It was a great place to stay, great location and lots of room!

Clean house, Great communication with owner, would stay again.

We arrived Friday night and they allowed us to enter earlier than our check in time. Had our family Christmas and it was amazing. They had everything we needed. All we had to bring was the food!!

The group of us travel once a year. This place had plenty of space for bed rooms,cooking, and places to relax. It is located in a great area with lots of things to experience Total recommed it

The space was great and was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to get to during our stay.

Family reunion of 7 siblings and spouses. We loved the open kitchen/ living room and spent lots of time outside around the fire. Landscaping with multiple levels for sitting had plenty of chairs. We wished we had brought the corn hole game. Peggy was an outstanding manager with very quick responses. Will definitely come back!

It fit our family very well. Plenty of beds and space. Kitchen had every thing we needed. Nice fire pit that we used twice. All in all a very nice stay for our family.

As others have said, the property had plenty of space for us to spread out, plenty of parking room (at one point we had 6 cars and a motorcycle with room for more), and a lovely backyard area. We enjoyed the main floor kitchen/family area. Beds were decently comfortable, and the AC worked well, which was great. Would recommend! It's a short drive or a nice long walk in to the Arnold's Park area. We did both.

Property was clean and inviting. It was nice to have a homey quiet place to relax besides a hotel room. There’s enough room for the noisy ones to be in one area of the house and others to have their peacefulness.

This property was just the right size for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and having 2 refrigerators was just what we needed. Close to all of the places that family members wanted to go to, and when we rented a pontoon were able to pick up family members on the dock that was close to the property. Only thing that I would suggest, when we have stayed at other places, they always had an assortment of spices and such kitchen supplies available, and being used to this, we did not bring seasonings for our cooking.

We loved the house! It was perfect for me, my kids and all the grands!!

We were able to fit a party of 11 comfortably! Appreciated having 2 fridges, nice open concept, big deck/back yard option. We were able to easily communicate a couple minor cleaning suggestions to the property managers. Many of us said we would stay again for other events! For future visitors I would recommend grabbing firewood to bring.

The location and outdoor space of this property are the shining stars. Additionally, there is a lot of room inside with fully functional spaces on the first and second floor allowing multiple families to branch out. Peggy was wonderful and super responsive to the minor needs that arose. A+++

Love this place so much as it has separate living spaces which great for a family get together. Very practical and comfortable. Great location, minutes from everything, and only a short walk to the lake. Looking forward to bringing our family together again next year!

There was plenty of room for my family (15). The back yard provided space to play games and we all enjoyed the fire pit. We had a nice parking area for our four vehicles. We brought a lot of our own food and with the two refrigerator there was enough room for everything. The house was close to many of the places we visited and some even walked to the the amusement park. The only thing I would suggest would be to let people know where the switch is for the garbage disposal. Didn’t even realize there was a garbage disposal because we didn’t see a switch. Then when we looked under the sink we saw there was one and we did find a switch after a short time. Overall we had a great time. Thank you

This was a great house for our family of 11 to meet and enjoy time together. There are 7 bedrooms and two family rooms so everyone could spread out for quiet time or gather for cards and board games. The kitchen had an abundance of counter space for meal prep, serving, and dining. This is off season and some snow on the ground yet, but in other seasons, the patio, fire pit, and deck area are great spaces also. We took our annual family picture on the deck stairs. Peggy was great to work with and communicated promptly with me. Our group consisted of adults, teens, and preteens. Everyone agreed that it was a great place to stay.

We rented this location so that our wedding party could all stay together in one location instead of spread out in hotels across town. There was room for everyone to have their privacy and still plenty of common area for everyone to get to know each other! The location was perfect and so easy to find! Not to mention, plenty of easy, accessible parking as well! Peggy was so quick to respond to all of my questions and so helpful in making sure the listing would fit my needs. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a large home when staying in Arnolds Park!

Property worked out very well with 7 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Location,parking and outside fire pit was an added bonus. Everyone had plenty of space never felt crowded for 12 adults.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The pictures actually didn't do it justice. We had 13 people stay with room for many more. Checking in and out was an absolute breeze. We plan to come back!

Great place to stay with family! Plenty of parking space , close to many things but still quiet space to relax.

Plenty of room for our group of 16. Everything was great. Very nice outdoor area. Host was very responsive even with something as small as pairing the tv remote. All had a wonderful time and would recommend to stay here if you have the opportunity.

They property was a great location and was exactly as described. Contact w/the owner was very responsive for any questions that we had. The home was beautiful and more than spacious for large groups and was a great place to gather during a weekend in Boji. I highly recommend the property not only for its location but ease in every facet of the booking/stay process.

What a great experience with this property! As a first time Vrbo user I was a little nervous, but everything with this host and property was easy and comfortable! Absolutely perfect setup for our family get-together. With 7 bedrooms, everyone of all ages could have sleeping privacy. With so many little ones, we were happy not to be right on the water. Only a short walk to the community dock, and we could load up for boating fun. Our nanny bragged about it, and her friends are considering a stay here! Thank you for a great week!

We were a family of 13 ( 11 adults and 2 children ) plenty of room in the house to spread out! Nicely wooded area with a deck to accommodate us outside also. Garage was used to store our bicycles during our stay. There is a PUBLIC access to the water near the house that we used to go swimming off the pier. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a 7 bedroom home that needs the space. Peggy was great in communicating any concerns or questions we had during and before our stay. John

We come to Okoboji every year and as our family grows we need a larger place to stay! This place was the best! It had 7 bedrooms and 3 baths! Perfect place for us! House was equipped with 2 washers and dryers too! Served us well!
