Great Wi-Fi, A/C and clean.

The hotel is on 245 and the traffic noise was so loud and horrible and the kitchen didn’t have a stove so couldn’t cook anything. I inquired about a tour and she wasn’t very helpful at all. I found a tour on my own.

Second stay: Customer service, the hotel lost a shirt doing laundry and first, the daughter accused of my friend taking it, then me losing it. Then told me I never gave them my red shirt-a new purchase before the trip. I would have been happy with “I am sorry” but the daughter blamed everyone and I told old her she needs to be accountable then she offered to pay for the shirt. They paid me $20 but the experience was horrible. I have been visiting Costa Rica since 1991, never had an experience getting accused of things!

The street and outside of the building do not accurately reflect how lovely it is inside. The building is quite modern and clean throughout. It was nice to have the option to make coffee and tea or use the kitchen area for breakfast. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She helped us contact a previous stay where we left a bag and she booked us in at Sloth Tour - La Perica, a highlight of our holiday. Several nice restaurants within walking distance were recommended. Lovely cafe on the main street for early morning coffee and goodies.

The parking situation is a little tricky so if using the parking lot be sure to inform them if you need to leave early so that your car is parked correctly to get out and not be blocked. Room was small and had a verandah area outside our window but the folks out there did not stay late so it was quiet when we went to sleep.

staff very nice and helpful. great location. quite clean and well maintained. spacious room with AC. We came here to do the Corcovado overnight tour and were able to store our luggage at the hotel for the night we stayed in the national park without extra charge.

there is no stove in the kitchen, so cannot really cook meals. Had to improvise and prepare cold food instead.

Check in was smooth, Sofia was very welcoming, explained all the details, requested laundry last min and this was also accommodated. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Shower was hot and plenty of plug sockets. Fluffy towels and nice ambiance for the hotel. Location was convenient. Kitchen well equipped and AC nice and powerful. Sofia very helpful with tips on things to do around town and general information. Always willing to help

The shower head needs a clean so that it doesn't spray sideways, alot of buildup inside the outlet holes

The family who runs the business is super friendly and very helpful! One of the nicest places I stayed in Costa Rica! Highly recommended!

the staff was super friendly, when we came back from a 20km hike from corcovado they let us use the shower even when we were not staying for another night. They also let you leave the bags, and if you have q car, you can leave it there for 5usd.

Hint for trip to La Palma and Drake bay: Taxi / colectivo from Puerto jimenez , at the corner of the shop "El regalon" to La Palma. Then bus from La Palma to Drake Bay leaves la Palma at 11:30. The bus from Puerto jimenez to La Palma is not suitable, as it leaves only at 11am (not 9:30).

The location of the Hotel in pto jimenez was very nice and we were able to do everything by foot. Our room was nice and had a king sized bed.

Unfortunately, our room was close to the street and not very soundproof. We used earplugs to sleep
