Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!! Deadbolt on Front door falling off.
Had to sweep dirty floors days of check in!! Zero pots and pans. Had to buy a pan. Zero Bowls or serving bowls. Had to buy serving bowls. Good luck finding bling sheets!! They are in the closet on the floor watered up in pillowcases it said disaster. Had to wash sheets, mattress, pad, and comforter before I would sleep in the bed. Smoke detector was chirping so had to change the battery on an extremely high ceiling. Air conditioner vents were extremely dirty! We took one out to get air flow and washed other. Kitchen window is falling out!! I sent pictures to owner his reply was put trash out on curb. I had to clean refrigerator out to get my food in it. Carpet is so gross. Dog urine all over!! Oh and if you think you can get ahold of owner/host good yuck!! The location where he has key locked up is broken! Also all blinds in living room are broken. He hey won’t open
Previous person had a covid kit they left with their name on it. So I’m sure this place was in no way cleaned!!

It was a perfect place and location for us to be able to visit with family. Nice clean home and neighborhood, close to so many nice stores and restaurants. It was a comfortable, warm and cozy home.

the house was not clean when we entered! the carpet had urine stains, dog poop on the floor. would NOT recommend this property

This was an excellent location for guests going yo a 50th Anniversary celebration in Goodyear. The house itself was spacious so we felt as if we were home. Would have no hesitation to book again!

We loved the location and the home. More house than two people and our standard poodle needed but it gave us plenty of room to visit our son and our grandchildren in the afternoon ❤️ The house was clean and the bedroom extremely comfortable. Had our car not been totaled by a distracted driver while on this trip leaving us with some bumps and bruises our trip would have been perfect! We appreciated the backyard so our pup could play ball and there was plenty of room for our kennel which was important. I highly recommend this host and he was extremely helpful in our check in.

Easily accommodated the group we had of six. Was able to cook several meals in the house and took advantage of the community pool down the street. Very easy check in and out. Instructions were very clear.

Check in was great! The location was wonderful. Upon arrival and opening the front door the entire lower level of the house reeked of cigarette and/or marijuana smoke. The smell seemed to have clung to the furniture in the lower region of the home, we attempted to air out the space by opening doors. The home is somewhat outdated and had areas of unfinished patchwork. The house is spacious and had the necessities needed for the stay. Overall the house did what was required for the stay. The host did communicate well and left detailed instructions.

This house is so easy to get to and so close to EVERYTHING. We played the golf course across the street twice. Also golfed up at Wigwam again, very close. The restaurant options just minutes away are enormous. The house was a cool setup with two master bedrooms and two extra bedrooms. Fun times watching the golfers on the First Hole North Course.

My daughter and I stayed and had my son's family come over 2 days for dinner. The house is so big and roomy, there was room for everyone, once we put both dinning tables together. Centrally located. Not far from Medieval Times and the Zoo so we got a lot of fun things to do. Ordered pizza at Chicago Pizza right down the road. Grocery stores abound to pick up whatever we needed for dinner both days. Just had the most wonderful time that we won't soon forget. I will definitely go back. Thank you so much for letting us share your wonderful home.

The home was gorgeous. However, there is a strong smoke smell through out the downstairs area especially the bedroom/bathroom. Our luggage smelt like smoke so we had to wash everything again when we got home. The floors were dirty, crumbs on the counters/tables toilets were not clean.
The owner was great and communicated with us with no problems.

This house is beautiful, plenty of room. We stayed for Thanksgiving week. We had our adult children and some grandchildren over for my birthday and Thanksgiving. Everyone was comfortable.
There is a lot of places to eat and stores close by. We went to the wildlife zoo which was only 15 minutes away.
I really don’t have any negative things to say about this place. Thomas was great. If I get the opportunity I’ll definitely want to stay again.
I did clean the house thoroughly before I left as I’m not one to leave a house messy when I leave. I always clean better than when I arrived. I guess the only thing for people like me who clean thoroughly is to have extra sheet sets in each room for each bed. Other than that all was great!!

Tom doesn’t use a cleaning service. He counts on the renter to clean it before leaving and that hadn’t happened before we got there. House was so dirty we had to find somewhere else to stay. He was very quick to respond though and immediately got me a full refund

Great place to stay, good location, our first family trip and the kids loved it, nice house and easy communication with owner. A little maintenance needed but wasnt a big deal for us, was overall great place to stay. Would stay again if we went back to Arizona.

Besides the cops showing up at 12:30 am thinking our car was parked on the street the place was great. It is close to food and shopping and entertainment. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and very convenient for us. Lovely space and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Tom, the owner was great and easy to work with.
Only caveat, we stayed in July. The air gets turned off between stays. We turned it on when we got there, but took a bit to completely cool off and become comfortable. Recommend getting there as soon as possible, so you can to turn the air on.
