Il Grand Park Rec Center, The Foundry Cinema and Bowl e il Winter Park Market si trovano a pochi passi da casa nostra nel Grand Park Village. Excellent house - nice location between Winter Park and Fraser, right on the bus line to the ski area. House was very nice and had everything that was needed. Gorgeous mountain views from the hot tub on the back porch!

Clean and everything was. as advertised. Shuttle stop was about eight houses away so not too bad. Wish there was more casual seating in the living room. A couch and love seat wasn’t enough for the six people we had, but that was the only improvement we would suggest.

Two families of four stayed for three nights to ski. House had plenty of room for all of us. Check in process was easy and very accommodating. Hot tub on back porch off of the main living room was great after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen was set up for cooking all of our meals with plenty of room for everyone to eat. Overall, a great experience!

Stayed at this house for a friends’ ski trip that we do each year in Winter Park so we know the area well. This house was in a great location to the center of town and all the restaurants. Also a hop, skip and a jump from Safeway which was super convenient. And it’s only a short 10 min drive to Winter Park Resort to ski.
The house was just as advertised. Had plenty of room for us and was laid out very nicely. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Also had a nice foosball table which was fun to play. Best part for us, however, was the hot tub on the patio. We used that everyday after a long day of skiing and it was great.
I had a couple questions for John the owner when we first got there and he was super responsive. That is one of the most important things I look for in a vrbo.
All in all, it was a great house with a great location and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved this property. Good location proximate to Winter Park, tubing, snowshoeing, grocery store, rec center, granby and grand lake. The stop for the ski shuttle is a really good one: only a couple of stops between the house and WP (we rented a ski locker at WP, which helped make the ski commute even easier). We enjoyed the hot tub and yard just off the living room and also appreciate the excellent communication from the owners. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay with our adult son at John's comfortable home. The property was spotless and comfortable, and the hot tub was excellent after long days of hiking. Beautiful views too! This was our 1st time to Winter Park. Property seemed like a new neighborhood and was VERY clean. Everything was exactly as described and John & Angela were extremely responsive to any questions we had. Property location is very convenient to The Lift (bus shuttle to WP) -- ran every hour, so with a little planning offered tremendous convenience (Again, info provided by owners was VERY helpful here). Well stocked kitchen, beds were very comfortable and the Hot Tub was wonderful after every day of skiing!

Nice home but entire family left with terrible rash after stay. Not sure if it's bed bugs or a poorly cared for hot tub that left my entire family with a nasty rash. Messaged owner and he was very unsympathetic and accusatory. Complained about the kids writing in the snow with snow markers.

We didn’t want for anything while here. Close to groceries (Safeway, Fireside), trails, and all kinds of activities. Our kids loved the supply of board games, but the bikes were too big (20” and up). We didn’t use all of the amenities provided, but we were happy to have them at our disposal. Our vehicle had low tire pressure and all the gas stations we check had air pumps that were out of order. We were surprised and pleased when our host informed us that there was a compressor in the garage. Worked perfectly.

The moment everyone walked through the front door they loved the place. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a great location. We did not want to be in crowded touristy place. Loved the cows down in the meadow, the hummingbirds, and just being with nature. Every night we enjoyed the hot tub. We loved taking the Gondola at Winter Park and hiking at the top. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you John Patrick!

Great Vacation Home
Great stay with hourly shuttles to Winter Park ski resort from stop about five houses down. Having washer and dryer with detergent provided was a huge help. Kitchen had everything we could need. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to put three kids comfortably in the third bedroom. Would highly recommend!

Great Family Home Away from Home
This property was warm and inviting. Perfectly situated minutes from everything we wanted to experience, from skiing in Winter Park to hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. The hot tub was relaxing after long days on the slopes. The interior space was perfect for our family.
