La nostra Beach Villa si trova in una tranquilla strada residenziale a pochi passi dai canali del golf, a pochi passi dall'acclamata spiaggia di Vanderbilt, dal Delnor-Wiggins State Park (PASSA AL PARCO INCLUSO PER I NOSTRI OSPITI) e dal Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. La nostra villa è arredata con gusto con mobili di alta qualità in tutto. Le caratteristiche includono anche soffitti a volta, un mangiare in cucina con 6 posti a sedere, un bar per la colazione che può ospitare 6 persone tutte aperte alla grande sala con un nuovissimo televisore a schermo piatto da 55 pollici montato a parete. Il cursore a 3 porte che può essere spostato completamente aperto conduce ai launi coperti che precipitano nell'area PISCINA RISCALDATA / TUB CALDO. questa area interamente schermata è circondata da alberi di palme ed è completamente privata !! inoltre è disponibile la nuova griglia a gas. Ognuna delle 3 camere da letto include ventilatori a soffitto e NUOVO TV a schermo piatto da parete di grandi dimensioni. ripostiglio separato con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size con lavabo. la suite principale include un grande cabina armadio e un bagno padronale di dimensioni standard con vanità separate, vasca da bagno e doccia di grandi dimensioni. Sono inoltre disponibili 3 biciclette, 4 sedie a sdraio e un ombrellone

For the second time, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Scott’s exquisite rental home, and it’s clear why we returned. Nestled in an ideal location within a fantastic neighborhood, the property is just a short drive from the beach, making it perfect for those who cherish ocean breezes and sandy toes. The home itself is tastefully decorated and maintained in excellent condition, equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. From the pristine condition of the furnishings to the brand-new beach equipment—which is more than ample—every detail adds to the feeling of a well-cared-for home away from home.
Communicating with Scott has always been a breeze; he responds promptly and is incredibly attentive. The comprehensive information provided helped us make the most of our stay without a hitch. This isn’t just a rental; it’s a place that feels truly like home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This was our second stay at the house, last one being Oct. 2020. Pool and hot tub were great. House was very clean. Everything in description was very accurate. 2 bikes, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and nice size cooler for the beach. Great house and location..!!!

The house is much larger than we realised from the online images, which was a nice surprise and very well equipped. Lovely comfortable beds and sofas! Lots of wardrobe and hanging space which is a dream versus the UK! Good quality equipment in the kitchen and outside grill is an added bonus. Inside and outside are very clean and well-maintained. Not a huge amount of space for sunbathing, but the beach is very close by and the pool and hot tub are very nice. Large outdoor dining table at the back, in a very private enclosed garden. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and well located to access all that Naples has to offer in the surrounding area. We did have a couple of issues but the owner was very quick to respond, with good communication and did his utmost to resolve. Lovely holiday home.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this house. We had everything that we could possibly have needed. The pool, hot tub, patio, and grill were great features to us. Great proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We were able to go to the beach, and then come back to the house to go poolside and cook out, or get cleaned up to go out for dinner. The house was clean and spacious. It was everything that we wanted. We enjoyed staying here and will back in touch about future visits.

We had a wonderful month staying at this property. It provided everything we wanted for our stay. We noted a few small issues, contacted the owner he sent someone to rectify the issues right away. Our only comment would be it might be time to update the mattresses and the bedding. Lanai and pool are lovely, location is excellent.

Easy communication, to boast a wonderful home nestled within a small neighborhood in a big city. Relaxing, covered and hidden spa and pool. Full kitchen with most amenities one would need. Access to bicycles, which honestly I enjoyed more than I thought I would. Quick access to the beach and park. Quick access to a small bar and groceries. Soft beds, little to soft for me but thats biased along with toilet space. I had a great stay, we all enjoyed it.

It was a very nice house which was well equipped. The pool was beautiful and there were floats, noodles and toys for the kids. The downside were the mattresses as they are a bit soft. Otherwise it was a great time!

This place was awesome! It was so clean and spacious! We loved everything that it had to offer. The owners supplied a state park pass. We used it daily and was a huge asset. We are already talking about our return trip but for a much longer time.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay here. We absolutely loved the house. Great layout, amazing pool and hot tub, owner was great to work with, well stocked and great location to everything. My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay long enough. The pictures truly don’t do it justice.

A true Gem
My family and I traveled to Naples to celebrate my 40th Birthday! This home was a beautiful gem. Well decorated and very clean. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus! We did experience an issue with the guest bath tub clogging up but the host was very responsive and sent someone out to fix it. Other than this, our stay was perfect. If I ever visit Naples again, I will definitely book this home again. Thanks Scott for amazing stay!

Naples Park Retreat
Overall the place was very suitable for our purpose to have a warm "get-a-way". The house is located in a neighborhood several blocks from the beach. The best beach is 1.2 to 1.5 miles away in the nearby State Park. Owner graciously supplied a Park Pass which was perfect. We made the 3 minute drive each morning to walk on the uncrowded beach. Home was very comfortable; pool was small but nice. Very good value overall for the price and purpose. Owner is great to work with.

Immaculate incredible family get away
This was one of the cleanest, well-maintained properties we have stayed at in Naples. It has everything you could want, the pool and hot tub as well as bicycles and beach chairs and towels. We were traveling with adult children and when we went off to golf, they were able to bike down to the beach and enjoy the day. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable, you can tell that it’s more than a rental - it is their home, that we were lucky enough to enjoy for the week.

Everything was just perfect!
Scott Reinhart was very helpful and understanding as I had heart surgery just after booking our trip to Naples. He allowed me some extra time and I really needed his flexibility. My wife Sandy and I will definitely call Scott in the near future. Thank you so very very much. Also, I promised Scott that we would treat his home as we treat ours. This such a beautiful property! The beautiful pool area is very private. We had such an amazing time and hope to comeback next year! We lost power due to a storm and I was worried about the air conditioner but the owner was awesome when I called to make sure everything was okay. Thank you😊😊😊
