We were happy with the floor plan even though the galley kitchen was small (but well stocked). The house showed a great deal of wear and tear and some of the rugs seemed very dirty. We had several maintenance issues during our stay but the management company did an excellent job in getting them taken care of quickly. All the technicians were friendly and professional. We enjoyed the porches, pool, and covered outdoor grilling area, plus the beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed the house. However, the pool that was supposed to be heated was not. I paid for this beforehand. This is the whole reason we chose this house. The communications with the management company let us know that they knew about this before our arrival but that information was not shared with us. We would not have chosen this house without a heated pool.

We absolutely loved our stay in Watercolor at 361 Needlerush! The location spoke to our passion for biking everywhere and love for trail riding. We were also nestled in a corner of Watercolor so we enjoyed more serenity and sounds of nature. The house is well-designed and well-appointed. It also was clean and had loads of clean linens. The kitchen is galley-style and a little small on counter space, but the shelves were helpful. We loved the gas cooktop, ice maker, and extra fridge drawer for beverages. We cooked at home more than we ate out and especially enjoyed grilling by the pool. Booking and communication was easy via text. Last, having a driveway for parking was also great and convenient. This is probably one of my favorite homes in Watercolor!

The 10 of us (6 adults, 4 kids under 6yrs) had a great time at this property. We really enjoyed the pool and porches to hang out and eat on. I can’t say enough good things about the service Royal Destination provides. We needed more towels and a couple of new bikes (2 of them had issues) and both showed up at the house within the hour.

The beds were extremely comfortable except the second downstairs bedroom. Overall one of our best vacations ever.

Perfect place
A perfect spot for adults and kids. The best pool in the neighborhood. We had friends in surrounding houses that were larger than ours but they all wanted to come over and swim in our pool, lay in the screened porch and cook at the outdoor kitchen.

Really enjoyed our stay. We had trouble with the refrigerator/freezer. The management sent a service man who told us to just leave the refrigerator doors open. (It was freezing everything in the refrigerator)

Beautiful home for our two family vacation. It was a perfect getaway for the week. Location was perfect, accommodations were comfortable and management was very responsive and attentive with any questions we had! In real life, the home was more spacious than what was conveyed in pictures. We used the bikes and the pool everyday! Thank you Royal Destinations!!

What a beautiful home for our family of 7. We loved the layout of the home and found that the pictures did not bely how nice the house decor was. It looked a bit funky modern in the pics, but in reality it was perfect! The home was also bigger than we expected. Loved the heated pool. We visited for Christmas, and as luck would have it, had some really cold weather, but that didn't detract from our stay at all. We went bike riding, bundled up for the beach and had plenty of golf cart rides (we rented the golf cart).

This house was perfect! We were able to enjoy the trails every morning for bike rides and walks. The grocery was a quick bike ride away! Riding bikes to and from the beach was not only easy, but absolutely gorgeous through watercolor and seaside. The pool and outdoor kitchen at night was the perfect way to close out a long day at the beach. All the beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. We were very happy with every aspect of this vacation!

We love this house. Great amount of space for 4 adults, 6 kids. Pool is very good size, and kids had a great time. Amazing backyard and screened in porch. Very easy to reach the beach via walking or biking. Easy drive into Seaside as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at 361 Needlerush and would return. It was the perfect size for our group and a great location right over the bike bridge. Loved having our own pool, though we did have issues getting the pool lights to work. Extra perk was having an ice maker right by the door for easy filling of the cooler for the beach.

Everything was perfect. Bailey & Tim with Royal Destinations were great to work with. The house was everything we needed it to be. The 2 master bedrooms downstairs were great for the adults, the upstairs bedrooms were awesome, just perfection all the way around. Location is perfect - quick bike ride to Seaside or Watercolor. This was the perfect house to fit our needs. This was our first vacation to the Watercolor/Seaside area. We wanted a house that wasn’t on the beach to truly experience the feel of Watercolor. This house had 2 master suites with 2 bedrooms upstairs for the kids along with a separate common area and TV for them to enjoy. We had 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) and we all had plenty of room with each couple getting their own “Master Bedroom”. This house is on a quiet street off the main drag but we had bicycles (6 were included with the rental and we rented 3 more for the smaller kids) and also rented a 9 seater golf cart so getting around was not only easier than we originally imagined but actually fun. The beach access was a little difficult to find the first time but parking the golf cart was easy and convenient to the beach entry point. This house also had its own pool and an outdoor grilling area that we took advantage of daily. It was nice to have our own pool to retreat to after a long day at the beach, although we did also stop at the community pools a couple of times too. We did have an issue with the front door knob and a couple of tv’s were not working but RD was very attentive and usually attending to our requests within an hour of notifying them.
Overall, this house wasn’t overly large as compared to some of the others in Watercolor but was decorated beautifully and fit our needs. It was exactly what we were looking for and I would absolutely stay at 361 Needlerush again in the future without hesitation.
