I materassi sono molto comodi e dormirai benissimo con 500 fogli conta fili. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto e sveglie. Ottimo per viaggi d'affari, wifi fornito con spazio sulla scrivania. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, microonde, lavastoviglie, stoviglie e pentole e padelle. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 10 al grande tavolo. Il soggiorno è super confortevole con una splendida vista sull'esterno. Abbiamo un sacco di uccelli e scoiattoli per il tuo divertimento! Situato vicino ad A&M, con facile accesso a HWY 6, ristoranti e centro commerciale. Ottimo per il tailgating - La casa include un bellissimo ponte esterno con molti posti a sedere, ventilatori e ampio cortile recintato con box per le scarpe da cavallo per il tuo divertimento. È un posto perfetto per festeggiare! Splendidamente paesaggistico! Include tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di lusso. Molto spazioso e ben arredato. Se sono necessarie notti aggiuntive, si prega di informarsi per la disponibilità. Potrebbe essere disponibile per 3 notti in alcuni fine settimana.

Everything we needed were made available in the home. The location was perfect for us as it was only ten minutes away from TX A&M campus. We met the couple who rented out the converted garage portion of the home. Nice folks.
My only complaints are too many personal items were left in plain sight in the home… For instance we couldn’t unpack because when we opened up the drawers there were underwear and other personal garments in the drawers. Clearly the homeowners still live there and they rent out their home when necessary. There were too many personal items left throughout the entire home making it difficult to fully kickback and enjoy your environment. Lastly, the guest bathroom had no window cover and the backyard was clearly in view. The home owners suggested we use a kitchen towel to provide privacy. The kids were freaked out and they simply took their showers in the primary bedroom where privacy from the outdoors wasn’t an issue. Nice home just wished more purging of personal items had been done. But it’s their primary residence and you’re constantly reminded everywhere you look in the home. That’s okay to a certain extent but this was a bit much and not the norm from different places we’ve booked over the years.

We booked to stay with my sister and her husband to see King George Strait at Kyle Field, and it was perfect! We stayed here in 2021 for graduation, so I knew it would be good, and the yard and home were as lovely as I remembered. We had a great stay!

The house was the perfect place to stay for our Aggie’s graduation weekend. After a super easy check-in we found an exceptionally clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated home large enough for the six of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big celebratory brunch with plenty of room for people to sit and linger. The backyard is huge and backs up to a greenbelt that makes for great views from the house. We had no young kids with us, but this house would be ideal, with a small park and playground right next door. The owners quickly responded to any questions and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. Thank you for a great trip!

This property was amazing for our extended stay in College Station. Close to campus and stores. The house and especially the backyard were comfortable. Some worked while we were there and there were plenty of spaces to set up their "office". Some had the luxury of relaxing in the backyard with the birds and squirrels. The home is convenient to a lovely walking bath and fun neighborhoods to walk as well. Would definitely consider renting again!

The property was clean,well kept up and thoroughly stocked to meet our needs. We were able to relax in the lovely backyard and take advantage of the space to be together and yet the property was laid out for plenty of privacy too. It was the perfect fit for our weekend. The host were amazing and helpful. I really loved the adequate but reasonable cleanup instructions (nothing crazy) as has been the case at some of our past VRBO stay. Thanks guys for being considerate of the request you make of your guests.

The house is as advertised. It was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there, including coffee! Which was much appreciated because I forgot to pack some. Layout is great. Backyard is outstanding with a gorgeous deck and huge yard. Didn’t get to enjoy it much because the weather didn’t cooperate but we will definitely book again.

Great place to stay easy access to highway
This was a great place to stay for 3 couples that were attending the A&M football game. Easy access to highway 6 with a huge back yard and right next to a play ground.
The garage is rented out separately, but there was plenty of room in the driveway for 5 cars and we didn't have an issue. Would highly recommend and I will look for this property for future games too.

Great graduation stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Bella Concella, especially the clean spaces, great outdoor deck and yard with sweet wildlife visitors, and the relaxing and comfy atmosphere. Cindy and Jeff were so helpful and responsive, and the trip to celebrate my daughter’s graduation with family was just perfect! Thank you for everything!

This house was the perfect setting for our stay in College Station. It was so nice & we had plenty of room. It was also very convenient to the downtown area & stadium. We would definitely rent this house again if we were in the area!

Nice house - but a little creepy staying in someones home that actually lives there. Good location but you share the property(renovated garage) with another renter. Our bathtub had not been cleaned but rest of the house was nice.

Spacious, clean and a beautiful back yard.
The house is well lit and supplied. The rooms are spacious and great for a group with the large living and dining rooms. The back porch and yard are lovely. The homeowners provided some nice refreshments and amenities. The location was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again if Clemson plays in Aggieland.

Great house for Gameday!!
The owners, Cindy and Jeff, were extremely accommodating and helpful from day one of inquiring about their property. The home is in a great location. It is just as nice as the pics show. Very clean and nicely decorated! Spacious and comfortable as well. The back yard is an amazing place that features plenty of outside room and places to sit and enjoy the view. While we didn't have time to make use of the park or walking trail it was nice to have it close. Only one issue...there is a carriage house that is the attached garage that can be rented out which was during our stay. While the people staying there were friendly, there is not much in the way of privacy when it came to being in the back yard. It limited our outdoor dining experience as well as early morning coffee on the back porch. This was not mentioned in the description of the house. I would definitely rent this house again while visiting our kids at A&M as long as the carriage house was not rented out at the same time. Overall GREAT experience! Owners are very nice!

Thanksgiving family holiday
So enjoyed your beautiful home and large backyard. The perfect location for our family - the weather was perfect which allowed us to have Thanksgiving lunch on the deck! All of the rooms in the house were the perfect size - large living with seating for all to watch football and large kitchen for the many cooks in the kitchen! And the perfect location for shopping nearby, and traveling to Kyle Field. We truly enjoyed your home. Thank you Cindy for making us feel so welcome!

Absolutely fantastic Aggieland home, warm, inviting, incredible back yard. All the comforts of home
We had the most wonderful, relaxed visit for our daughter's Aggie graduation when we stayed at this property for a few days before and after graduation. The home has comfortable, roomy beds with very nice furnishings. Great shower heads with great water pressure! The kitchen was well equipped, and a laundry room was available. The open concept made it wonderful to host a moderate sized party. As fabulous is the inside of this home, the backyard is an absolute paradise. A large, multi-level deck, with well matured trees, lots of peaceful bird watching, plenty of room to throw a football. There is a park next door to the property, and nice walking trail behind the backyard. Yet still plenty of privacy. I almost hate to share this amazing place, for fear it will be so popular we won't be able to book it again, but seriously, this place is well worth every penny. Our deposit was returned timely and the owners were readily responsive to all questions and needs.
