Great trip! We were in Big Bear for a wedding and made it a girls weekend. We needed a 1 level, easy access home for grandma and this home was perfect. Super clean and had every kitchen utensil or small appliance you could think of. Instant pot to an air fryer. The game room and backyard were great and we loved feeding the blue jays.
Everything was labeled and well stocked. Easy access to BB Blvd. and close to everything. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to others.

Everything was great except for one key issue. One of the bedrooms had a strong smell of stain/varnish and was unusable. The smell lasted our entire trip. I ended up sleeping on the couch and was not able to get adequate rest.

My friends and I had a great stay here. We got to enjoy the backyard and jacuzzi as well as the fun game room. Would definitely return and stay at this location. Comfortable beds too!
We didn’t get beach towels in addition to regular shower towels for the jacuzzi. We had to use one towel for both.

This is a great property. We stayed as a family with ages 16 months to 65 years and everyone enjoyed their stay - including the grand dog. The owners thought of everything. The property was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the tools you could need from beautiful glasses, coffee makers, and an air fryer to a high chair.
The game room was amazing. The pool table was in good condition and they supplied an endless number of indoor and outdoor games. Speaking of outdoors...the backyard is fully fenced and fabulous.
I would recommend this home without hesitation.

Awesome place. Super convenient for everyone. It was walking distance to the slopes and tons of games and activities for those interested in staying inside. Overall it met everyone’s needs. In addition they were extremely accommodating with checking in early and checking out late for us. We all really enjoyed our time!

We stayed for 3 nights during Labor Day weekend. The reclining couches were comfortable. The house was well stocked, but if there were dish towels, they were well hidden. The yard was big, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was in a convenient location. The Village is about a mile away, which was a nice walk. The kids had fun playing pool, my dad enjoyed the hot tub, and we all appreciated the assortment of Keurig coffees.

Our whole family enjoyed this place so much! Especially the pups, who ran around the huge backyard all day! The hot tub and deck were perfect, and the older kids had a blast in the game room! It was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was perfect. Better than the pictures. So much to do just in the house. Game room, horse shoes, jacuzzi, big back yard and so many board games. Kitchen very well stocked. Perfect location. We will return next June!

Summit Enchantment was a perfect getaway to relax and play in the snow. The kids loved the big backyard and game room, which was stocked with things to do. Great location near Snow Summit. We rent a house every year in Big Bear and we have never stayed at one that had so many amenities provided. It made the trip that much more enjoyable. The only small complaint would be ants around the property, but management was quick to provide some traps. We will definitely rent this property again!

We have stayed in several Vrbo rentals before but SUMMIT ENCHANTMENT was the BEST by far!
Super clean!!! Very well decorated (Kudos to the owner for the fun holiday decor, even down to holiday bedding!) As well as up to date appoinments galore, in every room of the house.
SE had everything we needed for our stay and then some. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was so well appointed with all the state of the art appliances, cooking/baking supplies, and coffee makers (Both Keurig and a 12 cup pot coffee maker.)
The home's perfect location, so near Snow Summit skiing and all the goings on in Big Bear Village, added greatly to the enjoyment of our stay here.

Our stay at "Summit Enchanment"was absolutely perfect!!
This was a beautifully decorated and outfitted home for either only adults, or full families. They have everything there for your use. A fully stocked kitchen, a pool table in the game room that has tons of games, TV's BBQ, spa, horse shoes, you name it, they have provided it. If I go back to Big Bear I will definitely try to get this rental.

Perfect Big Bear Getaway
Everything about this cabin was great! We went with a small group to celebrate birthdays and Father’s Day. We also took our little dogs and my 2-year old. It was perfect! The fenced in yard added to my sanity as a dog and toddler mom. So many games to play and just overall a great experience!

Enchanting
This home is beautiful!!! The owners were fantastic. Had an issue with Wi-Fi, but the owners actually responded to a request to BBR that they couldn’t accommodate us fast enough and the owners, on their own, sent someone to fix it. Nice property for family stay
A great house in a nice location near the lake and the village. Our only issues was conflicting information between the VRBO listing and the Destination Big Bear office. Also, the texts from the management company contradicted the check in and check out process as outlined in the rental agreement.
Make sure you confirm times and early check in and check out policies before you leave, so you can plan properly!

Perfect Family Getaway
Our extended family of 8, plus 2 small dogs, loved this house. It was a perfect weekend getaway. Nice clean spacious house. The well stocked gameroom was wonderful and a highlight, as was the hot tub. We made all our meals at the house and loved the large kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. The fully enclosed large backyard was perfect for our small dogs. (Do make sure to bring your own soap/shampoo as none was provided. Otherwise the house had everything we needed!)

Picture perfect home in the woods. Lots of trees in and around the property, and a fully fenced yard perfect for my big dog. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and spice cabinet.

The Cabin that has it ALL!
What a beautiful home! The inside of the house is gorgeous and the backyard... BEAUTIFUL! This house has everything you need to have the perfect vacation and the owners literally thought of everything to make it a special trip! The game room was a huge hit and the backyard was amazing! We spent our entire time outside on the patio - and our dog LOVED the yard, so much space for her to run around and explore. We cannot wait to come stay here again! The entire group agreed that hands down, this was our most fave cabin in Big Bear!

Perfect !!
We had an amazing time my wife , 2 friends , my 2 kids and our pup. The house was amazingly clean , with all the amenities to make the stay easy . We were about a 2 minute drive to the slopes and coming home after the slopes and hitting the hot tub was delightful . The check in process was simple even though it’s off site , they make it very easy. They answered all of our questions and the communication was phenomenal . They also granted us a late checkout and really just made the whole process so easy and we will definitely be back . Thank you so very much from all of us .

The property management company, Destination Big Bear, is awful. They are great about texting you before your trip, but if there’s a maintenance issue during it, good luck. I specifically asked them to check the Outdoor hot tub and BBQ to ensure they were working prior to my stay, and they assured me they were. I asked again during check in and they said a representative has visited the property and everything worked. Night one, the hot tub did not work. The display was acting weird and the temperature could not be adjusted. I called maintenance who said they would dispatch a technician. I waited until 12:30am and no one ever showed up. Called again the next morning and they tried to act like it wasn’t their responsibility because hot tubs are managed by third party vendors and they don’t guarantee they work on arrival. What a joke. Turns out, after more digging, the hot tub had a part on order from the week before, so they knew all along it wasn’t working. To make matters worse, the laundry dryer didn’t work either, which we only found out after running the washer, so we got stuck with a bunch of wet clothes and towels for the weekend, which was our whole stay. I asked a resolution manager to give me a call and no one did. The risk is yours if you decide to book, and the property is still managed by DBB.

Beautiful Accessible home
As a family with someone in a wheelchair there are not many homes in Big bear that are accessible but this was a great one. We were all able to enjoy our time together and the closet with board games was such a bonus! Thank you!

Great location, spacious, & fun!
The house was really nice inside and out, a bit of a sleeper as the house didn’t look as big as it was. It has 4 bedrooms with 6 beds and plenty of room. The hot tub and pool table were really nice features. The location was perfect, very close to Snow Summit. I also like how flat and big the backyard was. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. The fee’s are a bit much as the house was in a rental program but I knew that walking in and that kind of seems like the norm for Big Bear rentals. One suggestion I do have to the owners is to get a BBQ spatula. Couldn’t find one anywhere... maybe get 2 as there were 2 sets of BBQ thongs. Overall, the house was PERFECT for my needs. I needed to call upon the rental company for gas for the grill and they came over with 2 tanks in short order. No complaints at all for their service. Beautiful home and glad I selected it!
