Mountain Views, Hiking, Outside Frnt Door- No Halls! Private Deck, New Kitchen!
Pronto per la stagione primavera / estate! Questo condominio splendidamente ristrutturato in Tyra Summit II è situato vicino alla pista da sci Four O'clock, sopra l'ascensore Snowflake e vicino a sentieri escursionistici! Ski-in / ski out (vedi foto), a piedi dal centro di Breckenridge a pochi minuti di distanza. Cammina o taglia gli sci / snowboard sul portico anteriore, chiudili nella griglia e entri nella porta principale e riscaldati e guarda il fuoco attraverso la porta di vetro della stufa a legna. A differenza di molti edifici di condomini mega a Breckenridge, questo è un condominio tranquillo con solo sei unità nell'edificio. Nessun lungo corridoio, in attesa di ascensori o di escursioni su / giù per le scale con cui fare i conti!
Questo condominio offre una splendida vista sulle montagne e dispone di un ampio balcone privato, un sacco di finestre e una stufa a legna davanti a vetro per quelle notti fredde (viene fornita legna da ardere). Ampio parcheggio privato fuori strada è incluso (auto, pick-up e SUV di benvenuto).
Abbiamo acquistato e ristrutturato questo condominio nel dicembre 2013 e dispone di nuovi elettrodomestici: TV HD a schermo piatto, lettori Blu-ray / DVD, elettrodomestici da cucina e la lista potrebbe continuare all'infinito! Anche i muri sono stati testurizzati e nuovi colori. La connessione wireless ad alta velocità è inclusa. Cucina ben attrezzata di dimensioni complete con ripiani in granito. Include gamma con forno, built-in grande forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, piatti, pentola del vaso di terracotta, caffettiera, tostapane frullatore, mixer e molto altro ancora!
Camera da letto privata con un letto king size con lussuoso materasso pillow-top con controlli di fermezza individuale per il comfort. Camera da letto dispone anche di TV a schermo piatto HD / Blu-Ray / DVD e finestra con vista della pista da sci Four O'Clock (di fronte).

The Condo was perfect. It was cozy and warm. The view was great. Also below there’s a stream which you can hear when you sit on the porch.

We enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. The unit is conveniently located to all the shops and yummy restaurants. Only a 30 minute beautiful drive to Vail so we were able to enjoy both places without having to move. Unit is well stocked with everything needed

Nice mountain views and close proximity to downtown. The unit basically had all we needed but could some updating. It could use some welcoming touches such as Current year Breckenridge guides, updated and visible unit portfolio, balcony needed cleaning and sliding door was difficult to open and close. Unit was sufficient but not as inviting as others we have rented.

Great location on peak 8. Walk across the street, ski down to Snowflake lift or to the parking lot and a small walk to the gondola. Then ski back at the end of the day on 4 o'clock. Bit of a hike back up from town. Glad we had a car.

Condo was clean and well equipped to stay for our 7 day trip. The washer/dryer was key traveling in with ski/snowboard gear. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck, and the walk to 4 0’clock was fine even for our 6yr old. Comfortable bed and the pullout was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever laid on, no bar in your back! Very short drive to Main Street, grocery store, and any other need you might have. Thanks John and Angela, your condo made our spring break awesome for our family! 100% would definitely stay again!

We could not have had a greater time! The condo was in great shape with everything you need for a memorable stay. The location was perfect. Step outside and you are right on 4 o’clock trail. You are only a 1/2 mile from town which has great shopping and restaurants. We are already planning our next stay

This property was perfect was the four of us. As long as the kids don’t mind sleeping on the pull out sofa. It’s a very quick walk to the 4 O’Clock Run. Quick walk into town. And we love the skiing at Breck

We loved our stay in this unit. This property is right across the street from the 4'oclock trail so you easily ski down to the snowflake lift and onto the mountain.
The woodburning fireplace is cozy and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked. We used the slow cooker to prepare a hot meal for after a long day of skiing. The washer and dryer are game changers when you travel with kids. Great place. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo is a true ski in/ski out. You cross the street, strap in and ski down to Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day, you take 4 o'clock run right to the condo! Great location!

The property was in a great place, close to town but away from a lot of noise. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved morning coffee on the balcony with hummingbirds and a fox wandering by now and then.

This condo was a great location, about a 10-15 minute walk from Main Street (uphill heading back, be aware of that!) and about 3 minutes from the Sawmill Reservoir trailhead.
Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there. The view from the deck is fantastic and the whole area was very quiet and relaxing.
I've seen a few reviews that compliment the Comfortaire mattress, which we unfortunately couldn't agree with, as we found that it was similar to a foam mattress topper, which you can sink into and not move. Of course, your personal preference will dictate if you like that sort of thing.
Other than that, our stay was quite pleasant and would recommend!

My two younger boys and I decided to head to Breck for 5 days during their Spring Break. We wanted to find something close to town and that was ski in/ski out so this condo off the Four O’Clock trail was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the size of the condo was fine for the three of us. There is a queen size pull out coach in the living room with a topper which my teenage son said made it more comfortable. I had read in previous reviews that the shower water was not warm enough - this was not the case when we were there. There was plenty of hot water! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was appreciated. It really is a perfect condo to rent for three people. Our favorite part was the quick access to the slopes. You literally walk out of the condo, cross the road and put your ski’s on to ski down to the snowflake lift. Loved being able to ski right back at the end of the day. We will be renting this condo again!

took my two sons to Breck for spring break, perfect little condo for just the boys and me. super quick walk to charter sports ski rentals, truly ski-in, ski-out, about 100 steps to the four oclock run then ski down to snowflake lift. 10-15 downhill walk to town. great few days, thanks to the owners.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. It was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the location and proximity. It was perfect for our family of 4. The kids could sleep on the pull out sofa. The owners were very accommodating and answered all my questions.

Everything about this condo was as described. Perfect for 2 or 3 people, easy access/check in, good location (very short walk/ski to the snowflake lift), nice view. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The Condo is comfortable and well laid out. The location for skiing was perfect. An easy ski down to the Snowflake Chair or the bus to take you to Peak 9 or the Gondola.
John and Angela are excellent hosts. They responded promptly to our requests and even organized a delivery of firewood.
Unfortunately I was injured skiing so was confined to the apartment for the week as the walk up the hill would have been difficult with Crutches. Being able to sit on the couch watching the snow falling and the Birds feeding out of the feeder on the verandah was very relaxing. The Pizza delivery man was able to find us! Someone has left a City Market card which gives you a discount at the supermarket.

To clarify ski in/out since this was an important aspect to us:
Ski out: about a 4 minute walk to snowflake chairlift on the road.
Ski in: 4 o’ clock run is right across the street, so about 30 seconds to go from skis to front door.
Unit is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wood burning stove was very enjoyable. Great views out the balcony of the town and mountains beyond.
Host was responsive and flexible with us on an early check in, which was much appreciated.
