Close to skiing

The house is really a cabin- inadequate heat in downstairs hall and bath- frigid in cold weather. No privacy as walls are thin. The beds are super uncomfortable. The cobwebs with spiders are untouched and there are plenty of dead bugs in the light fixtures and the window frames. The torn screen door that greets you suggests a lack of care but having no heat in the hall and bathroom is really ridiculous. The bathroom floor is frigid and because there is no insulation between the floors it is very noisy Downstairs when someone is walking around upstairs.

All our group could stay same place

Garbage had not been emptied. Steps a hazard. Smelled of cat spray. No instructions as to regular tv. Beds not comfortable. Rat droppings under kitchen sink. No extra garbage bags.
