Property worked perfectly for our trip. There were 6 women and we had room to comfortably sleep, eat and gather in either living room or outside. Host was incredibly helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and number of bedrooms which accommodated 5 adults and an 18 month old. It was great being so close to beach access, some shops and restaurants as well as the lighthouse. We had a wonderful time!

We have had a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. Great size. We had 5 adults and a 20 month old. My daughter brought a portable crib, but having the extra portable crib and the beach toys was really helpful. The little one slept in his crib in the back room near the kitchen and we could be together in the living room. When he laid down during the day he slept in the master bedroom in the other crib. He really liked the little rocking chair, it was just the right size for him. The fenced yard was great for our two chiweenies. Note the fence is high off the ground in a few spots and they could wiggle thru so be mindful if you have tiny dogs as they can escape. Literally had everything we needed for our vacation. Only bad thing is it's located off Soloman, worst street on Tybee as far as having a bumpy drive on it. It's the oldest street on Tybee. We rented a golf cart to tour the Island which we highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was just great and the owner of the property was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The house was extremely clean, within walking distance of local businesses/restaurants and a beach access, and had all the amenities necessary for a delightful stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with two bottles of wine, fine chocolate and bags of popcorn. The back yard offered a cozy oasis with a fire pit for evening entertainment, barbecue grill for lush dinners, and shaded patio facilities for sharing meals and pleasant conversations. What else would one need for a perfect vacation? Our group appreciated all of the lovely touches included in the house to make us feel at home. I would recommend without hesitation this rental property; 5 stars out of 5!

We cannot say enough about the communication with the owner (Sherry) she was fabulous. The house was amazingly clean and very well equipped. We had friends in from South Carolina for dinner and had all we needed in the kitchen. Best of all the location is great, right across the alley to the best pizza on Tybee at Hucapoos and a block from the beach. Our 2 dogs loved the totally fenced in yard. It was exactly the type of rental we were looking for and would love to stay there again! Highly recommend!!!

Had everything we needed. All appliances and a/c worked fine. Mattress/bed was comfortable. Convenient location. Good value. Fenced-in patio and yard were very nice.

We throughly enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. It has a normal sized washer and dryer. Enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The patio area was great with a fire pit we all enjoyed. Beds were comfortable so we slept well. Our 11 year old claimed the day bed in the sunroom as his! Convenient location to the ocean…about a 5-8 minute walk. Things to do close by if you want to go into Savannah or a day trip to Hilton Head. Some beach chairs are in the shed, and there were plenty of beach towels for the five of us. Landlord was quick to respond to any of our questions. We have no complaints and would stay here again given the opportunity

Every year, we take my elderly mother in law to the beach. As it’s getting harder for her to get around, we like one story places that are close to a beach. This was fantastic. Quiet residential neighborhood that has a coffee place and pizza place right across the street (more like an alley)! This is an old house that has been added onto and upgraded, and you can tell a lot of love went into it. There are 2 smaller bedrooms near an original bathroom, and a larger “master” bedroom off of the living room. If you have small kids, there’s plenty of room in the master for cribs and cots. If you don’t have small kids, there’re only sheer curtains over the French doors into that bedroom, so anyone in the living room can see in…consider this when you assign bedrooms as there’s iffy privacy there. There’s a full bath off of the living room near the door but it isn’t attached to the bedrooms, so the master doesn’t technically have its own. The kitchen is cozy but is very well stocked with everything you may need for your stay! While it’s one story, the floors are a little uneven where they added on and there’s a step down into the sunroom, so if you have someone in the group who is a fall risk, keep that in mind. A lot of the rooms are on GFI outlets, so easy to check if it seems an outlet isn’t working. Lovely shaded patio with fire pit, and even some bikes if you need! Best part is just down the “alley” (Solomon) to the right is Byers Street and the entrance to the beach! The north beach is so quiet, no heavy surf to worry about kids getting tumbled in, no party-goers shooting fireworks. It’s close enough that if anyone in your group can’t walk those couple of blocks, you can drop them off with your wagon of beach things, drive the car back to the house, and walk back. Go the other way towards McKenzie and there’s a fantastic taco bar on the other side of the unfortunately closed Gerald’s. This was the homiest house we have ever rented. Would definitely rent again if we head back to Tybee!

