I like the location in Wild Dunes.

The dishwasher didn’t work for our entire stay. Due to hurricanes/sand erosion, the beach was very difficult to access from the wooden walkway. It wasn’t like that last year, so a lot of the sand has been swept away from last year. Furnishings in the condo were very dated.

Great location to beach, pool and stores/restaurants

Could use a tv update and maybe new fans but it wasn’t something that needed reported, just a suggestion- other than that it was great.

Like how open it was and very close to others family members

There was no hot water in master bathroom and kitchen sink or dishwasher.reported it over 4 times the first night and the morning of the 11 th and again that after noon,but was moved to B115 and Brother and family was moved to B117.thank you to Emily Dowdy She saved the day…

Poor information about door key when we arrived. Email code (6 digits) was not helpful at all. Made numerous calls to various computer answering machine before reaching a "real" person who navigated the system and found the answer (code) we needed to enter the condo. Inside was an envelope which included the 4 number code we needed!!!

Great location! Wonderful property to share with a new friend. Way better than sharing a hotel room with only 2 beds, 1 bathroom and no kitchen. The management company was polite and very responsive.

I would have used a tea kettle. The manager delivered a Keurig but there were no coffee pods. The curtains didn't slide on the rod very well. The lighting in the bathroom with the king bed is very dim.

I was emailed the door code and password which was very convenient

The directions on the email were not clear about location of office to pick up packet and I had to request a pool key which I thought should have been part of the packet.

Extremely dated- kitchen was never cleaned (think filthy stove top and crumbs all over the toaster). All curtain rods came apart in the middle when you tried to open the curtains (the entire unit has dark brown curtains and is VERY dark. One rod broke off of the wall and smashed me in my head.l
