FALL AVAIL! Cozy, luxury cabin on 2 creeks, wood burning fireplace, log gazebo.
Questa affascinante baita di montagna è stata in famiglia per 3 generazioni ed è stata completamente ristrutturata, al fine di aggiungere tutti i comfort moderni per rendere il soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici e ripiani in granito e una grande isola nel centro. L'interno della cabina è tutti i registri e legno con una scala a chiocciola di registro artigianale che porta al 2 ° piano loft. Il 2 piani in pietra colpisce camino a legna è originale ed è il fulcro perfetto per questa cabina 1900sf. La cabina si trova all'incrocio di Big Henry Creek e Little Henry Creek.

The cabin is on a beautiful piece of land with two creeks running through it, providing a tranquil setting. It is very clean and has been lovingly cared for since it was built sometime in the early to mid-1900s. There is a well-appointed kitchen and a large fireplace as well as an outdoor fire pit, large patio and a creekside outdoor gazebo. Many fun artifacts adorn the interior walls and plenty of blankets to keep warm. The location is close to everything too. Three of us enjoyed our quick stay there. Jenifer was a fantastic, responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner/manager was fantastic and quite helpful. The location was fantastic....a home/cabin tucked into the forest. Beds were comfortable. Overall truly great weekend stay!

Beautiful property, clean, amazingly appointed kitchen, great location, stayed cool during heatwave no A/С needed. Very serene, surrounded the old growth trees, with two creeks right in the backyard. Barrow road hiking trails network within minutes walking distance. Comfortable beds. Lovely owner, immediately responsive, accommodating and super easy to communicate with. It was truly a treat. This was truly an amazing cabin that we are already excited to visit again. There is a relaxing creek just steps from the porch with a really nice rustic gazebo. The beds were comfortable and the inside was decorated with some really fun cabin decor. 10/10!!

Enjoyed everything about our visit. Incredibly beautiful setting. Great privacy- yet not isolated. The cabin is extraordinary. So much character. Completely comfortable. Two converging creeks on the lot make this location unique. The gazebo, wrap around porch, and the second floor balcony provide perfect outdoor places from which to enjoy the surrounding beauty in comfort. The host was always helpful and available by text or phone. Being pet friendly made our visit even better. Looking forward to many future stays.

Stayed for a weekend on the mountain with family. The cabin was beautiful, cozy and perfect for both adults & kids. Jenifer is a terrific host and went over and above to ensure our stay and checkin/out was great.

Jenifer was absolutely amazing and so was the cabin.
We decided to get eloped in the gazebo after we had asked Jenifer if it was something we could do. She was very accommodating and even let me check out the cabin a day early to see what I was gonna need for my wedding ceremony.
I highly recommend this cozy cabin for your stay.

The cabin exceeded our expectations. The surroundings were stunning. Large pine trees, flowing creek, rain forest flora and fauna. The inside of the cabin was cozy and well appointed. Large wood burning fireplace, comfortable couches and chairs. Fully stocked kitchen, and decorated exceptionally well. The cabin was easy to locate and the host was an excellent communicator. Would absolutely stay at the cabin on return trips to Mt Hood.

This property is special. The lodge is beautiful, and the stream that cuts through creates a one of a kind serene mountain experience. We hope to come back many many times.

This is the cutest/comfiest cabin. Communication with the owner was amazing and made check in/check out so easy. The kitchen has literally everything you may need along with a bbq outside. Sitting outside in the evening listening to the creek was very relaxing. We will definitely book here again!

Fun 2 night stay. Close to hikes, Mt Hood, restaurants. Cabin was perfect, as was Jenifer. Check in/Check out process was a breeze. We were able to secure an early check in and a late check out (even offered a discounted 3rd night, but we had to get back). Highly recommended. Thx!

We came up for a Summer Trip to visit various sites around Mt. Hood. This cabin was perfect for a family and the grounds are great for kids. The kids were able to wander a bit, enjoy the stream and really deep-dive into nature. The cabin feels exactly like you might want a mountain cabin to feel. The look, smell, layout, everything. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. My only 'tip' for people visiting is to do your shopping in Sandy @ Safeway vs. the local Thriftway. They have all the utensils you'd need, plus a working grill. But the local grocery stores lack in variety, whereas Safeway has most of everything you need. There is a local coffee stand that is great and the Mt. Hood Bakery (Fri-Sun) is really good. If you're up for the local BBQ restaurant (Sky-something), go early. We spent a lot of time just sitting in the Gazebo and listening to the stream. The place is great. No regrets. We hope to visit again.

The interiors exude charm, expert craftsmaship, and a family friendly vibe. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed which makes meals so easy. Loved the forested, creekside setting. Definitely a place to relax in comfort. It was difficult for us to leave.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the patio/backyard was stunning. I came here with my parents and siblings and we had an awesome holiday weekend cozied up in the cabin.
Jenifer was amazing. When we had a stove fuse blow, she stepped in immediately to help...on a holiday. They were very kind and considerate.

