Benvenuti in paradiso! Questa due camere da letto, due bagni villa si trova nel cuore di Paradise Island, solo un taxi 30 minuti di metropolitana dall'aeroporto di Nassau. Situato al piano principale, la villa è a pochi passi dalla piscina e ha una bella vista mare.

Had a wonderful time in the unit which had great access to pools and the beach was a minute's walk away. The unit was spacious and allowed our two teens to spread out with their own bathroom. Really enjoyed using the patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail all while overlooking the pool and the sea in the background.
Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful place. The villa is a two minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Villa was super quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be if the villa had a beach umbrella to use. We had to pay $30 to use one.

Jordan's place was clean, and spacious. Just what we needed for a long weekend away. The proximity to all of the action was hard to beat. Right on the best beach, and close to the Four Seasons/Atlantis area -- all a short walk. Quiet place with a decent pool which felt secure. We did have a power outage for a few hours after we arrived, and Jordan was ultra responsive in dealing with it. Thankfully, we were in paradise and out by the pool and wandering around anyways. Thanks Jordan!

This property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, Our condo immaculate & beautiful. Both bathrooms recently beautifully renovated. We particularly love the quiet location, with security gates surrounding the private villas. The owner was always quick to reply to each & every one of our emails. Beach chairs & cooler included with the rental. Large private outside patio with bar-b-que grill & with table & chairs was our spot for morning coffee, just steps from the crystal-clear pool.
We walked to the Atlantis & also to the amazing Ocean Club with fantastic restaurant overlooking the ocean. This was our second stay here at this condo, we hope to book again.

We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Sunrise Villas again. The location is central to everything and the location right on cabbage beach so amazing. It is truly one of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen. The owner was easy to contact and the unit was very clean. A great stay, would highly recommend!

Loved our stay, Jordan extremely helpful and responds quickly to all msgs. The villa was clean, beds very comfortable and loved our stay there. Pool directly out from our villa and beach just beyond. This villa is situated on Paradise Island, Bahamas with very easy access to Nassau, Atlantis, and has its own private beach for the complex that it was in. The interior of this villa was very clean, and had modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen and the outside grill saved us a ton of money on food by preparing it ourselves. Don't forget to shop in the grocery store on your way from the airport to the villa. The bathrooms needed an update, and the owner is doing that and other remodeling during this summer. I can't wait to see it again after the remodel. Jordan, the owner, will respond immediately if you have any problems with the villa.
As I said, the villa is in a perfect place to see the island and it's attractions and adventures. Very easy to hail a cab, or even walk to see them all. I couldn't believe how friendly the people of the Bahamas are. They will go out of their way to recommend dining, attractions, and adventures.
I recommend this place to everyone that is staying on Paradise Island. Go to this villa, unplug, rejuvenate, and enjoy the island life. Make it a time to connect with your friends and have a wonderful time. Maybe work on a tan!

We had a 5 day girls getaway. Was a great location. The unit was in one of the best locations on the property over looking the pool then the ocean in the distance. 30 seconds from the beach. The unit is really fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Great restaurant location on site. The complexe in general is a little outdated however it did not bother us whatsoever. Great value for your money. The beds are very comfortable which was a big bonus for me+++ We all slept well and this vacation was exactly what we needed.
We would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. Place was immaculate & quiet with comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, lots of bathroom & bedroom storage. Jordan's response to many of our emails was almost immediate. We were allowed an earlier check-in & when we told him that the beach chairs were broken, new ones were brought to us within 24 hours. We will be booking again. Jordan, thank you so much for our perfect winter getaway!

My husband and I needed a little get-away after the holidays, and we were so lucky to end up in Jordan's villa on Paradise Island. It was way nicer than we expected. Check-in was super easy, and all the staff were so friendly and kind. The villa was immaculate and so comfortable, especially the bed. It has a great little kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The location is perfect, with one of the most beautiful, clean sand beaches I have ever visited just a staircase away from the villa. The pool right outside our door was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings away from the very busy Atlantis area. Jordan was great to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't think of a thing that was lacking. Well, yes, we fell in love with the island and we want to come back next year. We'll be booking at Jordan's again!!

