Beautiful spacious home in a quiet, superb neighborhood, a short walk to the park, a short drive from downtown, awesome host.

The space was perfect for our group of four as a jumping off point for exploring Vancouver, Whistler, and beyond. The driveway was a bit of a learning curve, but the area and surroundings could not have been more beautiful. There was a bit of noise at night from construction or something similar, but it didn't really bother us or impact sleep. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

The upstairs neighbors were very noisy at night.

Artfully furnished apartment with vast kitchen adjacent to hummingbirds, wilderness trails and beaches 5 minutes away. All this and helpful but discrete hosts made so that our vacations exceeded our expectations.

The location is good, quiet, and the area is full of beautiful homes. Furnishings in the home are dated, beds uncomfortable, there are no privacy blinds in one bedroom, and not all appliances were in working order. We were upset that the owner entered the home without notice before, or communication after. We cut our stay short at two nights despite a one week reservation as we did not feel comfortable staying. The owner did apologize and refunded our money for the unused nights.

Stayed for 3 nights with our small family - ended up using only a single bedroom. Wish our apartment down town was this big. Clean overall, good-as-new kitchen and bathrooms, a fireplace and a giant TV for rainy evenings. Would recommend.

We had a great time at Dmitry’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located close to White Cliff park which is super nice. The suite is big and spacious, it has a big kitchen, dining and separate living room with a big size smart tv. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The suite is spacious and well equipped. It has two dinning areas, each facing a little balcony where you can have BBQ or watch humming birds, blue jay etc come find food at the bird feeders. It’s quite and relaxing. The best thing about it is there is a small beach right across the street within 5 min walk, almost nobody there. And it’s ten mins walk to the Whytecliff park, where we found two beaches and saw sea lions in the rocks. A nice place to have a week away from the busy cities with your family!

The home is beautiful and well maintained. The communication was easy, making the check-in process smooth when we arrived. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Plenty of room for four adults. Great location for area activities. Furnishings were dated and not very comfortable. Outdoor grill and all appliances worked well. Parking was a little tricky....but owners were very helpful with this. Overall we had a great time.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Dmitry lives on the premise and was there to meet us as we drove up. My wife is a clean fanatic, and this property met her expectations. Dmitry responded immediately to several small requests that we had. Now you wont be staying in downtown Vancuver, but you will be staying in and around million dollar properties. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed in this house last week during a two week trip to Vancouver and surrounding area. Location is exactly what we were looking for. Access to downtown Vancouver and North to Whistler was what we were after and it met our main objective. We had a minor concern trying to communicate once we initially arrived in Vancouver, but it was quickly fixed and Dmitry was very welcoming and informative once we arrived. House was clean and as the pictures advertised. We were out touring around most of the day, so we were only there for breakfast and then back in the evening through to the next breakfast. Great setup for two couples or a family. A bedroom and bath on each side of the house with nice common area in the middle. One small mention would be regarding the driveway. The homes are located in an upscale area, close to the ocean. Many homes, including this one are built on part of the hillside. We were fine walking up and down and the parking was fine, I only mention it to give full disclosure if you were elderly or struggled with luggage. We enjoyed our stay in this home very much, would go back and would recommend this house in the future.

Plenty of space for Three adults. Unfortunately, the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable to sleep in due to it being too soft. The guest bedroom has a comfortable bed. The decor and furnishings appeared worn and very dated. The fixtures in both bathrooms are new and ultra modern. The lack of hot water in the master bathroom shower left much to be desired. Although the living room has a couch it is not at all comfortable to sit on and definitely not a cozy spot to lounge in at all.

We had a great stay at this two bedroom home in Horseshoe Bay. It was very spacious and Dmitry was very welcoming. He was such a great host and provided many recommendations for the surrounding area.

The property is clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located a short walk from Whytecliff Park or a short drive to Horseshoe Bay Village. A great option if you are looking to explore outside the city. Olga has great communication and was an excellent host. Great for children too! Olga offered us a crib for our 14 month old child. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, Olga was on target with her hospitality and advice on sites and how best to get around the area. Her home was immaculate and well appointed for our stay with our son and daughter in law. Olga was always available to answer questions relating to dining and where to go and not to go. The home sits on hill and surrounded by beautiful evergreens with a deck to watch the night stars. It is a great hub and spoke location for visiting Vancouver if you want a tranquil place to end your day. Bravo to Olga and her family. RP

The owner and his wife are very nice and patient. They make the house clean and comfortable for my family. It is walking distance to see the sea and islands. I am so glad I picked the place as our vacation home this time.
