המיקום של המלון מושלם. מרחק של מספר דקות מהמדרגות העולות אל העיר העתיקה. הצוות במלון היה אדיב, שירותי ועזר בכל נושא ובעיה (היו כמה). ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה מאוד.
המלון ממוקם מעל מסעדה טורקית נחמדה (לא אכלנו שם כי לא הסתדר אבל האוכל נראה מצויין). המלון בבעלות טורקית והצוות יצא מגדרו כדי לגרום לנו להרגיש רצויים ובנוח. (בכל תקופה אחרת לא היה צורך לציין את זה בכלל ...)
לקחנו חדר לשישה (גם ילדה מתחת לגיל שלוש וגם סבתא). בתיאור החדר לא הוזכר כי הדירה מחולקת למספר מפלסים כאשר בין המפלס הראשון לשני יש גרם מדרגות משמעותי אשר יכול להיות מסוכן לילדים קטנים ואינו מתאים לבני הגיל השלישי (לפחות לא לאלה עם ברכיים עיפות). מעבר לכך החדר מצויין אך יש לקחת בחשבון את הנושא לפי ההרכב המשפחתי.( בדיעבד גילינו שהתמונות של החדר רואים את המדרגות.). בכל מקרה הצוות יצא מגדרו כדי לסייע ולמצוא פתרונות חלופיים הולמים וזאת ללא תוספת תשלום.

There is no king size bed in double room. It is actually an small queen size of 150cm wide -> when confronted the receptionist, besides the fact that she showed no interest, she said that they will change it on booking with no other compensation or solution.
AC smells very bad when started. Also heavy smell in the room
Noise from restaurant until 23:30 -> could not sleep...
Cleaning should be improved -> hair from previous room user, dust and dirty window courtains, some dead bugs on the window stairs
Breakfast low to average for a 4 star hotel/villa

-good and varied bufet breakfast.
-no insect protection for windows.
-the windows point towards the inner courtyard where there is a terrace. there wasn't any noice since it was pretty cold outside and everyboddy was indorrs, tough i sugest to keep the music at a low volume after curfew on the hot summer days.

The location was great, the suite was spacious and comfy. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel (10 lei/day).
Breakfast was well seasoned, but not qualitative. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom. Pretty noisy at night from the restaurant.

The room was spacious,modern and felt really cosy. All amenities exceeded my expectations. Good sound proof. Curtains that 100% blocked outside light.

The staff at Konak are wonderful. Friendly and informal. We enjoyed several meals in the restaurant - highly recommended.