I always have pretty high expectations when I rent a property. It is rare that the property exceeds those expectations but this cabin did. There are so many amazing little details in this place. Tons of history and you feel like you are part of the family that owns this cabin. The fireplace is memorizing! Then beds are comfortable. The porch is expansive and super cool. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. I could go on and on about this place but I won't. Just go rent it! You will be amazed!

It was a beautiful property with a ton of mountain charm, the creek is a nice touch and there is ample parking. The kids loved exploring the property and all the bedding/amenities were top-notch. High-quality cabin that is family-friendly and you are 20 minutes from Government camp so it's ideal for a weekend retreat.

The cabin is beautiful. It’s an historic property and it is evident that the owners take such pride in their home! The original rock fireplace is the perfect place to sit on a cold stormy night.

The cabin is amazing. Great location, friendly owner, and the kitchen is stocked as well as a home kitchen. If you have six people you won’t run out of dishes or silverware, which has happened to us at many other vacation properties. The entire canin is lovely!

This place was amazing, such a great cabin and close to so many hiking trails, Mt. Hood, and more. The place is very nice inside with a spacious kitchen with everything needed to cook. A very nice BBQ is right outside the kitchen door too. The cabin has so many outdoor areas to sit and relax, including the gazebo, which sits just above the creek. The host was very quick to reply and kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything was going well. This is a great place to stay if you plan on doing activities around Rhododendron, Zig Zag, Government Camp, or, just a great place to relax in a cozy cabin in the woods.

Beautiful Home, Great Location
This house is located right on the scenic, 100-mile drive around Mt. Hood. It's in a beautiful setting in the woods, next to a rushing creek. There is a market next to the property, with a pizza place for food at the end of the day.
The home is decorated well and gives a rustic feel. If there was one thing I would like to see, it's a second bathroom. Otherwise, this house was absolutely perfect for my family of 6. Just up the road from the Timberline Lodge, which was in the opening scene of the Shining.
Perfect location and great hosts (easy communication). We'd stay here again for sure.

Beautiful family cabin!
We so enjoyed our stay! My wife and I, along with our 4 daughters (late teens and early 20s) stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. We did several hikes, enjoyed dinner at Timberline Lodge - and spent mornings and evenings at the cabin. So unique, cozy, and comfortable. I highly, highly recommend!

Start to finish great communication with the host. Check in and check out very easy process. Beautiful location and super charming cabin. Warm, cozy well appointed. Loved the outdoor sitting spaces with our pups.

Amazing Mountain Getaway
This cabin is absolutely amazing! We had six people and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was very well stocked, you won’t need to do dishes after every meal to have enough plates/silverware/glasses like we’ve had to do at several rentals. The fireplace was great, and the heater kept the cabin very toasty. We went snowshoeing right from the property up to a hiking trail, and enjoyed all the snow outside. Communication with the owner was seamless. We can’t wait to come back! The only negative is getting any large bags up the very beautiful spiral staircase, but it’s worth it.

Picturesque Cabin in the Woods
From first conversation to the locking of the doors when we left. Jennifer was always available and making sure we had everything we need … the place is out of a storey book with the creek sounds relaxing you the minute you arrive. Will definitely put this on our return often list !!

Absolutely perfect!
My Fiancé, his Mom and I and our two dachshunds stayed for the weekend. Communication with the host was impeccable which made our stay even better than it would have been given the gorgeousness and comfort of this property.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxuriously comfortable stay in the woods.

Another great stay!
We love Henry's cabin! It is such a unique place in a beautiful setting! We have been lucky two years in a row to get some snow that we could enjoy from inside the cozy cabin. Perfect mid-week retreat
What a lovely time at this fun and decorative cabin for a mid-week ski retreat. Even got lucky with a light snowfall 😌. Fireplace was cozy and gave off good heat to keep us all warm after a long day on the mountain. We all enjoyed the unique cabin decor and river adjacent location. Great memories made!

Amazing getaway!
We loved this cabin! Awesome location, amenities, and a great layout for families. We loved the TV/movie nook, where the kids could watch a show while the adults talked around the fire. Really amazing kitchen and dining room, too. Thanks for such a great weekend!

Magical !
As we did not want to have any surprises, I read every single review carefully several times, all 5 stars....Well... surprise!! It was better than any possible picture or review could have ever described it.
"Magical" is the word for us, from the home to the creeks to the majesty of the forest.
One of the reviews mentioned that every day she found some new collectable on the wall she had not seen the day before...so true, loved it!
This home was put together with caring detail and the dedication to create a fabulous cabin.

Perfect cabin for our family Christmas celebration
This cabin was decorated beautifully and even had Christmas decorations around the cabin. There was a huge rock fire place that we kept stoked with a big fire every day...thanks to the huge supply of fire wood they provided and we opened our Christmas gifts around the fire while drinking hot cocoa. It was an awesome week!!

Wonderful cozy stay!
We loved staying here for our Thanksgiving holiday. It was so quiet and cozy. The big fireplace was so lovely and beds/furniture cozy. All appliances that we needed were available for cooking. The property feels private and the house being surrounded by huge cedars just made for an idyllic cabin stay. We will definitely consider this cabin again for future family stays.