While the property was a little tricky to find at first, once we found the place the experience was very nice. It was clean and necessities were provided. We had close access to pizza and shopping. The beach was relaxing! There were four in our group and each of us had our own bed! I would stay here again if I were to return in the future.

Very spacious, clean and beautiful. Very close to the beach and delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay as we had this planned for our family vacation for sometime. We were extremely pleased with our stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this home with 4 moms and 4 teen girl scouts and had a wonderful week. The house had everything we needed as far as utensils, cookware, etc, 2 coffee makers, one Kureg and one traditional, and lots of room to spread out. Sherry was always quick to reply to any questions I had through the VRBO messaging system. Note - the washing machine is not HE, so bring some regular (old fashioned) detergent for it.

Everything was just as described in the listing. Within walking distance to an ocean inlet that is perfect for the toddler and infant in our group. No waves and perfect for them. Traditional beach is just a short 5 min drive and was perfect for our older children who wanted to ride their boogie boards. Fenced patio was so nice for our younger children. Only thing that would have been a plus would have been an ice maker in the refrigerator. Overall a fantastic vacation.

I absolutely loved the property - bright and spacious! The updated bathroom is beautiful. It had a wonderful yard/patio/firepit for our small gathering. It was a short walk to the beach and close to the mid-island. Huck-a-poos across the street is a must go to! The was extremely clean and the concern I had was addressed immediately by the owner. She is top rated from my experiences! I would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We initially had some of issues with a few electric outlets. However, the property manager gave written instructions to resolve these matters. We also was able to easily contact her for further clarity.

Wish getting to a beach access was easier than the description.

We met up at this beautiful house and enjoyed every moment. The outside space is so relaxing and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed to cook and eat all weekend. The grill was wonderful to help us eat healthy. We hope to come back again next year.

Very gracious host. House is charming and well appointed with the necessities for a longer stay. Very comfortable beds, furniture, and outdoor areas. Easy to walk to a few restaurants and shopping. All year long there is pay to Parkin Tybee, so it’s nice to be at an easily walkable location.

We enjoyed our week long stay. The weather was colder than normal, so although we did not get to use the lovely fenced-in back yard, the dog did. Long walks on the beautiful North beach were amazing. I saw over 20 species of birds! It was nice to have a local hangout (Huc-a-Poos) with cheap beer and good pizza very close by. The location and house were good for our needs. As others have said, the owners were very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. When you go into Savannah, I recommend an on-off trolley to explore the town.

Perfect property for an adult family of 4 plus one dog. Close walk to one of the best kept secrets, the back bay beaches on the north end of the island. The listing is accurate and the house has a lot of natural light. The mattresses were comfortable but be aware that 2 of the rooms are small as are the bathrooms. One bathroom could use remodeling but overall it met our needs. The kitchen is well supplied. The outdoor space was great and we greatly enjoyed the fire pit. Two adult bikes are available for use in addition to a small child’s bike. We enjoyed Huc-a-Poos pizza which is a very short walk from the house as well as watching the sunsets from the beach. Very quiet area and so family friendly. The owners were very responsive and friendly and we had no complaints. We’ll be back!

There was a choice if places to eat nearby. We loved the po-boys at Gerald's Pig & Shrimp and the wedding party moved on to Huc-A-Poos after the reception!The property itself was very spacious and immaculately clean. We were there with our daughter, son-in-law & 4-month old grand-daughter, and were delighted that there was a Pac 'n Play for the baby.We only made use of the coffee makers and microwave, but the kitchen was very well-equipped if you wanted to cook. We would definitely stay here again, if we were ever to return to Tybee Island.
