very clean apartment, best for family, much better than other types of room-based hotels. This is perfect for family stays.
though parking is not there, but the street parking is free at night, (don't remember the exact hours).

Host was excellent - we met her upon arrival when she handed the keys over and we met her on her way out. She was super friendly! Apartment is very spacious and very clean.
It is located near main walking area, less than 10 min walking distance from main train station.
I would definitely recommend this apartment!
We heard other neighbors, but nothing too loud.

Apartment was very clean with all the amenities one could need. It is a short walk to the main thoroughfares, and the neighbors and owners are very nice.
Parking was very difficult as there was construction on the street and permit parking requires you to get up and pay before 9:00. The beds were also very hard, but this seems common in Germany and not really a big deal.

A very nice and clean apartment with everything you need for short or long stay. We are a couple and this apartment could easily sleep 4 people. The apartment has a good layout

In general, it was a quiet apartment. But, unfortunately to our bad luck, the noisy neighbours made it difficult for us to get to sleep. This happens though only one night.

I enjoyed how spacious and clean the property was, I really liked the small touches from the owners by putting sweets on the bed and biscuits and fruit on the table. I throughly enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again. The apartment has great space and has a cosy living room.

Great hosts, very friendly, flexible and nothing was too much. Immediate response on the app. Apartments were great, very clean, in good condition and very comfortable, well worth the price.

The hosts are very nice. Dima speeks English, so it was easier to communicate as our German isn't that good.
The apartment is situated 1 minute away from the main pedestrian area in Oberhausen and 10 minutes walk from the railway station.
Everything was clean and in working order.
The beds were really comfortable, Wi-Fi was good.
We also had airport transfer to Dortmund at a reasonable price.
Overall excellent value for money, for sure we will be back.
It is quite challenging to find a parking spot in the area, as the streets are filled with cars and there are a lot of garage entrances.
