Everything was so pleasant, clean, and peaceful. The views of beach and water at sunset are incredible. I stayed all week everyday and night was quiet and peaceful…until Friday night….it was very loud with vehicle noise, motorcycles and weekend parting beginning until around 2am. The owners have no control over this and I would absolutely recommend the stay, just be aware that on front beach the weekend may bring noise.

We had a wonderful check in experience with our host. The cottage could not have been in a better proximity to the beach! The host communication was top notch our entire stay! We would absolutely love to return to the adorable beach cottage!

The property was mostly as reflected in the post pictures, with the exception of the significant buckling of the flooring. When we booked this property we knew it was nothing fancy. It was beachfront in the location we needed, which was the reason it was booked. The location in PCB is great and we loved the area. I'm not sure we would rent here again but will in the area. As mentioned by other reviewers, the road behind the house was loud with traffic, music, etc. until PCB's quiet ordinance goes into effect, and then it was fine, pretty quiet actually. We don't have small kids that go to bed early so the noise wasn't an issue for our family. Another thing that another reviewer noted we agreed with, there is no window covering over the master bathroom window. So at night the light coming in requires that the bathroom door be shut. Also, if the person showering is very tall they can plainly see outside so, obviously the people outside can see in since the road behind the house is higher than the house. As also mentioned in other reviews, the dishwasher doesn't seem to be installed properly but I'm not on vacation to be in the kitchen, so it wasn't an issue for us personally. The property owners are very into rules, mostly in the don't do this variety. You have this going into the rental agreement but, just know they are very invested in their property and really manage it as their own personal home. We had a minor issue with some of our child's friends from up the beach being on property, not to stay or use anything on site, just their presence. This apparently was very much against their rules. I didn't appreciate Al basically verbally attacking me and talking to me like I was a child. I said yes, they were here, and my husband and I would address it. Instead of him taking the conversation for what it was worth, he stalked the property (hoping to confront our teenage children we felt like) for 2+ hours. Once my husband saw him lurking around they had a discussion and there were no other issues. They have many cameras on the facility including one on the "private" balcony on the second floor. I totally understand the need to protect their investment but we felt the one on the balcony was a privacy violation. Again the property is mostly as presented in the post and does the job. Donna was great to work. She let us know the property was available early, reminded us about trash days, got our deposit back quickly, etc.

This place is what you are looking for. If you don't want to mess with elevators, parking, and getting to the beach hassles. It's right next to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Just ignore the bad reviews left by the difficult people. These owners just want to keep their property nice and are proud of their properties. They will make sure everything is taken care of and answer any questions you might have. They are friendly and courteous. My family will be going back here for sure!

We came down with our son and his girlfriend. The upper level cottage was just about perfect. I loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves while drinking my morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable. I actually liked meeting the host. It’s nice to know who you are working with. Donna responded immediately when I had a concern and it was resolved within 2 hours. Excellent service. The only downfall was the road in front in very noisy, lots of traffic. I decided people in Florida like to honk their horns the miracle was that you didn’t hear any of it when you walked the the beach which was footsteps away. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a getaway

We needed a getaway after months of quarantine. The check-in process was easy & the owners were very nice. While the view from the porch was perfect, the view inside could use some updating. The dishwasher wasn't installed properly under the counter and was sticking out, silverware was just thrown in a drawer without any organization, the flooring had seperated throughout the unit leaving enough space to stub your toe in the kitchen. The lampshade in living room was cracked, the small lamp in the master bedroom was so loose, the entire thing wiggled when you turned the switch. The toaster lever wouldn't stay down while toasting & had to hold it down the entire time. The coffee maker was very old and could stand to be replaced. The glass light shades over the master bath vanity were missing, leaving the bulbs exposed. The internet/security system hubs were on the kitchen counter with many cords/wires taking up the space. If a shelf was added under the counter or on the side of the cabinet to hold these items, it would not only give more space, but get it out of the way. The porch area was very relaxing at all times of the day. Just wish they would've washed it down before we arrived to get rid of the previous guests' sand that had caked from getting wet. The awning was dirty with cobwebs. This space could stand to be painted to cover the rusting nails around the windows.The location was a little loud since it's right next to a main road and the bar across the street had outdoor karaoke. No curtain over master bath window to hide head lights from cars entering the road.We couldn't get hot water in the guest bathroom & it took a couple hours to get a response from the owner, but it was addressed/fixed shortly after.This place has so much potential to be an outstanding rental should some TLC be applied along with some updates and matching decor.
