La cucina ha nuovi armadi, nuovi elettrodomestici (frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, piano cottura, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie e ripiani in granito), frullatore Cuisinart, Keurig, solo per i giorni in cui si desidera cucinare e mangiare. Very nice property with a very large pool area. Beach was a private cove that was perfect for if the ocean was rough around us. Snorkeling right in the cove on the wall was very nice. Sad the beach was not more connected to the rest of 7mile. Seems 7 mile beach is more broken up in the last 5 years since I was down here. The unit had every imaginable amenity you could need. Be careful with the toaster as it will set off the smoke detector. We tried to adjust the settings but it seemed it needed more help that we can give it. Very nice balcony and view. Pool bar is the best! Food and drinks were great! Plenty of security on site to make you feel more than comfortable. Sad nothing was open with the old Margaritaville as it was our front lobby area. Will come back and stay again. Owner is super great and responsive.

We just stayed 12 glorious days at Sunset Cove 219! This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic! It was close to everything we needed. Supermarkets were just a few min. drive away, as well as George Town and all pick-up locations for our excursions. The condo was very clean and organized. Everything was well labelled from the kitchen to the washroom, where to find what, etc. It was so enjoyable to stay there!! It was comfortable, spacious, and cozy! Jennifer, the housekeeper, came to clean the condo twice during our stay and she does a nice job! Kheng kept in touch with us during our stay and we appreciated all her tips and recommendations of what to see, where to go, what restaurants to try, etc. The condo exceeded all our expectations! The beach is kept groomed compared to the other beaches on the left and the right of Sunset Cove. We were very surprised how the other resorts and hotels had unkept beaches, even branded hotels like the Marriott had sadder beachfront than our beach. There is a lot of sea life to enjoy especially in the early morning when the water is still very calm. We highly enjoyed snorkeling there. The pool and pool area were always kept clean. The ground keepers do a great job keeping the garden nice and clean, the pool was cleaned daily before we were up. The pool water was clear, which tells me they have a very good filtering system. We were extremely happy with our decision to pick Kheng and Grant’s condo over a hotel chain.

Wonderful stay with every amenity you could think of. Fabulous condo location in regards to sunsets and view of the pool. The condo is very well stocked! Couldn’t have asked for anything else.

We spent 2 night’s at Kheng and Grant’s place in Sunset Cove. The beach was nice and we loved the pool bar at the Lazy Lizard. The coo do was exactly as pictured. We spent time relaxing on the porch. It had everything we needed. It’s in a great location. We ate at Piccolinos- cute cafe and awesome staff. And dined at XQs. Kheng sent tims of recommendation of what to do and where to eat. Too much to choose! We would stay here again, and appreciated the hospitality! Oh- and my daughter left her bathing suits when we checked out, and Kheng was really helpful in coordinating for us to pick them up the next day.

This was a gem. We absolutely loved everything about this condo. Very clean and just steps away from the pool and beach. Very safe area and lots to do and see. Owners were fast to respond and very kind. We will come back here.

The property was perfect for my husband and I along with our two young adult children. The condo was clean and well stocked. Pool and beach were wonderful. Having the Lazy Lizard onsite was great for a drink or quick bite to eat. Pizza place within walking distance was a a savior as we arrived on a Sunday when the grocery stores are closed. Owners provided detailed and extensive information about the condo and island. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman and staying at Sunset Cove. Kheng was extremely helpful ahead of our trip with information regarding the unit, the island in general and making sure our arrival was smooth. We found the information on VRBO to be accurate and there were no surprises. This is a second floor unit overlooking the interior pool and grounds. We hope to be back next year! Thank you

We had a wonderful first experience on Grand Cayman while staying at this property. The host provided ample information about the island (restaurant and activity recommendations, etc) which helped us create a rough itinerary and really feel like we explored as much of the island as we could in a week. The rental is well equipped with everything you would need while staying there. The pool and protected cove are fabulous for little kids. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended the location to friends and family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. Great communication with the owners leading up to and during the trip. The location was perfect, located on 7 mile beach. Overall a great trip and we would come back for sure!!!

This I was our second time at Sunset Cove and again had a great time. It’s a perfect location on 7 MB and the beach is beautiful and private. Our hosts are always so helpful with information and recommendations of all sorts. The condo is very well equipped and clean with both poolside and ocean views.

