Our time at this home was great. The host was very communicative and everything went very smoothly! I would rent from her again.

An incredibly responsive host, quickly fixed all we complained about. Great place for kids, pets, large groups, long stays. Highlights: . Good for relaxing, interacting; spacious, comfy couches, rec equipment . Enough couch and dining seating for max allowed guests, seating for 30+ in backyard . Fenced yard (but check gate, was open when arrived) . Main bathroom had magnetic handheld shower head, easy even for short people, good pressure . Good storage spaces, places to put open suitcases up Other (we didn't mention; if it matters to you contact host, I bet she'll fix it for you. If she says she'll do something she will): . Kitchen plentifully stocked with many plates, glasses, utensils, pans, spices, etc. Even some containers for leftovers. But most pans badly dented or scraped, and many things in cabinets dirty. There’s so much stuff, much isn’t used each time; I don't expect host to clean everything every time, we just cleaned stuff before using . Many outlets but electric old: lights flicker sometimes, dim when AC comes on . Large hot tub, nice seats, but jets on only 1 side work . Garage now a separate studio, no shared space, but can sometimes hear people. New with best sound insulation, host didn't know so may improve. Or just use other couches . A bit shabby with scuffed paint, stains on walls and ceiling, some pool cues without tips, etc. But traveling with pets or kids I’d feel uncomfortable with pristine We’d definitely stay here again.

Lael is a great host!! This was our second time our family had the pleasure to stay at her home. Everything about the stay was wonderful. We had a brief interaction with her on our way out. She was kind and welcoming!! Thank you Lael, we are looking forward to booking with you again!

Place was nice, fully equipped with everything you may need . Neighborhood seems peaceful, nice neighbors and was comfortable. Yard was amazing. We grilled and kids (4 and 5 yr olds) enjoyed it to the fullest.

The house was perfect for our big family in town for my nephews USMC graduation. It was better than the pictures & so clean! Lael is an excellent host & we can’t wait to stay again!

The kids had a pool, poker, and video tournaments. They loved it!

We had an amazing time at this house! Everyone had something to do between pool, tvs, games, and the hot tub. Neighborhood was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! Would book again.

It was perfect for 5 adults and 6 children. Clean and ready for us when we arrived. Everything we used worked....microwave, dishwasher, hot tub, TV (for the super bowl) and refrigerator. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay and would rent the home again in the future.

This property was exactly what we needed for our family! It was perfect for all ages. Pool/ping pong table was a hit and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. There was an abundance of linen and towels and the kitchen had everything we needed! We were only a few minutes from the freeway which got us where we needed to go in a short time! Overall, a great property and the owner was very nice when we did speak. The only thing I would say is that I wish there were more pictures on the post. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for our family. The backyard was great for our dogs and us. It was like a park setting. Lael was extremely responsive regarding garbage disposal not working. Beds were great, large gathering areas were great. The natural light was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again and would recommend to others especially for folks with dogs.

We couldn’t have been happier with this property. We were traveling from Utah to a wedding in San Diego and this property was just a few minutes away from where we needed to be. We were planning on a beach day but the weather wasn’t cooperating (59 degrees Fahrenheit). Certainly not beach weather but our kids were fully entertained with the corn-hole, hot tub, pool table and tons of TV’s to use. We had a great time despite the weather!! We did have a couple small issues but the host was easy to contact and responded quickly to make everything right for us! We had a huge group staying with us and there were enough rooms and beds and blankets and pillow to more than accommodate us. What a great place! I would totally recommend this property to anyone. Enjoy your stay!

This is one of the best houses that was filled with everything we needed. The owner was the best and very friendly. We appreciate everything that she offered us. The backyard was one of the best thing ever with lights around. We loved it

10 of us were able to sleep very comfortably here. Had everything we needed, and many different areas to lounge around. Close to many different spots in San Diego so location is great.

When got there the place was clean, and was a really good place to be at. Had some problems with some situations and the woman who owned the property she did everything she could to help fix it. She was very kind and understanding and did what she had to do to make sure we had an enjoyable time. SeaWorld, Belmont Park weren't far. Also a jumper Park & a mall that was nearby. Everything was about 10-15 minutes away. The grocery store & Walmart were down the hill, also 2 gas stations. So it was a good experience all in all. All the amenities you needed were there so it was really nice.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It was the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and it’s was spacious enough for a group of four adults. The host was also nice, helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again.

The four of us had a lovely time in this spacious home. It is really set up to be the perfect place for a family as there is a pool table, corn hole, hot tub, other games and lots and lots of outdoor seating. However, we four adults were very happy and made use of some of the entertainment options. One negative (and this one is fleeting) is the curb appeal is lacking and it seems rather rundown from that perspective. It is true the inside furnishings aren't new or modern, but they are in reasonable shape and very clean. They look like the pictures. It would be nice to have a few instructions and recommendations such as how to operate the 6 TVs (yes!) and nearest grocery and local restaurants, if any. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get to every destination we had which we considered very reasonable.

The host was absolutely amazing. The property was in great shape and the location afforded great access to the adventures we elected to take in. These included a visit to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and a Padres game. Each one being less than 15 min from this location. Can not say enough about our host. It may have been a little chaotic at the start, as a wedding party was a little late in moving out, but we were also about 20 min earlier than posted check in time. And the host made everything right. Thanks again for making our family visit to San Diego a great success!

Had a hood time at the house, lots of stuff to do and very comfortable

This property fit our big group comfortably. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the property was. It was clean and welcoming. The owner had graciously supplied lots of linens, blankets and hygiene products. The manicured back yard was beautiful and this property is fully stocked with games to keep the kids and the adults entertained. TV’s in every room. Centrally located near USMC, Seaworld, Downtown and other popular beaches and attractions. I would definitely recommend this property.
