The place was great we were there for a week and it was nice everything was so close we really enjoyed all the space there was

Condo property was conveniently located to beaches, shops and attractions. Amazing views and sunsets. We were able to watch turtles from the balcony every day. Owners were great with responses to questions and checkin/checkout was very smooth. Property was as expected with nice beach extras and dedicated parking. Only minor issue is that the unit is not air conditioned and this was not obvious from the listing. With the unit being on an upper floor and ample fans this ended up not being a big problem

It's all about the view! The view is a 10 plus, there is no arguing the view! You really can't get a better view. As other people have mentioned, the property does need a little TLC and the hosts have stated they price it accordingly and I agree with that; but little things that would take very little effort would help. The bathroom faucet in the master bath leaks all over the counter when it runs for few, hence the reason for the water build up around the faucet so it needs to be addressed. As someone mentioned before, the slider in the master bedroom needs attention; it was extremely hard to open, really stuck. A little bit of paint could go a long way in the property and give it a nice refresh as well as fixing the towel bar that is making holes in the bathroom door. I felt the cleaners could have been a little more detailed in their cleaning. I understand that it is a condo and there should only be starter items available which I am totally fine with - but an almost gone roll of paper towels, a used kitchen sponge instead of replacing it with a new one for each guest - is that something the cleaning crew is responsible for? if those little things won't bother you then this would be a great choice! Andrew was great with communication when we booked it and with any questions, we had prior to arriving, so I am only docking the cleaning part but wanted to mention a few things that could use improvement. Thanks so much for the amazing view!

Amazing view and location, saw sea turtles everyday off the balcony. Great communication from the hosts throughout the whole process (prior to arriving and when there) and also very responsive (had a minor shower issue, they contacted their handyman and was fixed the same day). Overall great experience!

We so enjoyed the lanai and view! The condo was very comfortable, I let owner know about a few concerns that I’m sure he will address. We had great breezes but do wish the entry door had louvre to allow cross breeze at night. Nice complex, warm pool, friendly people. Beds were very comfortable, sofa sleeper not so much for an adult and needs to be replaced. Cleaning company needs to do better job and owner will address that. Very good communication and he appreciated my suggestions and input. We hope to come again sometime

Andrew was wonderful with his communications and checked on us once we arrived to make sure there were no issues. Loved the underground designated parking spot and elevator within steps of unit.

We had booked Andrews place a few months before the fires and never being to Maui before Andrew was very helpful with quick responses to all our messages. His unit is great with amazing views. We loved every minute of it and would stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and property was amazing. We loved the large balcony and view. We saw multiple sea turtles everyday from the balcony. I can’t wait to come back and would love to stay here again.

Everything was great, But it would be better if you would install Cordless Light Filtering UV Protection PVC Manual Roll-Up Sun. The one my brother stayed in on the forth floor had it and it helped keep the condo a bit cooler since it don’t have air conditioning. Also the door vents are blocked off so I couldn’t open it. It would of help if I would had been able to open them to get that nice breeze to come in I would have to prop the door open through out the day. But out of luck at night since I was not about to leave the door propped open.

The property and location were excellent. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight each day. The other highlight was seeing all the stars due to low light pollution. Recommend this property highly.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and well kept. We appreciated all of the fans made available for every room. The highlight was watching the Honu (sea turtles) from the lanai each morning. We went snorkeling with them, keeping our distance, and had a great time. Great location and would stay here again.

We have stayed at hololani multiple times. We love the location. Underground assigned parking was very convenient. Enough cannot be said about the view. It’s amazing. We loved to whale watch daily from the lanai.
I would return to this unit again as I love that the second lanai is not enclosed like many of the other units. Communication with the owner is quick and easy. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your beautiful property! ❤️

Location was absolutely perfect for us. We had 2 couples and the separate bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us. We were able to see the resident turtles and whales, and rainbows after a storm. Beautiful.

In all of our trips to Maui we’ve never seen this many turtles right outside the condo and from the condo they were so big!!! Andrew was beyond kind and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge :) While the owner and property the condo is on are fabulous, its time for this unit to get a facelift of some sort. Yes its definitely one of the cheaper units in Maui, however, just know that’s why. We wish things could’ve been a little more updated, as it didn’t appear that untouched in the pictures. If that stuff doesn’t bug you then this is a great spot!

Beautiful stay!
We had a wonderful week here. The views are amazing the home is perfect for a Hawaiian get away! We enjoyed all the space and amenities of the condo. Turtles and whales every day off of patio made our mornings magical. Great host and nice touch having a chilled bottle of wine to enjoy upon arrival.

From the moment we arrived the designated parking space in the garage and carts to bring all our groceries and luggage up to the condo was the start of a wonderful and relaxing stay! The view was absolutely amazing! We have been to Maui several times and this condo was absolutely fabulous! The view was breathtaking! We typically wake up early and leave to enjoy all that Maui has to offer, but we found ourselves taking our time enjoying breakfast, watching turtles, fish, whales, locals fishing and more. We would come home and enjoy our wine at night to watch the sunsets. At night after the kids fell asleep we would sit out in the private lanai off of the master bedroom and enjoy the nighttime ocean sounds and watch the local fisherman. We slept so great to the sound of the ocean waves, the condo was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed using the boogie boards and beach items items everyday. The condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials, paper products, laundry detergent, and more. The owners, Andrew and Melissa were attentive from the start and showed care and compassion for us. Our search is over! We plan to stay here every time we visit Kahana, or until we purchase our own space! Thank you again!
