This was our 7th time staying in this beautiful home. It has everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable, stay. The pool, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. And the separate family room is a real bonus. We look forward, every year, to our family vacation! Thank you Jeanne!

We all (family and friends) really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and ‘man cave’ plus a patio and pool, we had plenty of room. Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room.

Pictures do not give this place justice. Absolutely gorgeous house with everything you need for a true vacation. Jeanne was very responsive and kind. She was flexible when we had an emergency with our 3yo and needed to extend our stay. We would love to be back!

The house feels like a home, very cozy. Lots of space, a beautiful garden, great pool, and view over the valley. Also lots of equipment in the kitchen for cooking and baking anything you like.

Great location for a Sideways weekend! Spotlessly clean with a wonderful pool and spa. Beautiful valley views. Will return when the weather is warmer to take better advantage of the pool. Highly recommend.

Our group consisted of three brothers and spouses who traveled from GA and TN to visit the older brother and his wife in Lompoc. This home was perfect for our purpose, which was to visit and celebrate together. We gathered with niece and nephew, plus a friend, and cooked, ate, talked, and generally enjoyed each other. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and a joy to cook in , even with 3 cooks! The pool area was amazing and large enough for all of us. The laundry area was so convenient, and they even supplied pool towels, Beach hats, and detergent. Bathrooms were nice and large. There was a lovely vintage feel to the home. The view was spectacular! We honestly felt like we paid for a million dollar view with a beautiful home thrown in. We cannot wait to come back.

We booked this home for a family golf getaway post Christmas. We had 4 kids 10 and under as well as 4 adults. The views of the city lights at night through the picture windows were so serene. Even though rain dampened our plans a tad and only golfed at La Purisima one day, there was still plenty to do as Solvang was an easy 30 minute drive.
Jeanne was so responsive and helpful in answering questions and making sure we felt welcomed. The house was exactly as described and the most well maintained older house we’ve ever stayed in! It was so quaint, well decorated, well maintained while not losing the charm of a small town neighborhood. We gushed over the layout as it’s perfect for multi generational families or those with younger kids as the “game room” (that’s what we called it) was clear on the other side of the house from the bedrooms making late night tv watching possible after the kiddos went to bed. (I also had laundry room envy as to how large and well equipped it was!)

This will be our 5th year staying in this beautiful house. We look forward to it every year. Grandma (me), T-pa (my husband), 2 daughters, their husbands and my grandchildren (2). The house is perfect for our needs....roomy....great pool....huge separate family room and Jeanne always ready to answer any questions we may have. Close to some beautiful wineries and everything else you can possibly need.

Perfect home for a family or good friends
This home is so welcoming! Our family of six (parents and sons with spouses in their 30s) found the home perfect for a post-Christmas gathering. It is a roomy house that has space to spread out, but also pleasant gathering places for everyone to be together. The pool and surrounding gardens are beautiful. We were there during a rainy week in December and couldn’t take advantage of the back yard, but it was nice to see it from the kitchen table.
The owner couldn’t have been more helpful. She was very responsive, but never intrusive. It is obvious that this home has been lovingly cared for over the years. We immediately felt at home and were grateful for the fact that the everything is provided so you can simply move in for your stay. Naturally, you need to purchase your groceries. Check the list on the website for all the amenities that are included.
All of the beds are very comfortable and the home is very clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with every type of pot, pan, utensil, and appliance you may need.
Lompoc is conveniently located for hiking trails, the Purísima Mission, several beaches, and towns such as Solvang and Olivos. If you enjoy wine tasting, there are numerous tasting rooms, as well as vineyards nearby.
The neighborhood in which the house is located Is safe and quiet. We highly recommend this lovely home!

Jeanne is a great host - very responsive and helpful. She left us not one, but two, bottles of wine...a nice surprise. The home was very clean and comfortable. Very large and was very well stocked. If you want to stay in the Lompoc area, we would definitely recommend this home.

the parking on street and walking up long flight of steps with luggage/food etc. not the most pleasant, especially leaving in morning with heavy dew on stairs. House well appointed with furniture, comfy beds, cooking utencils since we are all 'foodies'.

This home felt like home and was welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for food preparation and serving.
Home was very clean and spacious. Pool/spa is well kept and was very enjoyable to use. The location is very private in a quiet neighborhood.
Jeanne was wonderful to work with. We originally book this home for use in 2020 but due to Covid 19 we needed to rebook it for 2021 and she worked with us for the changes we had to make. Jeanne is very personable and a pleasure to know.
Any of the 6 of us from our travel group would recommend this home.

Great all around!
We were 2 families having a relaxing getaway and were so happy to have found this house. The host provided everything we could possibly need, and if needed there were plenty of markets nearby for supplies. The house was clean and so comfortable that we didn’t leave the house at all on some days. The pool was the highlight and many happy hours were spent there. The location was great for easy visits to Solvang (and Ostritch land!), Santa Barbara and La Purisima mission. The house is well cared for and the communication with the host was great! All information and instructions were clearly laid out. We hope to be back!

Amazing pool and game room!
The house was exactly as pictured and described- the highlights were the pool, beautiful outdoor space, and foosball table. The house was really clean, despite having some older furniture, but all the appliances were upgraded and worked well. We loved exploring the Mission (highly recommended!) and drove to Solvang, Santa Barbara, and Jalama Beach.

Spacious property had all of the amenities including spa, pool, huge outdoor patios, and game/fun room. Family and friends had a fun time. We visited several wineries in the area and grilled “at home”. House is a bit dated, but that didn’t affect our stay. Highly recommended.

We loved it!!!
Our family came for a wedding at La Arboleda( a beautiful venue). But we’ll forever talk about the fun we had at Jeannes house. We played board games one night. Had an ongoing fussball challenge going on. Played in the fantastic pool with the little ones. The house was laid out perfectly. Bedrooms on one side and the game room/ TV down a long hallway on the other side. My favorite place was the living/ dining room with six floor to ceiling windows. The view was unbelievable!! I also loved the artwork and the gardens. Also if you have children there’s a city playground very close by that’s like no other. My daughter, a teacher thought it was a great learning experience!
Jeanne was very helpful. She suggested a great place where I got my hair done. And let us check in a little early so we could get to an impromptu party that night.
We loved our stay!! What more can I say? Maybe again next year.

Great house with everything you need!
This house is amazing. It was very clean and had every amenity a guest could want! The beds were very comfortable and everyone in our group commented on how well they slept. Of course the beautiful pool is a great bonus, which we all enjoyed. Jeanne was very quick to answer our questions and provide needed information. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Lompoc. My friend and I wanted to get away from work for a few days and find a house with a pool to relax and enjoy the summer, and this was a perfect choice! From great communication before/during/after our trip, to a wonderfully clean and welcoming home with plenty of space to spread out and relax - everything about this experience made us feel like special guests. Would love to stay here again
