They gave us the wrong entry key code. It was frustrating and we were treating with condescending attitudes. Once they realized that we weren't idiots they were very helpful.

Location was great.

This is minor, but the TV remotes and controls were very difficult to understand and operate.

it was very nice. the location is quiet.

it was huge! 3 bedrooms - we could have lived there! top of the line appliances. the garage had everything we needed for a day at the beach. great location on a beautiful resort.

we had difficulty finding the walking path to the beach. but we drove - no biggie.

Bed sheets were a bit worn out. Initial garage access code was wrong. One pool key fob no longer worked. Neighbors left their lanai light on late one night and it made I hard for us to get to sleep. Some of the lights did not work, but we could not find any replacements in the unit.

Everything except the cleanliness of towels and bedding.

On the first day there was a huge alive centipede in the Master bathroom! Although my daughter was successful with killing it, I was hyper-vigilant the remainder of my stay.
