Loved our stay here. The location is perfect and the house has gorgeous views. There was plenty of space for 3 families and Jesus was super helpful with booking activities and meals.

Great house with plenty of room for two families of four. Inhouse staff was exceptional. What you want to iron out are the meals - when since it comes with breakfast and lunch - and make sure to communicate that to the house staff. Often times you won't want to come back from the beach for an early lunch, so you can have the staff prepare it for you later in the day. One complaint is the golf cart which didn't have power steering and was slow which caused us to rent another cart at $100/day. All around great property.

Excellent property and well managed and maintained. Traveled to Punta Mita for a week and could not have had a better time. The "Beluga" golf cart was great but quite slow! Dining in Punta de Mita was fabulous! Will be back again. Jesus was a fantastic host.

We recently returned home from a girls trip in Punta Mita. We loved everything about our stay at Lagos 23. The house is gorgeous and the community is very safe and quiet. The rooms were large and spacious. The pool was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Our family of 10 visited Punta Mita for the first time in July 2022. We found Lagos 23 and could not have been happier. The communication with Concierge was top notch- house was stocked upon arrival, Jesus was always responsive via text if we needed anything, reservations, surfboards, meal changes. The house staff was great, the chef was wonderful making daily breakfast and yummy ceviche, salsa Fresca and guacamole, and the house was always clean. The location of Lagos 23 could not have been better for us. It is a short golf cart ride to the small town where we ate most dinners. The house needs a little updating, but overall it is kept up and always clean. I think they installed a new AC unit because we never had an issue and the bedrooms were always cool. I would recommend Lagos 23!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Spectacular views from every room. The staff was always kind and helpful. The food was delicious. We can't wait to come back!

Great house well located Clean Awesome staff and service

We've been to Punta Mita several times and have stayed in various locations, but this was our first time staying in the Lagos community. We loved this area! It feels like an actual neighborhood and the homes are all very beautiful. It's also close to town if you want to pop down for groceries, etc. The house looks just like it does in the photos. It could maybe use some updating, but the spaces all worked very well for our party of 10 (age range from 8-74). The kids loved the pool and it was nice and warm every day (huge bonus as, usually, I feel like pools are kept pretty cold at rentals). We did not use Nico for food as we were at the beach all day every day, but she was in the house cleaning every day and a lovely person. The grounds guy was also super helpful. Our concierge, Jesus, was also super helpful and quick to get back to our questions. We have had MIA concierge at several of the other places we rented, so it was really a huge bonus to have a responsive concierge like Jesus. Really, the only negative thing was that the air conditioning units are old and as such, when they cycle on and off at night, it sounds like an airplane taking off and wakes you up every single time. What we ended up doing was running the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night prior to going to sleep, then turning them off and leaving the ceiling fan on during the night. This seemed to work fine. Jesus did mention they were hoping to update the air conditioning units soon, which would definitely be nice. They could also stand to update the pillows. You'll want to bring your own if you decide to rent here! :) Other than that, though, we had a really nice stay. Plenty of hot water, plenty of pans to cook with, and lots of space. We did have Hector, the chef, cook a few dinners for us and he was amazing! Definitely ask for his spicy margaritas! The golf cart that comes with the house is a giant 8-seater that gave us lots of laughs. You can definitely run faster than this thing and we were being passed up left and right. But, hey, it did provide lots of comic relief. One of the gate guards told us we looked like a trolley (it's very long) and we definitely agreed! Anyhow, you can't go wrong for the price, location, and staff. All amazing!

My group of 8 friends and I celebrated my 40th birthday at Casa Paraiso (Lagos 23). The stay could not have been more perfect! The villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The service was phenomenal - the concierge, to the airport pick-up/drop-off, the chefs in the kitchen, and the cleaning staff. The meals that were served were delicious and we loved the variety. This villa is highly recommended and 10 out of 10 we would return and stay at Casa Paraiso in the future! Thank you for the memories!

The house is pretty much as depicted. The staff and house manager were great. The house is dated and needs to be update for the rental price, but is large with a good layout and worked well for our family. The house needs to be better stocked with glasses/etc, and some of the TVs did not work, but overall our family enjoyed our stay there.

I would stay here again. The services was great, everything as expected and staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is what we wanted.

I planned a vacation for our extended family of 15. The house was amazing, and the food was fabulous. I was a little stressed before we arrived because I wasn’t sure how the food would be prepared and if there would be enough variety. There was nothing to be worried about. Nico and her staff were amazing. The food was delicious and she made tons of accommodations for any dietary needs. The house is cleaned from top to bottom daily. We asked for margaritas, and she made them every day. Breakfast and lunch were prepared at different times daily based on our needs. The concierge was helpful before and during our trip. This was our first trip to Punta Mita, and we are all ready to go back. The house, concierge and staff were amazing.

We got checked in by concierge and the whole time we were there she was easily available by message and if we needed anything she would get it for us or helps us get it. The house staff so accommodating and nice. We got access to beach clubs where the beaches were so great for the kids. We definitely want to go back .

We have been to Punta Mita before, but this place is the best yet! Every care it taken to make sure that all guests have every thing that they need. Nico make the very best food, and Solomon and Ignacio took are of any needs in the house or on the grounds. We cannot wait to return to this amazing property!

