La casa ha il top della gamma Cucina, sala da pranzo, grande sala / camera familiare con concept design aperto. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 10 persone e 6 possono mangiare nella grande isola cucina.
Il portico anteriore ha una vista meravigliosa sull'oceano e abbastanza spazio e posti a sedere per tutta la famiglia per partire e divertirsi !!
L'accesso alla spiaggia è diagonale e direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla proprietà per facili giorni in spiaggia trascorsi godendosi le onde e l'aria salata !!
È stata aggiunta anche una piscina privata.

Tutti i lavori di ristrutturazione e la piscina sono stati completati nel giugno del 2018. Dai un'occhiata agli aggiornamenti di prim'ordine effettuati e guarda tutte le finiture di fascia alta. Abbiamo anche aggiunto due camere a castello, entrambe con una dimensione Queen con Full over top !! Ogni cuccetta ha una luce di lettura a LED sul letto !!
Due master suite frontali hanno letti king size e bagni privati. Le due camere da letto posteriori hanno un letto matrimoniale in una e pieno nell'altra collegato ai bagni Jack e Jill. Totale di 6 camere da letto in tutto. Tutti e 4 i bagni sono dotati di doccia o vasca completamente piastrellate.
Sotto la casa c'è una bella doccia esterna e anche un'area salotto per rilassarsi al sole o nelle ore serali e sentire la brezza dell'oceano.
Dai un'occhiata anche alle nostre altre proprietà a Ocean Isle. 13 Pender Street si trova su un canale che conduce alla via navigabile costiera dell'Inter ea pochi passi dalla spiaggia.

This is the second time we have had the joy of staying at this house. It is such a great beach house- the kitchen is well stocked, the rooms comfortable and it’s a great layout for our family. The kids love the bunk rooms and the pool! We loved the location- just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this gem of a home in OIB.

Very clean . Great house for gathering with family. Good floor plan with large open space in the middle , bedrooms on both sides. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach access for morning beach walks. Nice pool for evening swims. We enjoyed our stay in this beach house very much. We would book it again!

Another great vacation at the Terrell’s home on Ocean Isle Beach. Again, Rhonda was very accommodating and checked in with us regularly. We had a small issue with an appliance and it was taken care of the next day. Our family of 12 love OIB and the Terrell home.

The home was very nice and the pool was a big hit. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the beach was wonderful. The home was well equipped with everything you may need and the bedrooms were perfect for our 11 total guests. Rhonda checked in on us often by text to make sure everything was OK.
Vacation stay could not have been better.

The property is well-laid out with easy access to the beach. Our family was relaxed and comfortable in the space - often it's peacefulness proved an oasis from wedding venue preparations. We are table tennis fans and much fun was had playing together!
Rhonda was very responsive throughout our stay and surprised us with going well out of her way to alleviate our wedding logistics issues. We remain grateful for her support!

Fantastic location, plenty of room and clean, comfortable accommodations. Teenage boys loved the pool, ping pong, bikes and board games. Moms loved the big kitchen and front porch to relax!
Owner incredibly responsive and checked in multiple times to ensure we were happy with our stay.
Would absolutely recommend and plan to use again in the future.

This was a great vacation home for several of us elder gals for our annual get-together! Good location with easy beach access and a pool in the back with several chaise loungers for relaxing. Well appointed interior and kitchen accessories. Best of all was that everything is on one level!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Property owner was great and answered all our questions. We loved having all the bedrooms on one level. We also loved having access to all the beach chairs, wagon, toys and bikes. The beach access was nice and close, too. We plan to return!

Host is very easy to reach and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great place to spend your beach escape, the property is very well maintained and is equiped with all the things you may need from the kitchen to the beach accsesories.
Property manager follows up to check every thing is ok during your stay.

We loved the home - very comfortably appointed and all rooms on one floor. The only problem encountered was the main tv in the home kept having connection problems with the internet. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The house is identical to the description; clean, nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. Communication was easy with Rhonda. Great location with pool for easy entertaining of the children while dinner is being prepared. Very pleased with the everything.

This property was perfect for our family. The house location was great, only a short walk to the beach entrance. There was plenty of space on the beach and the water was great for all ages. Many amenities were provided and available for our use. Having a pool was a wonderful addition compared to our prior rentals. Our younger adults enjoyed Corn Hole competitions and using the available bikes. Both inside and outside the house were so many places to sit and relax. Thank you, Rhonda, for being responsive to our needs and we’ll see your rental again in 2024.

The house is set up so everybody can enjoy meals, games, TV, and conversation together but also have privacy just a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lot of seating for family meals. The house is also tastefully decorated with colors and items that give it a beachy feel. This is an A+ property.

We had a group of 10. The house was large enough for us & very comfy. Our favorite memories will be thec cose proximity to the beach, the convenience of the pool & being able to sit on the front porch.

House was perfect. Kids and adults loved the pool and downstairs area. Access to the beach was a very short walk. Appliances were all updated and kitchen stocked with all things needed to cook. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and spacious. It was the perfect house for a large group. Thank you for everything! We will stay here again!

