Kitchen well equipped, furniture so comfy (including the bed), great bathroom! Literally the only thing I would change is queen to king size bed (but just bc that’s what we’ve been sleeping in for 32 years). Great couples cottage and close to town. Will def come again!

We had stayed here more than once and it is the ONLY place we stay when we travel to Blairsville and Blue Ridge. It is close to everything, easy to find and the place has so much charm. I would give it all the stars if I could!

I love all the whimsical yard art. Tranquille cottage is the perfect spot. It’s close enough to shopping and all kinds of activities or just a quiet relaxing retreat. We will be back!

This is one of the few places that is way more impressive in person than the pictures advertised. It's updated, clean, spacious, quiet, and a perfect getaway! The owners are wonderful to deal with and I will certainly be returning.

Nice little cottage on a few acres ! The towels, linens and blankets did not feel crisp and clean ! Kitchen needed some organization! Comfortable sofas !

It is a beautiful little piece of paradise in the mountains. We saw white tail deer right outside while having our coffee. It is close to Blue Ridge and Ellijay, or you can just relax on the great porch :) I would recommend this cabin to anyone!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tranquille. The cabin was perfect for the two of us. Beautiful kitchen. We cooked dinner both nights because we really loved the kitchen. Keurig coffee maker with all the coffee supplies. Bathroom was wonderful. Awesome spa like shower and heated floor. So nice. Bed was so comfy. Beautiful view of the property. We saw a bunch of deer and turkeys. It was in such a convenient location, right off the main highway, no crazy mountain roads. Highly recommend this place. We hope to visit again soon!

This was such a wonderful cozy cottage to relax and shut out the busyness of the world for a few days! Everything was exactly as advertised including the heated floors, great kitchen and comfortable bed. We've never been to Blairsville and this was such a convenient yet private, secure area. We look forward to our next trip!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Tranquille Cottage for four days at Christmas. We were not expecting this cottage to be so beautiful. Description does not do it justice! It is a MUST stay. Billy was wonderful checking in on us a few times to make sure we were warm enough (temperatures were in the single digits) and to see how everything was. So very sweet! The floors in the bathroom and on the porch are heated! The propane fireplace in the livingroom keeps the cottage perfectly toasty on cold nights. The entire cottage is beautiful updated. Thank you so much Billy for being a great host. We will definitely be staying at Tranquille Cottage in the future.

Such a beautiful small but nearly perfect place to stay for me and Hubby! The cozy yet exceptional home was just perfect in most every way! The kitchen was a dream and the bed the most comfortable! The peacefulness of the property and yet the proximity to town was wonderful!

Great couples cottage!
If you need a couple’s retreat, this is an awesome place! It is tranquil, as the name states. We had 4 white-tail deer come by and graze Saturday morning. Enjoyed the weekend there and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. The hosts communicate with you and make sure you are good while you’re there. Wether for a weekend or longer spend some time at Tranquille!

Tranquille Indeed
A short drive (7mi +/-) west of Blairsville, GA lies the modern cabin of Tranquille. Comfy chairs in front off a fire, a delightful kitchen with all conveniences, sunroom and large deck, comfortable bed and a very accommodating shower. Excellent Wi-Fi and streaming tv. Outside is a small creek and the No.Ga. Mountains.
A wonderful change of gears from our “normal life” while still staying in touch with civilization. We’ll be back!

Perfectly Peaceful Cottage Getaway
Everything about Tranquille is perfect! The cottage is immaculate, updated, cozy, well-stocked, and very relaxing. It is truly a luxurious getaway in the mountains. The owner, Billy, is very accommodating as well. I had to rearrange the dates of our travel shortly after booking and he was super helpful in assisting me. My husband and I LOVE coming here to relax and enjoy the area. The cottage is perfectly located between Blue Ridge and Blairsville, GA so there are many things to do in the area. Or, if you just want to be alone, this is the perfect place to decompress and relax. Tranquille provides a serene stay in a safe and secure area. The only creatures we saw during our stay were deer and squirrels. We love it! This was our third time staying at Tranquille over the years and we will most definitely return again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage, Billy.

Amazing Cottage
This cottage and property are amazing! The location could not be in a better place. Just a short drive to downtown Blairsville and Blue Ridge is only about 20 minutes away. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Relaxing retreat to the Georgia mountains
We had a terrific visit to the aptly named Tranquille Cottage located in beautiful surroundings for a relaxing getaway. The appointments of the cottage are all first rate with plenty of drawer and cabinet space for a couple to move in, unpack and enjoy the serenity. Fantastic time - plenty of interesting things to see and do in the nearby communities!

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our mother/daughter weekend. It is private but also very close to downtown Blairsville. It is beautifully decorated and super cozy and inviting. We will definitely be back!

A great get away!
This property was exactly as listed, very clean, with nice amenities! The property owner's attention to detail made our stay most enjoyable. I would have given this five stars all the way across if it were not for VRBO sending cancellation emails one day after the final payment's due date. Although they informed me our stay was fully paid, I still received two cancellation emails, which was concerning, but no fault of the property owners.

A Perfect Stay
My purpose for staying at Tranquille was to have a quiet week of writing. It lived up to its name perfectly. The house is small and more than adequate for a couple or small family. The two rooms are immaculately cared for. The art work around the house and grounds is eclectic and lovely and I couldn't help smiling at each turn. I will return.