We loved our stay here so much. We were three families 6 adults and 6 kids ages 7-11 and were very comfortable. The staff was lovely and all of our requests were granted. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Paraiso. The staff, Nico, Josefa and Salomon, were amazing. They kept the house clean and attended to our every need. There were a couple of snafus with our meal upon arrival and transportation but that was due to the property management mistakes prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, Pedro, took great care of us. Location of the home, the pool and security are top notch. We will definitely consider this house in the future.

We stayed in Casa Paraiso in November of 2014. We have been to Punta Mita many times. We always stayed at the Four Season's Hotel and we had and unbelievable time there. This time a friend recommended we stay at this house. I was hesitant at first but after doing some checking around made the booking. WOW is all I can say. We arrived to a huge house with panoramic views of the ocean and the gulf course, a cool breeze and an unbelievable accommodation. The staff at the house treated us great. We had a private chef at the house and frankly the food ww had was better than the restaurants at a fraction of the cost. The morning breakfast by the lady that works there was unbelievable. She made breakfast and lunch daily if we wanted it and believe me you want to eat her cooking. All I know is we left relaxed, replenished and we are going back again soon. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I needed to do this. I promised myself to do it and waited a few months until tonight. I started with a WOW and I will end with one too. Can't wait to wake up in the morning, get my expresso and watch that sunrise on the master balcony at Casa Paraiso again.

I'm not sure we'll ever vacation the same after this last trip to Punta Mita. Enjoying the benefits of a absolutely magnificent home that offered privacy, security and tons of amenities made this trip our BEST family vacation thus far. We stayed at Casa Paraiso with extended family, 3 other couples and 3 children. We previously stayed at the Four Seasons, but found it was too difficult to gather everyone for dinner or group activities, so we decided to try a shared house in order to maintain the "family" aspect of our vacation. The result was incredible. Some days were spent at the St. Regis or Resident Beach Club, while the majority (and all evenings) were spent at this grand house. From golfing to surfing to kayaking to snorkeling to fishing, our concierge Rosita arranged pretty much any activity we could think of! She also handled all transportation, for airport trips or nights we dined out. We enjoyed the mouth watering dinners by Mario (very reasonably priced personal chef) who accommodated all of our random food desires (massive slabs of ahi tuna or endless lobster) and made the best jalapeno margaritas! A personal shopper attended to all our grocery needs, keeping both adults and kids fully stocked. The ultra secure gated community put our minds at ease, allowing the kids to run around the area. And let's not glaze over the ever-so-relaxing infinity pool with an outdoor grill area we used for lunch. On the other side of the pool view, there is floor to ceiling glass that allows for a full view of the golf course. In short, the Casa Paraiso is perfect for families or friends who truly want to share an experience with one another. We don't have many opportunities to travel as a family and I like to make those rare occasions count.

What an experience. We had such a wonderful vacation in beautiful Punta Mita! My kids had a blast surfing, golfing, playing tennis, kayaking, eating delicious food prepared by Casa Paraiso's private chef and staff. I highly recommend this home for an unforgettable experience!

We had such an amazing experience at Casa Paraiso in punta mita. The home is absolutely beautiful, centrally located within the magical gates of punta. This house has amazing views from each and every room. The property is clean and well maintained with automated lights and music throughout. The house staff and chef are incredible! They would make us the best home cooked, gourmet breakfast and lunch of different variety every single day with an assortment of refreshing juices all made from scratch. We had such an amazing time. Can't wait to come back to Casa Paraiso! Thank you for the wonderful experience. It's a must see!!!

We had previously stayed at the Four Seasons Punta Mita but Casa Paraiso was even more convenient, completely exclusive and a fully customized experience to our taste. This was definitely our most refined travel experience to Mexico. This exquisite home was well above and beyond our expectations and its website descriptions. The exclusive house is situated in a safe, private, gated community where we all had peace of mind. This was important to us as we traveled with children. It was immaculate in cleanliness, state of the art high tech, luxurious comfort with everything functioning properly and smoothly. This home is modern but designed to reflect the tasteful Spanish style. The pool and garden are just perfect! The staff was highly professional, very polite and they have their routine down to an art so it was effortless on our part. The excellent food they prepared was fresh, healthy and delicious complete with set up and clean up. The fun activities are all within close proximity without disturbing our peaceful experience. The homeowners were extremely helpful and kind in providing us with details prior to and during our stay, they answered all our questions accurately. I highly recommend this amazing home.

We just had the most memorable vacation experience ever when My family travelled to Punta Mita, Mexico. We stayed at this amazing home, Casa Paraiso. It was truly like paradise. There are amazing views from every single room. This place is huge, we had more room than we knew what to do with. The staff are extremely professional and kind. They cooked the best breakfast imagineable each day! And the home was impeccable n spotless ever single day. The home is completely automated. The Infiniti pool overlooks the ocean and the family room overlooks the stunning Jack Nicklaus golf course. It was private gated and secure within the gates of Four Seasons and St. Regis. The beach club was warm, kids got to paddle board and kayak and play in the sand. Our family travels a lot and I have to say Casa Paraiso is by far my new favorite destination for an exclusive getaway that is reasonably priced. I will definitely go back there again! Thank you Casa Paraiso for all the wonderful memories!!