First off we were greeted by this sweet lady that showed/helped us to our villa. I had a few questions for Jordan and I received quick responses.
The villa was immaculate not a spot of dust or dirt anywhere. It is very well supplied with cleaning supplies, utensils, dishes, pots/pans etc. There is a cooler, chairs and beach towels provided but when you go to the beach you can rent chairs and umbrellas if you want.
My favorite part of the vacation was sitting on the porch every morning looking at the beautiful landscaping/pool, hearing the waves from the ocean and drinking my coffee.
The Straw Market is a great place to purchase souvenirs from the locals.

Everything was as described. Beautifully set up and exceptionally clean. 10/10 would stay again. Only *small* problem Is that we thought we’d be able to make calls (as our cell phones sometimes didn’t work) and couldn’t find it. Everything was wonderful. Pool was great and proximity to beach was insane. Thank you so much.

We had owned a villa in Sunrise quite a few years ago and have rented villas there on several occasions since. We stayed at this villa, #11, last year and were very pleased with it again this year. The place is clean with all of the necessary amenities including a washer/dryer (very handy). The location is great with rapid access to the beach, pool, and Viola's, a reasonably priced restaurant/bar on the property. Snorkeling on the east end of the island- a 20 minute walk on the beach away from Atlantis- is safe, quiet and enjoyable. On the way there from the airport we had our taxi driver stop at the Harbour Bay Shopping center on East Bay St. where Solomon's Fresh Market, a supermarket is located. That allowed us to stock up on needed supplies for our stay. In the future a supermarket is coming to Paradise Island itself.

Lovely apartment. Easy communication, check in and out process. The apartment and the area is beautiful. Best beach a staircase away. The villa is very well equipped, nothing was missing from our fabulous vacation. The sunrise pool needs major maintenance, since our last visit, but the apartment was just perfect. Located on the most beautiful stretch of beach I have ever seen. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept on when traveling. Condo was the perfect size for 4 people. Complex could use some repairs but overall very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Looking to relax and unwind
This place is perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach day after day and doing nothing but unwinding and recharging with family and friends. Location can’t be beat with the beach literally just down the steps and accommodations were perfect with just a few minor things. Loved Viola’s on site and everyone was super friendly. Looking forward to coming back someday.

Communication with owner was great! Very helpful. Location was also exceptional! Some of the condo features weren’t as described or need to be updated- a few outlets weren’t working, fire extinguisher was outdated, and landline wasn’t seen in condo (it wasn’t needed while we were there, thankfully.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The privacy was so valuable! Thanks for sharing Villa 11 with us.

Great location on the beach
This was a great place right on the beautiful Cabbage beach. You can’t beat that! Walkable to the Marina village and Atlantis. Unit was nice and fully stocked including beach chairs. The property was a little run down but did have a nice quiet pool and a great restaurant. Would stay again in this unit.

Villa 11 was nice and sunrise Villas is a great location. Situated between ATlantis and the Ocean Club. Walking distance to everything! Jordan the owner was very accommodating. He was quick to respond to our emails and very helpful with information. We were pleased with the entire experience, just wished the pool could have been heated. It was cold😀

Manager was easy to communicate with for all our information requests and added an extra level of comfort. Replies were quick and informative. Patio was pleasant and a great place to sip a morning coffee as well as an evening nightcap. The property has a bar and restaurant up front and the food and drinks were awesome! Conch fritters were the best around as were the conch tacos! Really convienient. The pool was just off the patio and we used it post beach excursions, with a sand shower at the gated beach entry. Lovely clean unit with gorgeous relaxing oceanview
This unit is modern and very accommodating with a gorgeous oceanview from the living room and patio. My only issues were 1) the grill was not cleaned and was out of propane (should be ready for use) 2) the cable connection in the bedrooms were horrible. Other than these - all else was great. Would definitely reserve again. We loved it!

Paradise on Paradise Island
Property was very nice. Ample space and nice decor. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Beach is absolutely beautiful. The resort has a restaurant called Viola’s. Food is great, people are friendly and welcoming. Atlantis is so close by should you want some casino time or change of atmosphere.

Truly Paradise
We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Ocean Beach Club. The unit was exactly as described online and had everything we would need for our one week stay. The owner has gone above and beyond making sure this unit is complete with everything you will need for a beach vacation. In addition Jordan communicated with us before and after the stay to make sure we were enjoying our time on Paradise Island. We enjoyed it so much we cannot wait to return. Our only regret is that we didn't plan to stay longer!
