This is our second time to share Thanksgiving at this VRBO. My family requested it this year! The property is wonderful and spacious. We enjoyed the community amenities, like pickleball and disc golf. This is definitely the perfect place for extended family gatherings.

Wonderful gathering spot for friends and family. Tons of room. The backyard with pool and hot tub is spectacular and exactly what we were looking for on our trip. The view of the lake, especially at sundown, is fantastic! Owner is very nice and communicative on questions, etc.

I rented this property for my husband‘s 40th birthday. There were five families total with 17 people including seven kids ages infant to six there was plenty of room to sleep and plenty of amenities to keep both the adults and kids entertained. the pool was great. Proximity to the water was perfect and you’re able to actually drive up onto the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a family vacation.

This was a perfect place for a large family like ours and we absolutely loved that the neighborhood had private access/boat ramp to the lake. Our two boats and two jet skis were very easy to put in and enjoy.

We are a group of college friends that vacation every other year. It was our first visit to the Lake Travis area. The house was absolutely great! Communication with Sandy was spectacular. At one point, it seemed there was an issue with the A/C. Before had a chance, Sandy was in contact with us and had a crew out to fix the problem. The pool was absolutely spectacular. If there was any downside, we were a little disappointed that the outdoor kitchen area was not in operating condition. The kitchen had just about anything you could need. We have a tendency to stay in a cook for ourselves so that was a definite plus. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was great. It was a little bit of a distance to shopping/restaurants, but that didn't take away anything from our stay. Thank you for opening up your home! We had a great vacation.

Overall it was a great house, great experience! We really enjoyed the house and amenities, the views were amazing and the pool was really nice! The only recommendation would be more newer cooking pans, as we bought allot of food to cook and we had to buy new pans to cook. Other then that, great host!

Wonderful time with family celebrating our son’s college graduation!

We visited with two families (10 people) all grown children. The roads here from Austin were well labeled, lit, and totally in line with GPS. The elevation of the house provides incredible views of lake life. The house was immaculate and very very user friendly. One morning was overcast and we played board games on the upper patio. We enjoyed lunch on the lower patio and playing pool each evening. The back yard and swimming pool are fantastic! Something for everyone. Beautiful plantings and seating around the pool. There is a second kitchen downstairs with melamine plates and bowls for safety with outdoor dining. The bed/bath accommodations are really spacious and comfortable. We dined at the Marina one evening and at the food trucks another evening. At the gas station nearest the house we found a donut spot next to the gas station store. There is a hot food service counter with delicious Cubano sandwiches! I knew it would be good when I saw so many picking up breakfast that morning. Our host, Sandra, was very helpful sharing local tips and answering questions that arose along the way. I really, highly, recommend this rental.

Our extended family of 12 (kids, teens, adults) gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving and a milestone birthday in our family, and this home was the ideal place for us to gather. It was inviting, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. It was conducive to play, rest, feasting, gathering, and celebrating together, and you can tell Sandy has a desire to hospitably welcome guests into her home. She was an excellent communicator, responding timely and thoroughly, and genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay. She was very helpful when questions arose. Additionally, there is a lot to do in the neighborhood that is teeming with amazing deer and also friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the frisbee golf course at the nearby park. We are incredibly grateful for our family time together, and Sandy's home exceeded our expectations!

If you're looking for a staycation, this is the place to be! It's got everything you need to chill and relax with a great view of the lake. It is a bit of a drive to get back to Austin, but who needs it when you can go disc golfing or have fun at the lake.

The house was more than amazing! The views from the deck of the house for the Lake were great! House was very clean, was stalked with everything we needed to use for our stay! I definitely will be booking this house again😊

Expect plenty of beds (some are fold out couches), a fabulous backyard, and a stunning view. We stayed here for a girls weekend and were not disappointed!

Beautiful property thier was 11 of us here and we all had room to spread out.. enjoyed the pool!! WE were arriving early and sandy accommodated us by letting us check in early. We enjoyed all the deer around us also

This house has it all! There was so much to do-swim, play pool, ping pong, lounge, read, sleep, eat! We had virtually everything we needed to prepare meals and dine together, inside our out. The host was very responsive when we had an a/c problem (no fault of theirs). The backyard and deck areas were beautiful! Highly recommend!!

We loved this property and enjoyed all the amenities of this great house! It has all the extras and was very well stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Clean & peaceful. Great location & amenities.

We stayed here for a family reunion and everyone in our large group (10+ adults, kids, babies) was able to relax in their own space. The kitchen was very well-appointed and the views are stunning. The game room and pool meant that we were able to entertain ourselves over the week that we were at the house despite it being 105 degrees outside in July. Austin is also only about an hour away. Finally, the house was very clean and we were able to easily get ahold of Sandy for any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great layout, beautiful pool, plenty of room for our party of 9 adults & 6 kids. Clean, well equipped kitchen, 2 outside grills, nice balcony space, game room. Owner was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

This home is everything stated in the overview. Large accommodation with rooms for our entire family. Well stocked kitchen, a bar area, balconies with wonderful views of Lake Travis, and a nice sized pool to cool down from the warm days. Communication and responsiveness was top-notch. Be hard-pressed to have a better experience then we did!!!

Beautiful, clean house but disappointed in management. The pool company shocked the pool on one of our two full days in the house, so we lost a day of swimming. Management indicated the pool company does this repeatedly, so beware you may not have access to the pool for the entirety of your visit. Beach passes were not available as listed, which greatly restricts your access to the lake. We arrived the first day to every outdoor trash bin full or overflowing and swarming with flies. All of these details could have been checked and handled prior to our arrival, but as they compiled, greatly impacted our overall stay at the property. Management was easy to contact, but a viable remedy was not always available.

Owner had a/c people come out the next day. Wifi was spotty. Some of us needed to work on our laptops but were not able too. Even after rebooting Wifi. We also were never able to use the hot tub properly. Ipad that controlled it said access was denied. I believe the icemaker or the minifridge in the second kitchen was frozen so it was not cooling. The fridge outside by the gas grill does not work properly and it was very dirty inside. It looked like it's never been cleaned or looked at. Overall we had a very good time and would rent this place again but the items I mentioned should have been in working order. Thank you for the use of your vacation home.

My husband and I live on a sailboat so if I want to see my kids for Mother’s Day I travel to them in Texas and look for a house to hold all of us. A pool and a grill are must haves and this house had both plus a great kitchen and lots of space for all of us to hang out together - inside and out.

Sandy was great and this house was not only breathtaking with an amazing view of the lake and deer in the backyard but also had more stocked than I'd ever seen in a rental property. There were tons of kitchen and bar items. The pool is amazing and pictures don't do it justice. Truly a wonderful place to stay with or without kids. Had my sisters bachelorette party here and the girls were so impressed. Sandy was very communicative from the time we booked and a perfect host. 10/10 recommend staying here

We used the property as our family base for a wedding in Austin. We had 8-10 family members throughout the spacious property over the course of 5 days/nights. Plenty of room and lots of extra features. Outside pool/spa is spacious and well-equipped. Outdoor grill, games and pool equipment/noodles are available. Upstairs and downstairs kitchens provide a variety of food service options. Views of Lake Travis are spectacular from upper deck. 4 1/2 baths offer easy access. Decor is plentiful and appropriate. TVs and electronics are plentiful and function well. We had a minor issue with wi-fi connection, but easily solved. Host (Sandy) was very prompt in responding to any communications in advance and during our stay. Location is a little remote from downtown and nightlife, but that was not a priority with our group. Thumbs Up from everyone in our group!!!!!
