Situato sulle splendide colline sopra la Del Mar Race Track si trova questo bellissimo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Questo spazioso condominio è stato recentemente ristrutturato con 2 bagni e 2 camere da letto. La cucina è stata aggiornata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e bellissimi armadi in legno. I controsoffitti in marmo creano un ottimo contrasto con gli armadietti e offrono un ampio spazio per preparare deliziosi pasti. La sala da pranzo ha una splendida vista sull'oceano che lo rende un ottimo spazio per fare colazione. Questa casa è dotata di aria condizionata portatile, camino e stufe per i giorni più freddi dell'anno. Nessun calore centrale. Sotto casa troverai 2 parcheggi e attrezzature da spiaggia disponibili per l'uso durante il tuo soggiorno. Questa casa è a pochi passi dalla pista del Mar Del Race, perfetta se vai a un concerto o vai alle gare. Con una splendida vista sull'Oceano Pacifico, apprezzerai la comodità di essere vicino al supermercato, agli ottimi ristoranti e al bellissimo Fletcher Cove Beach Park. È vietato fumare

The unit was clean and furnishings comfortable. Some advice:
The kitchen faucet hot and cold control is backward. When turning it to the cold side, hot water comes out and of course vis versa for the hot water; cold water comes out. Possible scalding??!
Light bulbs need to be inspected on a regular basis for burn out.
Lighting in the unit is minimum. It is not possible to read in any room other than the kitchen and baths. With light bulbs out in the kitchen we couldn’t read in there either.
Grab bars in showers would be helpful for older people and handicapped and may even be required for rental units (ADA?).
Shower doors are very difficult to move. New sliding shower doors and installation of same are not an exorbitant cost and would add value and renter convenience to an already fairly nice unit.

Great location, close to everything you need. Amazing view to wake up to every morning! Easy check-in and the property manager was available, if needed.

Property is exactly as advertised and as the pictures show. 10 minute walk to the North end of the outstanding Del Mar Beach. View of the ocean, though not expansive. Even though temps are moderate in Solana Beach, this place does heat up even when it's low 70s out. A/C works in the Master Bedroom and Living Room but the 2nd bedroom stays very warm. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and we ate breakfast there every day and made lunches to take with us. We ate at San Diego county's excellent restaurants at night but could have easily cooked dinners. Would stay here again with up to four people.

Nice pace, great ocean view
Very nice condo with ample room for four, nice ocean view and only 10 minute walk to solana beaches. Well equipped with nice furniture, comfortable beds and functional kitchen and dining area. Decent internet but cable / tv could be upgraded a bit. Hosts provided great service and responded quickly to queries. Checkin and check out a breeze. Would rent again. Thanks Kim and team.

Great condo near the beach
Great condo, well maintained and stocked. The location was great, except it was on a very steep hill and not a lot of places to take the dog out since the complex has no grass, just lots of succulents. We walked across the street to a neighboring complex where there's a bit of grass but a hostile neighbor came out and chased us away. After that we had to hike up the huge hill to access a small hiking trail at the top, at least 4 times a day. Quite a workout but at least we avoided the psycho neighbor.

Beautiful comfortable spot
My family and I enjoyed staying in this unit- comfortable, well appointed, spacious for the three of us and one pet. View is very nice, kitchen is well stocked, location is convenient.

Great stay!
The pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are incredible and the location is perfect in between the 5 and the 101. Having a secure place to park the car was a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Bare bones
We rented this condo on short notice. There was nothing available closer to the beach. Nothing special. Nice area but not beach property.
No King bed in Master. Towels old and dingy. Silverware and kitchen knives really cheap quality. A little effort and this condo could be a lot nicer.

Great view, great location, great unit!
The location and view was amazing, and the property was newly renovated, filled with good new furniture, and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could expect for a great stay! Hope to visit again!

Excellent location / very quiet
We really enjoyed our stay at the SeaBiscuit condo. The view was amazing and it was a very quiet community. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.
The only downside was that the only tub in the unit was quite old with grungy sealant around the edges...mold? not sure. But I had so looked forward to having a bath, and once I saw it I changed my mind. The other suggestion would be for them to put a king bed in the master. The master is huge and could definitely accommodate a king without overcrowding the room. If they fixed the tub and changed the bed size then it would be absolutely fabulous.
The last thing that I mention is just for safety reasons...it's upstairs and the porch is SO tiny that one feels like they may fall off while opening or closing the door. Just beware if you're elderly it may be a little bit of a challenge.
The location is great and close to lots of restaurants too :))

Super nice condo!
This condo was very nice and well supplied! You can see the water and hear the waves. Also you can see the racetrack for the horses. Very nice quite area and safe. Close to Oceanside where my daughter lives. I would diffently stay here again!

Home town visit
My teenagers, dog, and I came to my home town for a family visit during the pandemic crisis in CA. We were very COVID conscious and isolated. We went to dog beach (walking distance) and visited my nearby family a few times. This location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Loved using the garage as I towed a trailer and motorcycle. The unit was very comfortable and enjoyable. I would have preferred some updated appliances and supplies (like nicer soap dispensers, but I'm mostly being picky!) I really have no complaints! I loved the location and brought everything I needed to be perfectly comfortable! It was an outstanding environment for me to work and still connect with family. I will likely reserve again!

nice dog-friendly condo in a great location
the condo was small but nice and fully stocked. great location, we could walk to del mar dog beach or solana beach. it was not child-proofed but had a pack n play and high chair. it was a quiet and relaxing setting. the pool was not open to renters due to covid. it was a little too warm at night for us in the master bedroom, the only AC unit was in the kitchen and it didn't cool the back of the house very well but there were fans as well. lots of extra towels, sheets and kitchen supplies.

Great place!
Really excellent place to see the north San Diego area. Beautiful condo and well equipped to spend time in. Access to the pool was a bonus since the weather didn't allow beach fun for the kids most days!! The power issues and limitation was a bit odd, but not terribly inconvenient. Having kids staying with us meant that we didn't always shut down certain appliances when using other things. Kids don't think before they use things. Would definitely stay there again, had a great time.

LIGHT, BRIGHT, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
Pristine clean and modern townhome with lots of light. A nice white water view of the ocean and very easy to check in. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and it’s just across the street from the race track. There is a two car enclosed garage! Lovely, comfortable relaxing experience!

I loved it! It was decorated so nicely, it was emmaculate and had everything u could ever want. The ocean view was great and the place was near the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend it
