Adorable cottage with short walk to beautiful ocean beaches and nature trails.
Cambridge Cottage è il luogo perfetto per scappare a Cape May Point. Ha stile caratteristico, cottage con tutti i comfort moderni per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole - A / C centrale, ventilatori a soffitto, completamente riscaldato per i giorni più freddi, internet ad alta velocità, tv via cavo, cucina / sala da pranzo aperta con nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovo sezionale e divano, ampia doccia esterna con annesso spogliatoio (acqua calda e fredda), casa privata e cortile che è tutto tuo e non condiviso con un'altra unità, barbecue e mobili da giardino. Un maestro con letto matrimoniale e 2 camere da letto degli ospiti (una con letti a castello e una con un letto full size) e 1 1/2 bagni. Giochi da tavolo per divertimento al coperto. Ombrellone, sedie e tag spiaggia sono forniti.
Ottima posizione centrale, a pochi isolati a piedi in entrambe le direzioni, vi porta a splendide spiagge, al villaggio / area verde, al negozio rosso generale (e al ristorante), al faro, al birdwatching e al lago Lilly. Si prega di notare che siamo animali domestici. Gli affitti vanno da sabato pomeriggio (check-in 14:00) a sabato mattina (check-out alle 10) durante i mesi estivi, alcune eccezioni fatte durante la bassa stagione. Really liked the layout of the cottage as-well-as the long dining table where we played games. Beach umbrella came in handy on sunny days. Very close to the State Park and beach, and not too far from the town. Neighborhood is a nice area for a walk. Communication with Sarah was great!

We came for the cape may bird migration fest and the Point is closer to where we were going to be. It’s nice and quiet, driveway parking, and minutes away from lake and beach. It’s a very cute place, very old and reminiscent of going to the shore with past generations when life was simpler.
We found the beds to be uncomfortable and flimsy. Better beds with new mattresses would really improve the experience. I’d prefer not to have to bring my own sheets and towels but that’s just a personal preference.
Driving to downtown is certainly easy enough but parking was difficult to find in the evenings.

Cambridge Cottage is located in the heart of Cape May Point, easy walking distance to the beach, the lighthouse, and Lilly Lake. The property itself is very nicely designed for relaxation and conversation with a spacious living room, welcoming dining room, and upgraded kitchen. The owners were courteous, responsive, and even allowed my wife and I to stay extra time while I waited for a jump for my car battery. If you want a peaceful beach stay at Cape May, it would be hard to find a better spot.

We needed a break and decided to get-away in the peaceful community of Cape May Point. The rental house is as it is described and pictured. Very pleasant and location is perfect. The owners are assessable and responsive to any questions or needs you may have.

Absolutely love staying at the cottage. The hosts are gracious and make the home so welcoming and inviting. Everything you need for an amazing beach vacation is here. The location is incredible and close to everything. We return year after year!!

We love the cottage; it is spacious and comfortable. In the morning, the sun streams into the living room creating a golden glow that provides a sense of peace and serenity. In the evening, the same room is bathed in the rosy sheen of a leisurely sunset exactly right for the enjoyment of a glass of wine or cocktail . The sizeable kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner or a midnight snack. The laundry room slash bathroom is conveniently located right off of the kitchen; it boasts a top of the line all in one washer dryer. The dining room comfortably seats six, the master bedroom is charming and cozy as is the second bedroom, and the third bedroom has bunkbeds that can accommodate small children and teens alike. The spacious yard has a large grill and picnic table exactly right for a pleasant evening cookout with friends and family. We love luxurious bathhouses like outdoor shower! We hope to make this our last hurrah of summer for years to come.

Overall, the property worked nicely for my family of 4 (including 2 adult children). However, the outdoor space was not very usable and, if we had more people, the one indoor shower would have been a problem. The Cape May Point beach was lovely!

The host was very responsive and answered all our questions.
The cottage was clean as a whistle. The kitchen had new and working appliances.
The location is great - near Lilly Lake, the beach and in a quiet neighborhood.
Our only quibble is with the advertisement of bedrooms - i.e. that it sleeps 6. The master bedroom with a Queen is fine for two people. The second bedroom is very small, with sloping roof which you have to watch out for, and a double bed, which is really difficult for two adults to sleep in. The bunk bed room is extremally small. So if you're coming with a number of people be forewarned.

Sarah is a great host! Cambridge Cottage and surrounding yard were perfect for our stay in May. We found everything to be so comfortable, it began to feel like our second home! The cottage is light and airy, well-equipped, and in a wonderful location. We walked throughout the neighborhood to the lighthouse, Lily Lake, the beaches, and Cape May Bird Observatory. Cape May Point is also near Higbee Wildlife Management Area (including many nature trails), the Cape May-Lewes ferry, many fresh seafood options, and so much more. We are planning to return in the fall!

My husband and I loved our four-day stay at Cambridge Cottage. It was perfect for the two of us. Great location close to the beach and lighthouse - we rode our bikes everywhere. Including downtown Cape May for breakfast and shopping. Would definitely recommend and we would go back! Sarah was super.

Cambridge Cottage at Cape May Point was perfect for me and my best friend! The cottage is very sweet with everything that one needs for everyday living. The description of the amenities was excellent and matched what we experienced. We enjoyed breakfast in the backyard at the table complete with umbrella. The location is fabulous, very close to beaches and beautiful sunsets. Sara was a joy to work with, very kind and accessible. We would definitely recommend Cambridge Cottage! This was a perfect Cottage for a great Cape May Point vacation! House was well equipped and very comfortable for kids and adults. A short walk to the beach and the lake. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood that allowed our little guys to ride their bikes on the street and enjoy walking to the beach. A great getaway! We will be back.

We've stayed here twice and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. It's on a quiet street that's an easy walk to our favorite beach. The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals and the house overall is clean and comfortable.

This was the perfect home base for all our adventures in and around Cape May. The house was lovely with a great layout downstairs for gathering in the mornings and evenings for meals and game time, and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The outdoor shower was the perfect place to end our beach days, which never really ended since we were located a short two-three block walk back to the sand to enjoy sunsets over the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and met our every need. Very clean and well maintained property.

Small but cute
Great location. Cute tiny house and I like that it came with beach badges and chairs. The owner is quick to reply to any questions and made the rental process easy. The bunk bedroom is extremely small and only suitable for young children, and the indoor stall shower is also very small so you can't help a young child that needs help bathing, so you have to use the outdoor shower. The price is comparatively high but we were looking for somewhere less than a month before our trip so we were really happy that there was a way for us to stay in our favorite vacation town.

Kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor space is phenomenal. Sarah makes the rental process so seamless and simple. We have returned year after year and hope to continue the tradition of staying here for many more!!
