everything was great. behind the property they are building condos. did not get peace and quite in the mornings to enjoy coffee. love the fence around the pool. I'm sure that the place will be great when they get though with the construction work

I’m always weary of what I’m walking into when I rent a property. I was not disappointed at all with this one! The property was spacious, clean, and had what we needed. Plenty of towels , big TV’s in each room, pool toys , start up supplies. The beds were so comfortable! The pool was great! The kids loved it and spent morning till night in it each day. We were close to the beach , and we loved the kayaks that we used right from the back of the home. We so appreciated the support we received with the kayaks getting on and off. Any questions we had about the property were answered quickly. I liked the resource book they had in the kitchen with restaurants, beach’s, boat rentals, etc… We ate at some places nearby and had some deliveries. We used the volleyball net in the pool for the older kids at night. We had a lot of fun here. They have of other equipment in the garage / game room (tennis racquets , bike, hammock) that we didn’t get to , but nice to know it’s there. The friendliest, most attentive owners I’ve ever rented from. We will definitely be back !

We enjoyed our stay, everything very clean.

We had a awesome time at Lonny house. He welcomed us when we first got there with any questions and showed us around and a walk through , he was so nice if we had any questions. We spent nights by there beautiful out door area and pool with the family. And was only a 1.5 mile walk to the beach so we had family walks every morning for a fun exercise walk. Me and my family can’t wait to come back and are looking for dates to come back very soon.

This was a great place to stay - perfect for our family with teens and a preteen. We loved the pool and spent the day in Sanibel. Three of the beds were comfortable but two of them we could feel the springs, which would be our only complaint. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This property is in a good location for walking to the park and ice cream and we luckily only needed to stay 3 nights. It however is in need of some up keep and a deep cleaning. (Dirty towels and lots of ants.) The pool was probably the best part. When I did text the property manager the issues we were having there was zero response. This house could be really great with some upgrades- better linens, more cleaning and a more responsive property manager.

The property was great. VRBO on the other hand was useless to me. I will never use VRBO in the future if at all possible. Their customer service was useless and they would not even engage in my concerns.

Our stay was good. Pool was nice! Bath towels could have been a better quality. Kitchenware, like pots, pans, utensils and kitchen towels could use an upgrade. The beds were awesome to sleep in! Overall though, a very good place to stay and we would recommend it!

Lonnie was attentive and accommodating with covid it was difficult being able to find a weekend to stay. We shifted the dates once for $200 more which wasn’t cool but it wasn’t bad either

There was no Keurig, but had a coffee maker. Obviously, this is a canal front home, so we had bugs... but being a Floridian- it was expected to an extent. Manager responded immediately to all needs. Gave 4 stars because the bath floors could've been better cleaned. All else was clean - pool eas heated and fun!

Lonny and Kathryn were amazing host. They were instantly in contact with me, and made sure we were accommodated. My family was very pleased with how cozy the rental property was. The kids enjoyed the pool, and volley ball net. Floaties all provided by host. Thank you again!

The house was great for our family. It was a little dirty finger prints still on glass doors and windows, also floors were very dirty. Just some suggestions I would have more cleaning products for renters to use while there and add dish rags we only had one towel for kitchen and cleaning pad smelled. Great location and house is in good condition. We enjoyed our stay!

Had some issues getting accesscode, but quickly fixed with call to Owners. Clean. Easy access to major road with all amenities close by.

Property was great but we definately noticed that the floors and counters were not super clean. We actually cleaned and disinfected the counters before using the kitchen for cooking. They were "crusty" when you ran your hand over them. Other than that very pleased with the property.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room to spread out, nice open kitchen and we loved the pool!! We would definitely stay here again.

When the kids are happy, the adults can enjoy their time. The heated pool was all we need. We will miss it. Kathrin & Donny were there when we needed then. They were exzellent hosts. Thank you very much for a great time.

I absolutely had a blast staying here ! the rental was very nice and clean , we rode the bikes to the yacht club and used the tennis rackets and spent half a day there playing tennis . the location is perfect , it’s close to the beach and many wonderful restaurants . i would definitely come back and stay here again ! i highly recommend this rental !

I rounded up --this was a 2.5-star stay for us. The best vacation rentals reflect pride in ownership; this one did not. The interior is dark and dingy and in need of a deep-clean and updating. Both bathrooms had mold. We brought a couple concerns to the property management, and they essentially shrugged. The posted photos of the canal and backyard pre-date hurricane damage; it does not look like this anymore. Also, there is development of a new building across the canal. Pool is good. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient.

The house looks better in pictures. I regret not having read previous reviews before renting. Upon entering you will be overwhelmed by the musty, moldy smell. The smell continues throughout your stay in this house with old, dark paneling, coming from the faded, mismatched furniture, the soiled Berber carpeting, bath towels and bedding. Even the shower is moldy, so bring some bleach to clean that before entering. The pool isn’t bad, but the stained, plastic patio furniture leaves much to be desired and the ONE beach towel provided for this house with a POOL was ancient and threadbare. There is ONE dish towel, ONE roll of toilet paper and ONE trash bag for your week-long stay in this house. Bring your own laundry detergent so that you can wash the musty towels before using them. The “elaborate” office area has a lamp without a lightbulb (as most of the lamps throughout) and not ONE piece of paper or a pen. Don’t plan on going to the yacht club beach with your family unless you happened to bring your own beach chairs on the plane because this house doesn’t even have ONE. Extremely disappointing, for the amount of money spent - do not stay in this house unless it’s free of charge and you bring your own cleaning supplies, towels, toilet paper and light bulbs.

The house is close enough to the yacht club that you can bicycle or walk. The pool was wonderful its kept warm so it would be useable even in winter. The house is on a corner lot so you do have traffic going by and the backyard faces a busy street but the noise does die down after 6pm. Also there will be a condo development going up facing the backyard so that could be noisy while its being built. There is no dock and l thought there was one so my mistake. I found the management company to provide good customer service. All in all the house and it's amenities does make for a pleasant stay.
