"Bella Vista" è stata nominata per i suoi panorami mozzafiato su una delle spiagge più belle del Nord Carolina. Che tu stia godendo una tazza di caffè fresco all'alba o che condividi una bottiglia di vino al tramonto, il nostro enorme ponte privato offre una spettacolare vista panoramica sulla spiaggia incontaminata e sull'acqua blu. È possibile accedere al ponte dalla camera matrimoniale e dal soggiorno. L'interno di questo condominio recentemente rinnovato offre una vista ondeggiante da quasi ogni stanza.

Quiet location on the beach. Place was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable. The only thing i didn't like was the beds were not made but clean sheets were folded on the bed for you to make yourself. Other than that things went well.

This condo has the perfect beach location. The beach access is right outside the condo and the views in the morning are amazing. Beside the beach location being perfect, the location to all the restaurants is great. We didn’t need our car once. We could also walk to the boardwalk and get Britt’s donuts. Definitely a must.
The owners were great and very quick with responding to any questions I had. The condo was stocked with everything you need to cook.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Agency did not advise of check in process until day before after being asked by us about info. Parking was horrible. I recommend adding to details recommend smaller vehicle, trucks do not fit in spots designated. Arrived to condo with soap dispenser empty. We throughly enjoyed our time there just the beginning was rockier than it had to be.

Great oceanfront condo with amazing views! We spent most of our time out on the balcony. Great responsiveness from the owners. Loved the location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Have to walk up 3 flights of stairs but it’s not too bad.

Large, very clean, condo with a great view of Carolina Beach. Place was nicely furnished and has a great balcony. Very short walk to the boardwalk.
There are a lot of stairs if you have mobility problems, and the covered parking area is on the narrow side.
The few times I had to contact the owners they were very polite and helpful. Overall, this was an extremely nice place that sits on a great stretch of beach.

Everything was excellent. Communication with owners was wonderful. Looks exactly like the photos. The ceanfront view was amazing. We love the radio. Rooms were perfect. Grandsons and daughters enjoyed. I was celebrating my birthday with them. Food and shopping was very close. The steps were a lot for me. I had the top floor. Overall view is that I will be returning. A plus.

I didn't get check-in info from VRBO so I had to contact the owners directly. They were fantastic and because they dropped everything to send the info, we had a great stay. We are very thankful to them. It's a spacious, clean condo with a large deck with a gorgeous view as described. Wish I had known it was up 4 flights of steps as we had elderly family who found it difficult to climb. Beach access is also half a block down along a pretty long walkway - not just steps away. Again, just for the elderly folks, it's a hike, so that should be made clear. Otherwise, the beds, bathrooms, kitchen, etc were all in excellent condition. Would stay here again - just with a younger family group. Thanks so much!

We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony it was beautiful. Property was older but had some nice updates. It as about 42 steps to climb to the 3rd floor . The elevation creates a beautiful view ...so be prepared for steps. We walked to several good restaurants from our room. The parking spot was narrow but we only had 1 van so that worked out ok.. It was a great place for our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay! Absolutely loved having dinner on the porch/balcony with the ocean right in front of us! The condo was clean and tidy with comfortable beds and couches. The pool was just what we needed after a long day on the beach. The owners were fast to respond to my messages. The only downside (at no fault of the owners) is the parking space is very tight. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the property on a girls trip! The location is perfect for walking to the Boardwalk and the market at the park. The condo had an amazing view from the top floor and was very clean. I will be booking it again for my family this summer!

We spent a 3 day weekend here with our 2 college age kids. It was a perfect size and location for our family. We enjoyed walking everywhere, the beach access was convenient, the unit was exactly as it appeared in pictures. The only downside in our opinion is the parking spot is extremely narrow. We have a mid size SUV and we made it work but any larger vehicle might be difficult.
It was a beautiful beach weekend - they are doing a beach restoration that was supposed to be completed in Feb/March and it was not. The barge is directly out in front of this unit and there is noise that comes from it 24/7. It wasn’t terrible but noticeable and blocked the beautiful view from the balcony. Hopefully it’s completed soon.

We had a great short stay at Bella Vista. The owners were very responsive. The condo was very clean upon arrival. All the beds had new foam mattresses that were very comfortable and the linen service provided very cozy & soft sheets. Not cardboard type ones that most services have. Comfortable new sofas & cute decor throughout. Perfect spot for a small family to vacation. Great beach access. Main living room sliding glass door & screen stick and are hard to open. Only cons were things the owners have no control over but worth noting. The narrow parking space is hard to navigate. No exterior storage for beach items though security didn’t seem to be a problem, we left our belongings outside. Walking the flights of stairs to the 3rd floor were a pain with luggage/groceries but we got our exercise in! All in all a perfect visit. Thank you Marc & Kim!

Couches need updating badly- pillows on beds need replacing as well. It was clean when we arrived- could have used a few more bath towels (only had one a piece)

The location was excellent, the condo was beachy and had a lot of natural light. The parking spot was very narrow and I wish they had extra garbage bags as we didn’t think to bring our own. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it to others

Our stay was okay, best thing was view....the sliding door in living room was too hard to open, so everyone had to keep going through master door.....the furniture in living room was not comfortable at all and looked kind of dirty. Needs a tv in guest room. Parking spot was terrible, scraped our car trying to get out....maybe nice for a couple to stay, but steps too hard with children.....the owner was great to work with, very pleasant and quick to respond.....

Clean. Owner easy to deal with. Beautiful view. Nice place for family. Did have to bring sheets (sort of a drag). 3rd floor makes it a bit hard to get up to with belongings in the heat. We were 60 and up though. The fan in the master makes a lot of noise. Enough to keep me awake but not my husband. Faucet in kitchen is wiggly and hard to maneuver. No ice maker. In former comments I believe some of these things have already been mentioned and should be fixed. The worst part was parking. The bay is way too narrow. Our F 150 had to fold in mirrors and my family's van was scraped. In spite of these things it was nice.