This might be our best family trip so far. Kheng made it so easy for us with all her helpful notes on where to eat and what to do. The condo is just what you need and so is the complex. We saw other fancier resorts down there but that's not what we wanted. We could see the ocean from the balcony. The complex was quiet. You could always find a group of lounge chairs in the shade whenever you wanted. And if the kids were hungry, they just ordered from the pool bar. So easy! So relaxing! Kheng thought of everything.

Loved our stay! This was our first time to the island and we had the best vacation. This condo has everything you need, the property was the best, and the location was just perfect. We stayed with our 3 adult children and they loved the condo and property as much as my husband and I. Kheng was absolutely amazing to work with, she had lots of tips and suggestions for our first visit to the island! The communication was the best I have ever dealt with. We normally go to Hawaii every year and this year we decided to switch it up, we are so glad we did. We will definitely be back and definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The unit is well-equipped and organized. The hosts have thought of everything you might need. The complex is peaceful, and we made frequent use of the hot tub. Tip to renters: our favorite restaurants were Casanova’s and Pane & Pasta—best Italian food we ever ate (definitely better than what we got in Italy).

My wife and I had a fantastic week in this unit. Spacious, functional, clean and updated. From the moment we booked our trip several months ago, the communication with the owners was fantastic. With all the information they provided us regarding the Condo and Island, I felt like we had a personal Concierge. The pool and beach are excellent and very close to the Condo, kid friendly. The Island itself is fantastic. The restaurants (all owner recommended) that we ate at were great. If you enjoy walking, it probably doesn't make sense to rent a car. Aside from airport transfers, we used a cab once during the trip. We walked about 5 - 7 miles a day. I would highly recommend staying in this Condo.

This was the most perfect condo to stay in. The owner gave every attention to detail possible making this day even better. The condo is situated in such a way that you can enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and the pool at the same time. All of the recommendations made were spot on. We will return to this condo and not look any further for lodging after this stay!

This lovely condo was perfect for our week diving. Light-filled and a balcony with pool AND beach view, close to our Georgetown dive dock, the grocery stores and great restaurants. Great mattresses, too! Our hosts made everything easy and answered all our questions. Can't wait to go back!

This was by far one of the best vacations we have ever had. Kheng and Grant’s place met all of our needs and by far exceeded our expectations They have thought of every single detail to make your stay an amazing one. The grounds were kept so clean and having the pool close was a blessing for my teenager. The cove was an excellent place to snorkel and swim. We are looking forwarded to booking our next stay at Sunset Cove!

Our vacation to the Cayman Islands did not disappoint! We returned to the island after spending our honeymoon here 25 years ago, and this time was just as special primarily due to this fantastic rental condo and its caring owners. The location is perfect and the owners provided so much info about what to do, and where to go. They were always responsive to every question we had which made our planning easy and fun. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed each day. We enjoyed the view and all of the activities. A truly wonderful vacation. Do not hesitate to stay here; it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us. We loved the location for its walkability to shops and restaurants. In the week we stayed there we ate at a different restaurant every night, and each time we walked there, except for one. The swim up bar was perfect for our post diving lunch and beers. I hope to be back some day soon!

This is a wonderful condo at the south end of 7 mile beach.The pool is huge and the cove in front is amazing with the calm water. The condo is very comfortable, including the beds and the owner is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Kheng sent out a list of suggestions right after I booked, which includes activities, restaurants and tips. It made the planning of the trip so easy! I highly recommend this unit!

Sunset Cove is definitely the spot to be! We LOVED every minute of our week-long stay at #219. The hosts were so gracious and helpful in answering our questions! Prior to our arrival, we were given all kinds of helpful information on where to eat, where to shop, and what to do on the island. Even a sample 7-day itinerary was provided that basically eliminated much of our planning work! So great!
The condo was perfect for our family of 4 - centrally located right by the pool, and with an amazing view of the beach & crystal clear water.
The beach at Sunset Cove is so much better than many areas along Seven Mile beach, plus the snorkeling right there is amazing!

