2300 piedi quadrati di casa 3 box auto con lani coperti con una piscina riscaldata a energia solare e ampio cortile privato recintato. Dieci minuti dalla spiaggia, a piedi da ristoranti e negozi di alimentari. Soggiorno a volta a soffitto con 65 a schermo piatto e camino a legna, triplo cursore a grande lanai con mobili e 50 a schermo piatto e piscina riscaldata. 3 bagni completi con box doccia di grandi dimensioni e uno con vasca idromassaggio. Master ha una zona salotto con 50 in TV e 2 cabine armadio e un doppio cursore per il Lanai. La cucina ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di fascia alta, zona pranzo con doppio cursore per piscina e un tavolo da biliardo nella sala giochi. Nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice e grill a gas e fumatore situato appena fuori dalla piscina.
La casa è completamente arredata $ 4600 / mese include tutte le utenze via cavo e internet. We absolutely loved this property. The house is amazing with tons of privacy and beautiful, tropical landscaping. And it’s super close to the beach. It has everything you need and more. Highly recommend!

My husband, myself, and best friend spent the month of February in this immaculate home. We have rented homes through Vrbo for the last 6 years, and nothing can compare to this one. The home had everything you could ever need from a well equipped kitchen to lots of cleaning supplies. The furnishings were beautiful and tasteful, even the outside pool and lanai area were lovely. We had never before rented a home with such gorgeous grounds. The owner has paid so much attention to detail inside and out. The home is in a very private area, which was great. Melinda was wonderful. Any question or concern was immediately addressed. She was the kindest, most responsive owner we ever experienced through Vrbo. Thanks again Melinda for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Melinda was so easy to work with and answered questions quickly. The house is very clean with an abundance of kitchen supplies and towels. We brought our two dogs and I think they wanted to move in. We hope to stay at this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable house. Pool was the right temperature and used daily. Having three bathrooms was an added plus. Grocery store very close. Beautiful beaches nearby.

If we could give this home a 10 we would. The home was immaculate, spacious and so quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac. We spent most of our time on the lanai and enjoyed the solar heated pool so much. The area has lots to do - we went to festivals, a play, art show - and delicious food. It was convenient to be able to walk to the grocery and restaurants. Lots of easy access to beaches and even though our dog was not allowed, there are many beautiful parks that we went to for walks. The backyard is huge so she had plenty of space to explore. The owners were easy to contact and answered any questions we had right away. We highly recommend this home and area.

Beautiful Home Close to Beach
I had a wonderful time at your property it was so clean and had everything I needed and more! The landscaping was amazing I felt like I was on a tropical beach. It was so close to the beach I went every day to watch the sunset. I will be staying with you again in the future.

Fabulous Home
We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful house. All you need to pack are your clothes!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The beds are super comfortable with very nice linens. The bathrooms were roomy and modern. The great room was very nice and spacious. Melinda was super accommodating and helpful. We had a problem with the garage door opener and it was resolved within a couple hours. The pool was nice and warm surrounded by very comfortable furniture. The fenced in yard was huge and very nice for our dog. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a Publix grocery store. We highly recommend renting this “palace” and hope to do so again in the future

I know the pictures are beautiful...but this home is everything you could imagine and then some. Everything you could want and then some. Amazing house
My family and I enjoyed our stay! We loved the pool and the spacious bedrooms. It was very nice to sit on the back deck and enjoy the evenings in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely love to come back in stay in this house again!

Fabulous rental
Everything was perfect with this rental. The host, Melinda emailed all information before check in. She also had the house stocked with anything we could need upon arrival. She had K-cups, toilet paper, beach chairs, coolers- literally anything you could think of. All of the beds were comfortable and the pool was great too. Definitely would rent this property again!!

5+ Stars home in quiet neighborhood
This home is even better than the pictures. We rented it for the month of January. It is the most well stocked home we have ever rented and we have rented quite a few. Lots of space, large bedrooms, an amazing pool and lanai area with a fenced in backyard. About 4 miles to Englewood Beach and around 15-20 to Venice. Publix grocery store was 0.4 miles away. Home was at the end of a cul de sac so very quiet. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you Melinda for an amazing experience and sharing your home with us!

We had a terrific time at the property in Englewood. We did not want for anything in the house at all, it was so well equipped, in fact we have not rented a house that provides so many items to use. Check in and check out was easy, Melinda was wonderful to deal with. House and outside was immaculate. Thank you Melinda!
