It was a pj sandwich under the bed that my kids could of thought it was ok yo eat 😞 it was peanuts under the living room table and the pool/hot tub was never hot 🤔 how you expect me to leave something clean and it wasn’t found clean and false advertising was looking forward to having a hot tub n home/yard

Every thing was well maintained and clean. Only suggestion would be larger parking spaces.

My daughter's room was comfortable for her, and we love the fact of having a full kitchen and laundry room. However the upstairs king bed was horrible my fiancee and I had a terrible night sleep each night. I figured it out the box spring on the bed is trash, it was like sleeping on a brick fence. The first night we were like well I guess we will not be getting a restful night's sleep on this vacation. The mattress did not give at well it was very hard and uncomfortable each movement was meet with a crunch like it was made of wood and cardboard. I suffer from back problems and just had knee replacement surgey close to 3 months ago. I had to sleep propped up on pillows so my back would not lay directly onto the mattress. I recommend you replacing that box spring or just a platform for support. I was not satisfied with our sleeping arrangements. Also Maintenance needs to check screws and bolts on chairs, one chair I pull to sit on I throught it had casters on it until I realized the the 2 front legs was loose. The Cleaning Crew needs to cleaning the tracks on the patio door they were filthy and the patio glass was stained with water from the pool when splashed. On our last day the maintenance crew came to repair the broken/loose section of the Lanai. And at some point the sofa set needs to be shampooed I kept finding long stringy hairs that was so gross. The ceiling fans in all the rooms needs cleaning often. I do recognize it a stay rental and it can't be spotless but cleanness is very important after we all went through with that thing call "Covid". That should be to first service you provide to all your guests. Security was very professional but the elder lady at the Service Center did not greet us when we requested to use the gym she just handed us a piece of paper with the code on it didn't give us directions on which way to enter.

Our Family of 4 stayed for a week. I would absolutely stay there again. The property was beautiful and clean. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Having kids we appreciated the lock and alarm system for the pool. Another thing I really liked what that all the tv’s had a big selection of regular channels. We don’t spend a ton of time inside watching tv but it’s nice to have the option when we are, I feel like most rental properties have weird tv set ups with limited options. The zero gravity chairs by the pool were very comfy.

This property is beautiful and very clean. It is in a great area and close to Disney. Having a walmart just down the road is a bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised. How easy everything went. From the check in to check out. Very clean and kid friendly. Nice to have the pool right there for a quick swim before bedtime. Only thing i would of changed would of been the patio furniture. And that is really nothing. Great place to vacation.... Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. There were some items at the home that ended up being very convenient. High chair, pack and play, stroller, cooler bag and umbrellas. Place was clean and updated 0 pop

When you travel to Orlando with plans to spend time with your family at the Disney Parks, you do not intend to spend your time searching for a new property you can actually stay at due to health and safety issues with the VRBO you pre-paid for. We have been to Disney for many years with our family and have stayed on Disney property as well as renting several VRBO properties over the years. We have always had a good experience and generally we don't take the time to comment on these sites. I am certain my review will be taken out of context when the host responds, but my hope is to save another family from wasting their time and money staying here. My family arrived very late (around 4 am) due to travel issues, so we did not get a chance to inspect the property until late morning after sleeping for a few hours. The property is advertised as NEW, which is not accurate. It also states it sleeps 8 which is also not accurate, unless you plan on sleeping on the couch. The pull-out chair bed did not have a mattress so if that is the 7th or 8th spot to sleep on, it was not an option regardless. After only a few hours, two of my family members woke up with breathing issues and it was very clear by looking at the ceiling vents (every single one) there were significant issues. We took pictures for back up as I am sure you will hear from the host that their unit is always cleaned etc. Unfortunately, you cannot stay at a property when your family cannot breathe in the unit (but were fine within a few minutes of walking outside). I notified the host and received a message 19 hours later. If you look at your VRBO agreement, the host has 24 hours to respond. So yes, if you go by the agreement, no communication issues, but when your family cannot stay in the property due to clear negligence that is causing your family health issues, it is unfortunate when you have to pay for two properties in one week. I was hopeful they would look into the issue and respond appropriately, but the host only reminded me I have a contract. My suggestion that part of our stay be refunded due to the property being unsafe for my family to stay at was then twisted as extortion. As you look at the owner's response, which I'm sure will follow mine, I would think very hard about why I would waste my time doing one of these reviews if this is inaccurate. There are plenty of properties to rent in the Orlando area so I would suggest finding a different one.

Only complaints are there was a lock on the thermostat that prohibited lowering the temperature below 72 degrees and the pool area and pool itself needed cleaning. The interior was clean and appliances were very nice. Kitchen was well appointed.

Family of 7. (Kids ages ranged from 9-18) We booked this property because of its location to the Disney parks, the amenities at the property and the price. We were not disappointed! This property was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly. It is a gated resort which gives you a little more comfort in knowing that not just anyone can come in. The location to the Disney parks was even better than expected. We could be at any of the parks in about 10 minutes. A little longer getting home because of traffic but I am so happy that after a long day we could be "home" in less than 20 minutes. We had a free day that we were able to use the clubhouse pool for the day. The kids especially liked the water slides. The home is very clean and comfortable. It is decorated very well. Not overdone but still enough to keep you excited and into the "Disney Spirit". I gladly recommend this property to anyone looking to go to Disney. Or even just to stay and do whatever activities you're interested in around the area.

We had a soccer showcase at ESPN Wide World of Sports, and this location was very convenient to ESPN, as well as the Disney parks. The home was the perfect size for our family of 4, and our family from Tampa (3) was able to stay a few nights with us as well, which made it wonderful. It was mostly clean, however, it could have used a vacuuming. Otherwise, no major complaints. The only real negative we had was at the gate. The lines to get in were very long at times, which made it challenging for family to arrive. It took our family 20 mins to get through the gate. Our children's cousin stayed one extra day with us, and when her parents came to pick her up, the gate staff were very rude. It just needs to be clear, that if there is intent to stay longer than anticipated, to alert the front gate. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. It was a great weekend.

When we arrived and used the pool we had no idea that it wasn’t working from day one. Emailed the director about it with no response regarding the issue. Mind you, I had multiple emails not relating to the matter and the response was within 24 hours. We paid extra for the convenience of the pool but it wasn’t even working. The colour was greenish and foggy. I’m no pool expert but I doubt that it should look like that. Filter system wasn’t working properly, the pool was so still. Such a huge disappointment. We will not be renting this property again!

The south facing pool was warm enough for the kids even without heating it. We were comfortable the whole week...I am sure we will be back!

I do wish they were on same floor since I had to put my babies pack and play downstairs while I slept upstairs. The property was clean, just a little run down. Wish backyard was little bigger to put table and eat outside and the overall house little more updated . It was walking distance to the big pool and splash pad which was good. The playground was awesome and our kids loved it. Easy to get into resort at checkin and out. The customer service before we arrived was good . For the price its what we expected. It was a great location , close to Disney and Walmart, CVS, outlets, restaurants.
