Ristrutturato di recente senza aumento del tasso! Sei pronto a rilassarti e liberarti da quello stress nella splendida Port Aransas, in Texas? Bene, immagina di goderti una buona tazza di caffè al mattino su un balcone privato con vista sul Golfo mozzafiato! Ora è il momento di rilassarsi in una delle 2 piscine in loco, mentre i bambini si divertono nel parco giochi nelle vicinanze. La nostra efficienza è dotata di 2 letti queen size, cucina completa, servizio internet wireless, TV via cavo. E ancora, splendida vista sul Golfo con balcone privato! L'immagine in realtà non rende giustizia alla vista incredibile. I giardini sono immacolati con campi da tennis, aree ricreative, parco giochi per bambini, barbecue, passerelle lastricate per la spiaggia e parcheggio proprio alla porta. Solo un breve viaggio in città per mangiare e fare shopping. Non vediamo l'ora che tu goda dell'efficienza di Gulf View tanto quanto noi!

Was disappointed in the room. Really needs updated and the room was not clean. Too many other options in Port A so wouldnt stay there again. Close to the beach but if you are taking tent, etc. Just buy the $12 parking pass and stay anywhere.

Perfect for us. Great view and nice facility. We were here a few nights and it was quiet and well stocked. Took us some time to figure how to use convection stovetop as new to us, but it was all accomodating. And we loved the pool. Very nice to swim in. Great location and great trip.

Small condo, just right for the two of us. We wanted a short walk to the beach and, most importantly, a beach view balcony. We enjoyed both! It is a rather large condo complex, two pools, pickleball, tennis and basketball. Best thing: view of the beach with nothing between us other than sand dunes and a boardwalk right to the beach.

This was our first time taking a vacation as a family, so talk about a lot of anxiety coming into this vacation! But it turned out awesome checking in was a breeze very easy. The room was super clean. The location was just right right by the beach. The security at night was a plus we will definitely be staying here again. Can’t wait for the next trip.

It was our first time to the texas aquarium and the uss Lexington. Also my sons first time to the beach. The condo and it's location were perfect for what we wanted to accomplish. Paul was on key to help us with any questions and concerns. We had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

This was our 8th stay in this outstanding Condo! We will not stay anywhere else as this Condo has everything we could wish for. Well appointed with excellent furniture and very comfortable beds and everything we would need in the kitchen, we did not need to bring much for our stay. And the view of the Gulf and sunrise was the best as always. No need for a car here as it was an easy short stroll on their private walk way to the beach. The private swimming pool for the condo guest was perfectly maintained and the grounds were beautiful and super clean. Thanks Natalie for again an outstanding stay and thanks to Paul who make our stay perfect!! We will continue to come again next year!!!

This property was east to access, close to Port A, without being smack in the middle of town. We arrived after the office closed, and the check in was still very easy. Condo had a view of the ocean, and was right on the boardwalk to the shore. The common areas had charcoal grills spread among many picnic shelters, and the grounds and pools were clean and very nice. We would definitely stay again.
