When my wife and I arrived at our rental location , we were first struck by how clean the house was . On the counter were fresh fruits and a whole pineapple , all of which made the arrival more pleasant . We discovered that every appliance was in top operating order and everything we would need to cook was available : pots , pans , fryers , coffee pot , microwave . The dishes ,flatware . glasses and bowls were plentiful as well as the kitchen utensils . The site itself is well-maintained with trash pickup and an area to access dumpsters , if need be. The pool is large , beautiful and very clean ; inasmuch as this is a 55+ community , children are typically grandchildren and relatives but not at all bothersome - always monitored by accompanying adults. Trailer Estates is near a number of beautiful beaches and not far from some signature seafood restaurants that feature fresh caught fish , along with oysters , crab etc. Finally, John Phipps , the owner ,was always available for a call and would respond immediately , either personally or via a friend , Rick , who lives on site . Rick was very kind and responded courteously to whatever questions arose . A special shout-out to John for patiently working with us when our scheduled flight out of Sarasota was canceled - a problem that is plaguing all travelers . Charming , quaint and the homes unique - we encourage anyone to consider the Phipps properties ! PS : Seven miles (7) from Sarasota Airport - a staright shot on 41 North .

Wanted for nothing at this property. Rick was great! Showed us around and set the stage for us for a wonderful experience! Loved it! Complimentary welcome fruits and water and the property was perfect for us 😊

We had a great stay, wish it would have been longer! Highly recommend! John was a great host and all our needs were met without delay. Great community to walk. Tons of restaurants and shopping g close by. The beach is beautiful!

It was a clean single wide mobile home. It was a great location that is close enough to everything but a quiet location. Short walk to the parks beach and pool. I will be looking to see if this property is available next time we go back!

Great rental! Very clean with great amenities in the home... enjoyed being able to cook on the grill vs. eating out. Cleanliness and safety were my top priorities and this definitely met my needs. Home is very comfortable and nice, would definitely rent this again! Close to the beach was a plus!

The unit is new, cute and clean. Very comfortable bed. Basic kitchen needs were stocked. I left some additional ones. Problem with kitchen ants. Too far from pool to walk. A bike would be a thoughtful addition. Liked it a lot!

House was great. Priced right. We loved our stay. The owners were great with communication. Thank you so much!!!

Cozy cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Owner supplied everything we needed. Hope to stay here again next time we visit Bradenton.

A little too far from a beach everything else is nice

My husband and I stayed here in August 2020 after moving from North Carolina. It is a fairly new place, very clean, nice kitchen for cooking, and in a great location. This community has a very nice pool which you have to pay to use, but it was well worth it as I enjoyed the activities. The owner was always available if we needed something and very accommodating. Plenty of activities and yet quiet.

Very quiet, affordable and good location. Perfect for two people. The carport was nice for keeping your vehicle out of the sun.
