Questa casa a Broadkill Beach con vista sulla palude ha una vista del tramonto che ti toglierà il fiato. Goditi una divertente giornata in spiaggia (a un isolato dalla casa) e poi rilassati su uno dei ponti o veranda protetta per una partita serale o una cena. I proprietari hanno pensato a tutte le comodità per arredare questa confortevole casa al mare. Questa casa sarà sicuramente nella tua lista per le vacanze di ritorno a Broadkill. Il proprietario farà mini settimane (da venerdì a lunedì o da lunedì a venerdì) da ottobre ad aprile. Chiedi al tuo agente per i dettagli.

This home has a great view of the Prime Hook National Wildlife Preserve with Broadkill Beach across the street. At one point we could hear and/or see 14 different types of birds / birdsong from the screened in deck. The accommodations were as advertised; good space for spending time together. Nice place.

Lovely house, clean and in a prime location. Quiet neighborhood, minutes from the beach with wonderful view of the sunset over the nature preserves. Check in process was communicated well via email and on the app however not easy to execute, word to the wise arrive in the daylight!!

Nice location and a good house plan. The outside hot shower is very nice to have. The screened porch is nicely sized and is very useful

We had a lovely stay, even with Isaiah blowing through the east coast. The house withstood the storm, minus a few screens that were blown off. The screened-in area on the second floor was probably the most popular spot for us. We ate every meal in there. The living area upstairs is huge and perfect for family time.
The public access to the beach is just steps away, and the beach itself is not very busy.
Acme and Walmart are about 20mins away if you need groceries. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to get takeout from, as well.
Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Great house! Quiet neighborhood and the sunsets off the deck are beautiful.

The place was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. The storage provided was so helpful. It was a short walk from the beach and had a lot of privacy and a gorgeous view. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed there with 3 adults and 3 kids under 6yo.

Amazing, Perfect for families
The place was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. The storage provided was so helpful. It was a short walk from the beach and had a lot of privacy and a gorgeous view. We would definitely stay there again. We stayed there with 3 adults and 3 kids under 6yo.
