kitchen. I would not rent this house again.
