This is our 5th year staying at this house. Love the beautiful sunrises and so nice to be right on the beach. Hope to be back again next year!

First the positives: property manager responsive and caring, great location
And then: house is in need of a lot of repair. I overpaid for this property. In its current state, the weekly rate should be half to 2/3’s of current listing.

House is beautiful. Beach was great. Very private. We had the entire beach to ourselves the whole time we were there. Sea turtles would come up on the beach at night to lay eggs, but we never were awake to actually see them. Overall, a very nice place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation.

Excellent Stay at Hobe Sound
We have made a practice of a family vacation for years. The house at Hobe Sound will stand out as one of our best. A great location in a private residential neighbor sitting on a private beach. The amenities were great and Elizabeth did an outstanding job of making our stay outstanding. Highly recommend this location for a private, beach retreat.

Amazing property on the quiet end of Jupiter Island. This house has everything you need in a beach front property. We barely left. Biked the island, checked out the nature preserves that Jupiter Island has to offer. Friendly responsive property manager. Recommend to anyone.

Perfect relaxing vacation
What an amazing place with breathtaking views. We had a fabulous time at the beach and enjoyed the house. The balcony is beautiful for happy hours, bbq’s, reading and relaxing to the sound of the ocean. Home was impecable, very well stocked. Can’t wait to go back!

Can't get any closer to the beach
The pictures don't do justice. The top floor is spectacular. Compared to the top floor, the basement, well is a basement. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom didn't work but there were plenty of box fans that rectified the situation. Jennifer offered to come out and fix it but it wasn't that big of a deal with the fans. All the boogie boards need to be thrown out, they are all broken. But all very minor issues. The island itself, the house's location and the house itself far outweighed any small issue we had. We are in love with this hosue.

Just as wonderful as the first time!
We love everything about this house...The location, the peacefulness, the cleanliness, and the beautiful sunrises! We are repeat guests and look forward to our stay every year. The property manager is very responsive and very accommodating should you need anything leading up to or during your stay. A five star VRBO experience.

This property has the perfect place for our family gathering. Very conducive for causal entertaining. Elders enjoyed watching from the expansive windows inside while the younger generation sprawled out on the deck and beach. We would come back to this VRBO again.

Inside of house was clean with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious
Really enjoyed the house and location. The only downside was the access to beach.. The town must be doing some type of beach work and I was never notified by the property manager that this was happening and that the view and access to beach would be limited. There is a huge pipe running along the entire beach and during the day and night the town workers drive on the beach back and forth. The reason for renting this house was the location and being right on the beach. My guest and I never stepped foot on the beach and also never sat on deck overlooking beach. The inside of house is newly decorated and really nice I just wish I was notified that the construction on the beach was going on during my rental. I would definitely rent this house again if the pipe is gone.

Nice new decor, smelled really bad, bad property management, ocean was fab!
The property was so isolated that it was scary. We arrived no outdoor lighting at all. Not even one light! Very scary from a security and safety standpoint. I contacted the property management immediately who responded the next day. Requested outdoor lighting to be repaired. Would only give one lightbulb at the entrance. Nothing at the back of the property. The property manager stated that the turtles (not nesting in December) restricted lighting and stated that the HOA or neighbors fined the property owners for lights on...????Its December...we wanted to sit on the deck after dark(5:30PM), Cannot believe this is listed on Zillow for 3.5 Million. Must have some water problems the home smelled really bad. Most furnishings were new and nice. Sofas were covered with dirty slip covers. And rug was dirty. Then we noticed the bugs all around the rug. Don’t know what they were? Still itching. We’ve done a lot of VRBO in the past this may be the last.

Love the open floor plan and it has a lot of natural lighting also it is perfectly decorated. Best part was going to sleep listening to the ocean waves. It Was everything we hoped for.

Loved our stay- the beach, the house, and the entire Hobe Sound area
This home is ideally situated for a family Florida vacation. The furnishings in kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all updated, convenient, and tasteful. Overall, the house is very comfortable for relaxing both inside and on the huge deck. The deck has sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon!
You can’t get any closer to the beach... about eight steps to your private beach!!
The beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles in either direction.
Hobe Sound is a desirable location for restaurants, golf, swimming, bike riding, and just about any water sport. We rented a boat in Jupiter and cruised up the intracoastal.
Anything you need or forgot is easy to purchase with a wide selection of stores within 5-10 miles.
We would definitely book this house again!

Amazing Views and Location on Jupiter Island
We could not have asked for a better house for a family reunion!! First, the location on northern end of Jupiter Island is awesome. Very private. House had easy access to the beach and incredible views. The sunrises were especially my favorite! The interior of house is better than the pictures. Most of it is updated and very modern. House came with everything we needed (except for an iron), including plenty of towels and beach equipment! The only downside, through no fault of owners, was the Noseeums (small bugs that bite and you cannot see). They came out in evening and made enjoying a drink in evening on deck impossible! Overrall, it was a phenomenal place to stay for a family weekend!!

The home was exactly how it was described online, right on the beach and beautiful inside.
My family of 12 had a fantastic time! It was like having our own private beach and my family stayed in the warm ocean water for hours on end. The house was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The bugs came out at night but that allowed us to enjoy family games and movies. I would highly recommend this property and we will be back! Thank you!
