Stayed here while moving our daughter to College Station! Great location and great amenities.

This place is just as described. We just stayed here for 4 days of new student conferences at TAMU. The owner has thought of literally everything to make your stay nicer. Anything from forgotten toiletries, first aid kit, snacks, and even a clear bag to borrow in case you forgot one for the football game. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean and inviting. The owner is also a former graduate. This is a perfect place to stay for parents or anyone needing a place to stay when visiting the campus and College Station. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great, except the heating unit was a little loud.

This was an absolutely beautiful home and experience for myself, my wife, and my in-laws!! We will certainly be back!

Sonja was great to work with. Her place is recently remodeled, clean and inviting. She had the place ready for us and brought some snacks in, which was a welcome sight. Shopping was right around the corner and Texas A&M is down the street and on the bus route. Thank you for making our trip an enjoyable one!

What a great place to stay! We use VRBO often and this is another find we will definitely want to come back to. A “Smart home”, how convenient and easy. Communication with the owner was great. Beds were comfortable, home was very clean, updated and we had more than enough amenities. Extra touches are taken with this home to provide comfort.

Great stay for 3 weeks here! Neighborhood definitely has character, but never felt unsafe. Walk or bike-able to campus with sidewalks the whole way. Interior of the duplex has been redone recently and is very comfy. The neighbors are super quiet. The owner has obviously put a lot of effort into making sure that guests have everything they need to feel at home. She is also easy to reach if you need anything. For sure will stay again when I’m in town!

This is a lovely place! It is a quiet, cozy place that was very convenient for picking up our Aggie granddaughter from the Quad at TAMU. I love how it is decorated with the Aggieland theme. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding and linens are of top quality. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower soap, luxurious thick towels. The kitchen has everything you need, we enjoyed the snacks left on the table and the Keurig with the coffees and cream. There is plenty of room to relax. We used the washer and dryer and were so appreciative to have that available. Within near distance and easy to get to we found a grocery store, bakery, restaurant, theatre, shopping and church. Sonia the owner is the best! We discovered after we checked out that we had left a bag there. The housekeeper discovered the bag, secured it in a safe place, and later delivered it to our granddaughter. We found out she was an Aggie also, what a network of awesome Aggies! We would definitely stay here again.

The duplex is a comfortable place to stay and reasonable priced. Looks to be newly renovated. It is close to campus, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Owner is readily available for questions or if any issues pop up. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

This property has been completely updated/remodeled, and is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable game weekend stay. Very clean and modern, with an efficient kitchen space complete with coffee and fixings. The best feature of this property, for us, was the location! VERY close to campus, within walking distance of the grocery store, and located right on the shuttle bus route for game day shuttles. On football game weekends, you definitely want to stay somewhere where you can meet your basic needs (grocery, getting to campus) without having to drive your vehicle around College Station with the crowds who are in town for the game. The neighborhood is quiet, and our fish (freshman at TAMU) was able to come to the property with us and enjoy a long afternoon nap after a busy weekend of duties on campus. Bedrooms are clean, quiet, and outfitted with excellent quality bedding providing for a very good night's sleep. We will definitely return here!

We just returned from the Clemson/Texas A&M game and we had an amazing stay in this condo. Sonia welcomed us weeks before we arrived with travel arrangements and also contacted us before we arrived to let us know she was stocking the place with snacks. The place was not only stocked with snacks, but had every amenity you could think of for our stay. The place was clean and decorated so true to A&M history. The beds were so comfortable, we had no problems getting a good nights rest after Midnight Yell and the game. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with anything we may have forgotten, it was like being at home. The best part, was the amazing host and how well she took care of us. Would recommend this place to anyone coming into College Station. 5 stars in my books!

We were in town for a 5 day stay to watch our daughter swim at the SEC Championship. The unit is as the pictures show. Cute! Sonia is a helpful and gracious host. Close to A&M and restaurants and grocery. The neighborhood is mostly rentals but quiet. Sonia thinks of everything. We got in on Valentines and there were fresh flowers and chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge. There was a clear bag for use per SEC guidelines which saved me big time. Thanks Sonia.

This is the best place to stay for a game! The owner was so accommodating-- clean fresh towels, plenty of paper goods, stocked coffee bar, cokes in the fridge, snacks and even extra 12th man towels and a clear bag with ponchos for the game. Clean duplex and easy renting instructions. Very nice and will stay here again! Great location tooo!

We had a wonderful time with our family and friends attending the Texas A&M vs Auburn football game. I highly recommend using this home or any nice VRBO, Homeaway or Airbnb. The experiences we have had with the owners and homes on these sites have been wonderful. WDE - War Eagle!! Gig’em Aggies!

Nicely furnished in a comfy and cozy setting... felt right at home. Cleanist VRBO we have ever stayed in. Overexceeded our expectations. Great location; easy and short walk to the game day bus. Recommend this to anyone staying in Aggieland and we will be returning for future Aggie events. Thank you!
