We just absolutely loved our time at this property ! The space was a perfect fit for us. It was clean and spacious and the owner made check in and check out simple and efficient. We were centrally located to the subway and all things Brooklyn . Don’t pass up a chance to stay here ! You’ll love it !

The property owner was very responsive, even providing a much appreciated teapot. The back bedroom leads to a lush garden. Safe and immaculate. Convenient to the subway, and a short trip to the city.

Excellent location in Brooklyn close to public transport. Very nice apartment with everything needed for five persons.

Our family of four spent a week in Brooklyn on a sight seeing trip during Spring Break. The location of this apartment was perfect as we decided not to get a car and just use the metro. Easy walk to a main subway station which took us directly to all our destinations. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. Barclay Center was close as well if you're a basketball fan. The apartment fit all our needs for sleeping, eating, and entertainment as well. D K was a great host which provided easy check-in/out and great communication. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to sight-see around NYC.

Location was perfect for catching the Subway and getting around. I took one star off because the curtains for the main bedroom are too short and this is right on the street. Other than that this place was ideal. I was a little worried about the subway noise, but I was able to sleep through it. Thank you DK.

We couldn't have asked for a better accommodations -- spacious 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit, fully stocked kitchen and living spaces. Perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young adult children. And all subways stop at Barclays center so everywhere we went (and we went all over) it was so easy to get back -- express trains from the lower east side, upper west side, Greenwich Village, no transfer coming back from Queens. Fantastic. And the Long Island RR has a stop there too for getting to JFK and out on the island. There are shops close for quick groceries (Target, Whole Foods, Stop and Shop) and a mall if that's your thing too. DK was super attentive (and not intrusive) and helpful with terrific communication and we can't wait to find time to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at DK's gorgeous apartment. We had a weather-delayed arrival and she was super flexible. We were thrilled to find the home ready for us. Super clean and organized, very spacious (especially by New York standards!). It was perfect for our two young children, with a pack-n-play and a high chair on hand. And the location can't be beat, just a block from every subway line and plenty of shopping/restaurants. We loved staying here!

This is a great place. We stayed with our family (2 kids, 13 and 11 years old) for almost a week. The place has everything one might need. It is clean, spacious, carefully designed and...very close to Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center from where you can get everywhere in no time (a few stops to lower Manhattan). Highly recommended.

The property was stunning, very well appointed with all modern conveniences, stylish furniture and a real home feel. The location was superb, a very short walk from one of the main metro hubs in Brooklyn and good links to JFK using the LIRR. There were a number of grocery stores in the surrounding area and some great restaurants. VSpot was one of our favourites! DK was a very helpful host, setting out the sofa bed for us for the first night and being flexible with arrival and departure arrangements. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable! We would highly recommend the property.

We were four adults visiting New York and this was a great place to stay in. The apartment had all we needed, cozy and clean. The location is great, the subway is just around the corner and there is also a mall. Whole foods less than 5 min away (walking). Short walk to Prospect park and other places to visit in Brooklyn. The host answered all questions quickly and accommodated a late check out. Would recommend to all visiting New York or Brooklyn :)

Loved our stay in Boerum Hill. The apartment is generous in size, very clean, very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped for a holiday apartment. Location is fabulous with supermarkets, shops and sports games within minutes by walking.

Wir reisten als Familie mit zwei jugendlichen Kindern. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an wohl in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Wohnung. Alles was man als Selbstversorger benötigt war vorhanden, auch so Kleinigkeiten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, Regenschirm... Supermarkt in 5 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Subwaystation Atlantic-Terminal war perfekt um alle Ziele zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und kam uns sehr entgegen, als sie uns ausnahmsweise erlaubte am Abreisetag etwas länger in der Wohnung bleiben zu können. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!

A clean, spacious, and nicely decorated garden unit in a wonderful neighborhood with many amenities -including grocery stores, department stores, restaurants, and the subway. It was everything that we had hoped for, and we will definitely be considering it the next time we come to New York! The owner was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to questions.

I recently stayed in this beautiful apartment during a vacation with my daughter, mother, and mother in law. For the four of us, this was the most ideal location! Having two bedrooms was perfect for privacy with my mother and mother in law and we loved having the common area to congregate together. DK was very helpful with any questions before and during my trip and the apartment contained several necessities like a coffee maker, refrigerator, iron, etc. In my research I wanted a hotel or apartment close to the subway. This is the way that I have always gotten around in NYC, and I find transit proximity important. By reading the reviews here, I saw that this was very conveniently located. More importantly, it is located less than a block from a major subway hub. This is perfect because from this station you can get almost anywhere in the city without having to change lines. Although we were in Brooklyn, I felt like we were right in the middle of Manhattan because it was so quick and easy to get everywhere! The homeowners were very helpful the entire time and even provided us with a great dinner recommendation on our first night! Patsy's Pizzeria is within walking distance and was one of our favorite meals of the trip! Can't say enough great things about this apartment. Perfect location, clean, modern, quiet. Will definitely recommend to others visiting the area.
