Decent, but expensive. Little noisy as right along main road. Only 2 pools heated and only one hot tub.

Vacation too short.
We started our stay in Palm Springs with our usual anticipation of fun in the sun ... but covid19 ended our enthusiasm. We were forced to leave 12 days earlier than projected due to golf courses and restaurant closures.
Nobody's fault ... but a bummer all the same.

A bit tattered and needs an update. Second bedroom was a converted garage and not well done. I would not stay there again unless the price was significantly reduced.

This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that is very well decorated and equipped. There is a carport but no garage because the garage was converted into the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Carpeting throughout the unit. Rooms are all a good size and floorplan is good. Beds are comfortable. The TV in the living room is horrible. It is way too small for the room (hard to see details on the screen) and the sound is really bad. I'd recommend the owner go out and pay $500 to get a more reasonable TV.
The main negative is the constant traffic noise and the startling sound of jets just a few hundred feet overhead. The unit backs up on to a very busy street (Crossley) that cars drive down regularly at 60+ MPH. So, if you open the patio doors, it is hard to talk on the phone at times. Also, this unit is directly under the flight path of jets landing at Palm Springs Airport so expect very loud (i.e. when talking on the phone people ask what that loud noise is) jet noise. The flights seem to arrive mostly in the evenings and up to midnight.
Back to positives. I met many people in the complex and they were all very friendly and most lived there year round (not many vacation rentals like me). The landscaping is wonderful and there are many citrus trees with ripe fruit. The main pool area has a very warm pool (around 90 degrees) and spa.
The location affords easy access to convenient shopping and downtown is about 15 minutes away.