We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary with our children, grandchildren and future granddaughter in law. Rhonda was extremely easy and quick to communicate with. The home exceed the pictures and the location was fabulous.

This was a spontaneous high school spring break getaway for 7; three generations. The kitchen is large enough there can be several cooks simultaneously. The six bedrooms provided privacy, beach access could not have been more perfect, the garage contained bikes, ping-pong, beach chairs and toys, sand buckets, and a wagon. The small pool will be a great summer cool off but provided only a few dares for us. The bikes gave our 3 teens the opportunity to get away to the ice cream shops. The inviting front porch rockers and driveway level seating area provided quiet space. We enjoy cooking together so for us the only thing lacking was a large skillet.

Property was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Our daughter was married on the beach with 80 friends and family in attendance. Some of our closest family and friends stayed with us. Others dropped by for coffee or a drink sometime during the celebration weekend. The property accommodated all of us with ease and certainly helped make the celebration a joyous one.

We really enjoyed our family trip to Ocean Isle. The house was wonderful and you can't beat the location. The house was clean, comfy and came with everything you'd ever need to enjoy the beach. The communication from our hosts were great and they went out of their way to make sure everything was on working condition after the storm. Highly recommend it and hoping to come back again soon!

We are a family of 15 -18 (depending on who can make the trip) ranging from ages 11 to 82. We have been enjoying an annual family Labor Day weekend for 17 years now (thanks to our wonderful parents). I would have to say this is one of our favorite houses. The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, lots of seating for dinner and game playing, nice size pool, close public beach access and love the sitting area downstairs. It was DEFINITELY a plus for the homeowner to provide bicycles, ping pong, corn hole and other games for all to enjoy. We hope to return again next year!

This beautifully maintained home perfectly fit all our needs. The beach access - two doors down - is handicapped accessible so our two toddler grandsons could ride all the way to the beach in the wagon. I think that was their favorite part. We also made great use of the hot/cold outdoor shower, the lovely pool, and the large covered outside spaces. Next year’s visit is already in the works!

The home was perfect for our family. The dining and living areas were large enough for all of us to congregate and dine together at one table. The outdoor space is covered which allowed us to enjoy our vacation even in the rain. The host was wonderful.

Great Times
Beautiful beach house that offered plenty of room for our group of 15. Easy access to the beach, and a private pool that allowed for sun, shade, and areas to just relax. The large table in Great Room made the perfect place for meals and playing games. Would definitely go back to this well appointed home. Ocean Isle is the perfect destination for family vacations!!

Once again, perfect!!
This was our second summer here and again, it was fantastic. House was immaculate when we checked in and it is the best-stocked kitchen of any house we have rented. What more can you ask for but to be on the beach all day and then come back and relax by the pool. Rhonda is incredibly responsive and makes you feel you can reach out about anything. Looking forward to next year.

Family reunion
Great house for adults & kids. Since beach access was ADA we could load wagon with kids things and easily access beach no stairs. House is beautiful and fully stocked. Beds comfortable. The pool was the cherry on top!! Wonderful. Ping pong table was also a big hit for both kids & adults. Bikes and other amenities made our stay perfect. Thr owner was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property but don’t want too many to go and fill up availability calendar 😱 cause we want to go back. The only recommendation is maybe a new set of pots & pans in kitchen. Current ones well used & coating wearing off. This was only thing I could recommend. This house definitely a 5!!!!! Highly recommend.

Very Homey
Owners did a great job renovating this property and stuck with quality appointments. Easy walk to the beach, hours of fun with the corn hole, and of course the pool. 16 of us enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Week with Family!
We loved staying at this house so much that we booked it for next year before we left! We had 3 children ages 5 to 18 months and it was perfect for them - especially having everyone on the same level. Loved having such a nice area under the house that they could ride their scooters or draw with chalk in the evenings. The pool is also wonderful with the stairs and two swim up/seating areas in it. Loved that there were bikes, corn hole, ping pong table, beach chairs, boogie boards - whatever you needed! Didn’t realize until we were packing that we had to either bring linens and bath towels, but was able to rent them. Didn’t love the sheets that we rented because they were really thin and stiff - worse than hospital linens! Also, hated that we didn’t know until we were leaving that you could donate your left over groceries rather than just throwing them away. Will do that next year for sure! We had a great week and will be back next year to create more memories!!

This property is just perfect! The house is decorated beautifully and is CLEAN, as clean as I’d keep my own house. The bedrooms are laid out nicely for families. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all of the dishes/utensils/pots/pans you may need. The pool is lovely and gets great afternoon sun, so it’s perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. We loved this house! We had 6 adults and 5 kids with an extra bed to spare. It was so clean, great amenities, and a super short walk to the beach (and we loved all of the beach supplies provided). The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies- we had everything we needed to make family. meals every night. The pool was a little chilly for the April weather, but our kids still managed to swim and enjoy it. Rhonda is such a delight to communicate with and so responsive. We would definitely come back and stay!
