Aggiornato nel 2018. Cortile privato / piscina / area spa protetta da un paesaggio tropicale, spazio molto rilassante.
La nostra casa è il più vicino possibile alla spiaggia di Naples Park.
Recentemente rinnovato e aggiornato nel 2018. Cucina con ripiani in granito, nuovi armadi ed elettrodomestici, aggiornamenti per camere familiari e camere da letto. Questa affascinante casa per non fumatori si trova a mezzo miglio da una bellissima spiaggia nel nord di Napoli (10 minuti a piedi o 3 minuti in bicicletta). La casa è stata rifatta con i vivaci colori della Florida. Ha tutti i comfort per farti rilassare e trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile, con molte biciclette e attrezzatura da spiaggia. La casa è molto PULITA !!!! Dotata di un piano piano aperto con cucina completamente attrezzata e ampia zona pranzo, questa casa dispone di tre camere da letto, due bagni e può ospitare fino a sette persone. Un lanai schermato con mobili da giardino si apre su un ponte con piscina riscaldata e spa.
Master suite ha un letto king-size, ampia cabina armadio, TV via cavo e un ampio bagno arredato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una terza camera ha due gemelli con rotelle. Internet WiFi in tutta la casa, lanai e piscina. Oltre all'aria condizionata centralizzata, c'è un ventilatore in ogni stanza. Nel garage troverete sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, dispositivo di raffreddamento, biciclette e rimorchio per biciclette (per trasportare oggetti in spiaggia). Inoltre è incluso nella tua vacanza un pass per il parcheggio per i parchi statali della Florida.

The wife and I decided to escape Broward for a nice quiet retreat with the children in Naples, and found this beautiful home a very short distance from Vanderbilt beach. The home was as advertised and the host Lance was very accommodating and quick to reply when called upon. The only critique if I had to give one is that I would have liked for the hot tub to have heated up more. Aside from that it was a fantastic stay

The location for this property could not have been better- just a short walk to the beach! We had small children with us and really enjoyed the pool and backyard. It was a bit chilly the week we were down visiting but paid to have the pool heated and were able to comfortably use it the entire trip. The house itself was the size we expected and was well equipped for cooking, had loads of towels, and lots of other items you may need throughout your stay. Many lovely aspects to this property, with that said though we did have some issues. On arrival we found the house to not be in the cleanest of states, found some broken glass, had to go over the floors a bit, clean dishes and laundry we had to unload before being able to use ourselves, etc. Nothing major and the owner was quick to respond and refund some towards our inconveniences. The house itself needs a bit of tlc, for example the showerhead in the second bathroom is broken and was never replaced, didn’t feel so kind showering in there. Once again nothing major but the reason for my 4 stars, overall the property worked well for my family and we enjoyed our trip to Naples.

Loved this property. Great location. Walking distance to beach (less than a mile). Small but family friendly pool w/ hot tub and shelf for toddlers (grandkids loved!). Lots of bikes inclu. burley trailer. Well stocked. Comfortable beds and good showers. Did not feel cramped. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our month long stay!

Family absolutely loved the spa. We didn't cook, because we were on vacation! There was a little blip with the AC, but Lance was responsive and it was remedied.
All in all a really nice place to stay in a great Naples location.

The house, pool and spa were great. The house is super close to the beach and the beach pass to Delnor Wiggins beach was an added bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and he provided thorough, easy to understand details on the home.

We provided paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent. There are also plenty of bikes to use to get to and from the beach. Great hosts and close to the beach.
The hosts were very accommodating and responsive during our entire stay. A quick car or bike ride and you are sitting on the beach. Nice to have bikes included. We appreciated a nightly soak in the spa and was one of the reasons for choosing this property.

Great location for an escape
Well-appointed house. Incredible pool and hot tub. Good location for beaches, shops, restaurants… and a really nice place to just stay and relax inside or out. some road construction and a home going up next door — you heard very little and it wasn’t a distraction at all as landscaping blocked most of the sound. Easy check-in procedures and clear instructions on how to operate everything in the house!

There were a few over sights from. The cleaning crew but nothing major. Owners were extremely responsive to questions and I loved the park pass they provided which we used once during our stay. Also the house directions print out was super helpful so we knew how to use the hot tub and expectations for during/check out.
The ceiling fans and lights were not attached to a light switch and we couldn't reach the pulls so we couldn't use over head lights and fans so maybe adding the long fan/light pulls would be helpful.
The master bath is small & water does get out of the shower so be mindful of where you place a towel.
Over all it was great and I would totally rebook this space.

We have had a fineness time. The property is exactly as it says on the tin.
There are masses of towels, crockery and other utensils.
We would be happy to come here again and would recommend to other renters.

Great Value in Naples Park
The pool and spa (hot tub) were awesome. We used the spa much more than anticipated. The house was clean, new appliances, comfy beds, owners were very nice to work with. The house's location was very convenient. A little over a mile to Delnor Wiggins Beach, the same to Vanderbilt Beach. There is a great little park(Connors Park) to walk your dog, or run, that is a 1 mile loop just steps from the house. Easy trips to either Naples, or Bonita Springs. We took advantage of the bikes as well. We were there two weeks and didn't get to do everything we set out to do.

Quiet Relaxation
We were looking for a quiet relaxing stay with our adult daughter who had a medical procedure. This was perfect. We used the pool and had quiet walks in the neighborhood. Restaurants, stores, etc. were conveniently located. Perfect for us.

As evident from my title, location is great. Really near beach as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The home was perfectly comfortable for us (total of 6 + our cat & dog). Pool and hot tub is new or recently redone. Fully furnished. If I were not to give it 5 stars in every category it would just be the walkway to the front which requires a simple pressure clean and the screen door that needs to be adjusted, but do not be discouraged by these two minor things. Thank you Tina and Lance.