The condo was comfortable & very well appointed. The location was perfect—we enjoyed seeing the beach & pool from the balcony. The grounds were beautiful. The swim up pool bar was great. Our experience was amazing from booking. The host sent over communications not long after and proceeded to provide so much great info about planning our trip on the island.
The location is amazing, so close to many great snorkeling spots and places to eat. We loved Smith’s Cove, which was just a short drive. We ate at Peppers, XQ, and also The Wharf, all very close.
The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we could possibly think of, from a coffee pod machine, to a blender, to fun board games and family movies! And everything around the kitchen was labeled, making for such ease of use.
Our son loved the huge pool and that we had a great beach with our own cove. 100x better than a hotel room!! We are already discussing dates to come back!

Excellent property with a great geographical location within the West Bay area. Easy access north or south to all restaurants, beaches, etc. The condo itself is also situated perfectly within the complex. with a nice view of the beach and the pool. Very easy walk to each. It is very comfortable inside with everything you need for the stay. Large balcony for enjoying a morning coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. The owner is extremely thorough and ensures that you have all the information you need for an easy check in and stay. Excellent experience overall.

Our family had an amazing time at sunset cove! This property is exceptional. We enjoyed having our breakfast every morning on the deck looking out at the ocean. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The pool was refreshing with a waterfall and swim up bar / restaurant. We snorkeled, went to stingray city and took a boat tour to bioluminescence bay. We loved swimming with the turtles at the Cayman Turtle Center. There was so much to do, fabulous restaurants to choose from and time to relax. My teenage boys said it was their best vacation ever. We would love to return here!

It was my first time staying at Sunset Cove after coming to Cayman for many years. I’ve stayed in both condos and hotels. Sunset Cove gives you it all - the privacy, comfort and convenience of staying with a condo with great amenities like a huge pool, pool bar with full food and drink menus, a beautiful coved beach and plenty of chairs at both the pool and beach. Add in a convenient location and it has all the makings of a great Seven Mile Beach stay.
Our hosts - Kheng and Grant - made the stay even more enjoyable. A beautifully appointed condo with everything you could need was a delight. Kheng and Grant are generous with their preparations and insights for a great stay.

We just returned from an amazing vacation in Grand Cayman. Kheng and Grant's condo was awesome - it felt like home from the time we arrived! The property looked exactly like the pictures I had seen online - gorgeous sunset view from the balcony. They truly have thought of everything to make your vacation perfect and stress-free. The communication with the owners from initial inquiry to emails with lots of helpful trip advice a few weeks before arrival was so greatly appreciated. They even sent a friendly email to check in the day after we arrived to ensure all was good. Our condo was freshened up mid-week while we were on a day tour - thanks for the wonderful service! The location was excellent - we could walk to many restaurants (amazing food!), the liquor/beer store, grocery stores, shopping, and Georgetown. I wish we could give this property and our experience with Kheng and Grant more than 5 stars - it truly is an exceptional property and made our vacation one that will not be forgotten! :)

This was our first trip to Cayman, and we were very impressed. We have been to other islands, CI was very friendly, easy to get around, so much to do, and extremely clean & safe. We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove and Kheng was a very responsive host. The unit had everything it said it did and was very comfortable. The beach is lovely and the water very calm, would be a great place to bring young kids (which many families there did). Definately snorkle out past the rock wall, keep swimming around if you don't find the reef at first. There are many restaurants within walking or bus distance. The beaches near by on Seven Mile are pretty much washed away until you get 8-10 blocks up and you must walk on the sidewalk to reach the next open beach. I would recommend unit and the location.

The property was fantastic. The condo was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The hot tub and pool were enjoyable. The cove was wonderful for our wives who don’t like to swim where they can’t touch the bottom. There was great snorkeling 200 yards out. A good amount of fish and we even had a turtle swim by us. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The large grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The hosts sent us a ton of great information before our trip and were very responsive with any questions. Will stay again!!

This was easily a 10/10 stay! The condo is in a wonderful complex with great amenities, great people and great location.
All communication with owner was stellar. The best we’ve ever experienced.
The unit is updated and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We slept so well!
We will for sure book again for our next trip to Grand Cayman as well as recommend to friends and family!

The owners of this vacation property and the property itself is amazing. The owners were available immediately with any concern and quickly responded to the one problem I had (which was me not looking hard enough for a fan remote). It’s a great location and compared to some of the other condos I saw it was renovated just a short time ago and fit our needs exceptionally.
