O quarto tem tudo q vc precisa para conseguir economizar com comida. Bem espaçoso e iluminado. Silencioso. 20min a pé do centro e da estação de trem. Um supermercado Carrefour do lado da casa. Voltaria várias vezes. Os proprietários- q moram na casa durante a sua estadia - são super simpáticos.

O banheiro fica fora do quarto. P.s. tem um gatinho na casa. Não me incomodou, mas pode ser um problema para alguém.

La chambre est confortable, grande, lumineuse et très bien décorée Zen. Le quartier est calme. Il y a tout pour préparer un thé ou un café. un coin bureau et repas. Nos Hôtes Nicole et Daniel sont très disponibles et prévenants. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et servi à l'heure demandée. Une très bonne adresse à Toulouse pour un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel et rare.

Rien à redire. Il manque un téléviseur dans la chambre et tout serait parfait

Had an amazing stay here, the hosts are very welcoming and are happy to help with anything. Would highly encourage booking this place! I would definitely book here again should I come back to Toulouse. Location is great, only 20 minutes walk to the center and 20 minutes to the main train station. There is a supermarket right across the road which was very convenient. The room and amenities were great - provided us with a fan, plates, cutlery, kettle, tea/coffee and even a microwave! Very spacious with modern decor and lots of daylight coming in through the windows and a comfortable bed. The hosts also offer breakfast for a small fee. The area is nice and quiet at night time - no disruptions at all. Very reasonably priced, good value for money.

The toilet is separate from the room, but this wasn't a huge deal as it is kept private for guests only and there is at least a shower in the room. The WiFi sometimes disconnects but again, not a big deal - at least they provide WiFi :) It would be nice to have a personal mini fridge in the room, but the hosts offer space from their own fridge if needed.

The house is very nice and the owners were super nice and welcoming

Lovely home with two wonderful hosts. Nicely furnished room with a comfortable bed. Fantastic location, walking distance to the old town, station and other public transport. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

a lovely room with all the facilities you need for a short stay, the owner was excellent and very welcoming.
