Tropical Paradise è tutto ciò che vuoi in una casa vacanza. Questa residenza di lusso di lusso è dotata di campane e fischietti per rendere la tua vacanza un vero paradiso.
Di recente, l'intero interno della casa è stato dipinto, nuovissimi mobili da soggiorno, nuovi letti e trapunte in tutte le camere da letto e moquette nuova in tutto.
L'ampia zona giorno vanta mobili nuovissimi, di fascia alta e confortevoli e una TV LED da 42 pollici con lettore DVD. Esci sul balcone per goderti il sole della Florida. La sala da pranzo si trova accanto al soggiorno a pianta aperta e ospita un delizioso tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare sei persone.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi acquistati e installati nell'aprile 2017 oltre a una nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice. Questa cucina deliziosa e spaziosa ha tutto il necessario per preparare cibi e bevande che desideri. Un mezzo bagno si trova al livello principale per la vostra convenienza.
La camera da letto principale ospita un comodo letto king size con TV LCD da 32 pollici e la seconda camera da letto al piano superiore ha due letti matrimoniali anche con la propria TV LCD da 32 pollici. Il livello più basso ospita la terza camera da letto con un letto king size e una TV da 32 pollici e un lettore DVD. Questa camera ha anche accesso privato a un patio arredato, perfetto per aperitivi e bevande. Tutte le camere hanno i loro bagni privati adiacenti, in modo che tutti possano godere della privacy e avere molto spazio.
La zona giorno ospita anche un divano letto matrimoniale, che consente a Tropical Paradise di ospitare fino a 10 persone.

The townhouse was exactly as advertised. If climbing three flights of stairs is a bit much, this unit is not for you as it became a bit tiring for the older persons.
Near to major supermarket, theme parks etc.
The duvets on the twin beds needs to be changed as they had stains on them.

Nice place overall with plenty of room and close to Universal and other attractions. Check in was a bit confusing due to contact with the property owner and seperate contact with the property managers. But all worked out in the end and had no major issues. We would recommend sraying again

Many VRBO places look completely stripped, maybe understandably so. This unit was very well equipped and had some added small touches that made the stay perfect. Definitely definitely rent this!

We stayed here in July for and event at the convention center. This property is great because it walking distance to the convention center, a grocery store and several restaurants. The amenities are great like the pool, playground, clubhouse and workout facilities. The condo was clean and as presented. Loved having three bathrooms, essentially a bathroom for every room. Shared with other families and had a great time.

We had a marvelous time at Vista Cay in Orlando. Stayed for a long weekend while there for a cheer competition at Universal. The only complaint would be it seems like a fair smell of mold was in the unit every time we walked in. It did not trigger any allergies nor was it persistent.

My daughters and I came down for a girls weekend. This townhouse was perfect. It was incredibly clean. The location was perfect. Close to Publix-4 min. Only drawback was that the beds were too hard and there are alot of stairs-17 for each staircase. The bathroom for the bedroom on the lower level does need more counter space. The neighborhood was well manicure and quiet. My girls really loved this townhouse. Great stay!

The property was clean and inviting. Location was ideal for us as right by convention center. Our stay got off to a rough start as the property manager sent check in information to an email address that didn’t exist and then wouldn’t answer phone calls or texts. VRBO customer service couldn’t get her to answer either. Went to the Vista Cay administrative office and a very helpful gentleman gave us the property owner 800 number and they were able to help.

This was our first VRBO experience and it couldn’t have been better. Clean. Easy to get to, comfortable, nice pool area….worked great for our family of 5.

We absolutely loved this place! The only downfall for us was that it took 24 hours for them to let us know that the wifi log in information was incorrect. Otherwise, the place was clean and everything was as it was advertised. Well done!

This property is located in Orlando and conveniently close to everything. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and parks to enjoy. Resort is awesome also, no need to go anywhere with a pool, arcade tiki with drinks alcohol, nonalcoholic and snacks. A fitness room and mini shop for items

We loved staying here. Very little noise and the property felt safe and clean. Only issue would be for people who don't do stairs well.

Highly recommend this house. The house was super clean, very well maintained and everything you will need for a home away from home. Communication with Pam was excellent. Location is fabulous for both Universal and Disney parks, I Drive and outlet malls. The resort itself is very well maintained. The pool is very clean, with plenty of sun loungers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.

Very bad experience. The host never answer me. For access code.. we called many times. Vrbo options was, looking other place. Do you imagine at midnight after many hours driven. Find new place

Property is in a great location. Pictures do need updated as there isn't carpet in the rooms like the pictures show. Any issues we had we contacted the property management company and they were taken care of. The gym and pool were utilized every day. Would stay again.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of room and the neighborhood was quiet. It is close to lots of shopping and attractions. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location close to everything
We stayed at this townhouse this past weekend. They had it well stocked in terms of cookware and some things to get us started. It is close to everything including shopping and Universal Studios. The downstairs has one Master Bedroom Suites with Bath and Laundry. The 2nd floor has the living room, dining and kitchen and the 3rd floor had the other two bedrooms, one being a second Master.

We loved our stay at this property. The floorplan was a selling point for us. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had all the homey items you need when away.. There is even a crockpot and storage containers. We will definitely rent again!
