Cottage per minatori nel cuore del quartiere storico di Galena. 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni. Il master ha un letto king size con TV. La camera da letto al piano principale ha un letto matrimoniale con TV. E la camera "per bambini" al piano superiore ha due letti singoli extra lunghi con TV. La cucina è grande e ben arredata con molte attrezzature. Ampia sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per sei. Cane amichevole con un cortile di 1/3 acri in cui giocare. Lavatrice e asciugatrice caricatore frontale in loco. Cammina verso il centro o attraverso il bellissimo quartiere storico e il parco per animali domestici adiacente al cimitero più antico di Galena. Wifi gratis.

We had a great few days staying in Galena. Was easy to walk into town and back which was great both during the day and for dinner.
Very well equipped house for those who prefer to stay in and cook.

Very accurately described - cozy cottage walking distance to downtown Galena - owners were very communicative and house was clean and well maintained. Would be nice to have some more patio furniture, firepit type things as there's a spacious yard -

Enjoyed our time in Galena! Had to drive everywhere, since I had an elderly person with me who could not have walked the hills. A little tricky for her to get down the stairs to the front door of the house but the sturdy railing helped. The main floor bedroom and bathrooms were great for her. No bathrooms on the second floor, but that was OK for those of us who slept up there. Was glad there were two bathrooms. I really liked having no house chores to do the morning we left. Only had to put the key in the lock box. The house gave us a lovely opportunity to visit, make meals and relax.

We went to Galena for a wedding and this was so perfect for us. Close to everything. Very comfortable accommodations.

First time in Galena and we didn't realize all the hills for this location. If you are willing to drive then this is the place for you. If you plan on walking, you will get your workout in for sure!

This cute little home is nestled into the historic district. It was extremely inviting, clean, and worked perfectly for our girls trip. Aaron was great and super responsive to messages. Just one note, if you plan on walking to downtown Galena be prepared for hills! The walk is not far though. Would definitely recommend this home to stay in and would absolutely stay here again!

House was just as described. It is within walking distance but if you do shop til you drop you should take your vehicle to have a place to drop your bags off. You have some hill to walk if not. Overall great experience, no trouble.

Perfect Location
Very nice house with plenty of space. Great two full baths. Really had everything we needed. We love being outside and spent most of our time sitting out front. Loved the neighborhood atmosphere and had a chat with a few people walking their dogs.

Feels like home
This property is not fancy, but it is the cleanest, most well maintained and best stocked property we have used.
There is a Keurig coffee maker and a drip maker. We weren’t sure about the Keurig but we took coffee in case. Perfect!
We will all remember the dog in the corner.

Spent a week here in January. Host was very responsive and friendly. Close to downtown Galena, but house is on a private side street. Well equipt kitchen - we cook quite a bit while away and one of the best stocked we have stayed at in terms of utensils, pans, etc. Excellent table for puzzles.

quaint! Was A lovely place to stay!!! everything was there! Close to Downtown... ( Getting back up the hills was a bit rough!!!!)

Convenient Location
Overall the location was perfect. House is older and outdated but fit our needs for the 2 nights that we spent there. There was a beautiful deer on the property that I noticed from the kitchen window one morning. Owner communicated promptly, which was greatly appreciated.

Nice place, great location. Could probably use a few updates, but we really enjoyed our stay. One of our dogs broke a blind
And the owner was extremely gracious about it.
