No snow here. 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Home away from home.. this house is perfect. Fenced yard, quiet neighborhood, clean well stocked house right down to beach toys. My dog loved the yard and neighbors dog. People are friendly and houses are well maintained. Great park with a ramp for easy access to beach. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Can’t say enough about this home. I’ll be back Pete. Light, bright and comfortable home, easy access to beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. We made good use of the fenced in back yard with patio and bbq grill. Nice neighborhood, nice neighbors, quiet street. We were very fortunate to be able to extend our stay there while our own house was being renovated. Landlord is the best.

We have renewed our rental because our home isn't ready for occupancy yet. This house has become our home away from home. Amazing house and location!
The house was just as described very clean, nice kitchen, and everything we needed to have a great vacation. Having the fenced in yard was definitely a plus for our dog. Only a couple of blocks to the intercoastal and also to the beach, was great for fishing and just relaxing too. The neighborhood was very safe and everyone very friendly.

Beach House Heaven
Outstanding Rental Home. Nice quiet residential area, excellent location. From the 3 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, many options to walk in the subdivision. Home was very clean, well equipped and almost as good as my home.. Would definitely stay here again , thanks Pete for the very nice Vacation. This home was clean, close for a short walk to the beach to watch the sunrise or enjoy a day at the beach. or a short walk to the intercoastal to enjoy the sunset/fish. Its a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Lots of fun things to do near by. We hope to return one day.

Our stay at Ormond By The Sea
Pete’s place was just perfect for what we needed. We were waiting for our new home to be completed, and stayed for thirty nights. It sure beats staying in a motel. The neighborhood is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the beach is only a short two blocks walk. We highly recommend Pete’s home.

Beautiful neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay here very much. It’s a nice location and we even made new friends with the neighbors (Libbie and Gary) super nice people. Pete , the property owner, was also very accommodating with any needs we had. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Perfect
This house is wonderful! It is your home away from home. The sliding door opens up to a fenced in back yard for your pets or children. It is a quiet neighborhood and quite safe. Walk a block or so and cross over A1A to the beach. Stores and restaurants near by, either walk or car. Depends on how much you enjoy walking. There is also a small post office on A1A and a larger one off of Halifax Ave. The house is truly perfect. We enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great place!
We enjoyed our time at this house. Had a great back yard for our pets and great friendly neighbors! The owners were friendly and helpful. The house was clean and well furnished, the only drawback was the full size beds were very uncomfortable. Definitely a overall great stay!

We loved the house, the location to the beach and quiet neighborhood
My wife retired from teaching last May and this was the first opportunity to spend January in a warmer place than Ohio. We had a 10 minute walk to the Ocean and a great beach for walking miles. On colder days there were many areas and places to visit. The kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals and there are plenty of good restaurants within a short 10 minute drive. Pete was very responsive to any questions or issues. We loved our first month long stay in Florida during the winter months and are planning on returning for a longer time next year.

Large fenced yard
This house worked out perfect for me and my dogs. The big draw for me was the fenced in yard. Very nice. The kitchen was well appointed and decent size. Easy walk to the beach. I would stay there again or recommend it to my friends.

Perfect Winter Retreat
I couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this lovely home. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach, local restaurants and plenty of shopping and places to visit. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The house was clean and well maintained and the backyard was perfect for my pets to enjoy the outdoors with plenty of room to exercise. Pete was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the area. We are looking forward to a return visit to this area and know we have the perfect place to stay.

We recommend this property for anyone visiting Ormond Beach, Florida. The house, itself, was well equipped, comfortable and in a GREAT location... 3 blocks to the Ocean within walking distance. Many restaurants and stores not too far from the house. Really nice neighborhood that felt safe and secure. The large back yard is fenced in and our dog loved it! Spent many nights on the back patio where we would star gaze and hear the Ocean. Any issues that popped up at the house during our stay, Pete took care of immediately. He was a phone call away and on top of things. Pete and Betty are great landlords! We spent two months in the home and were sad to leave. Looking forward to returning again in the future. A Lovely Home away from Home!
Pete & Betty have a nice touch with the homes amenities. The kitchen is a well outfitted place to create (and we did). The yard was a dream for my one year old puppy and she romped every day! A great morning walk to the beach was easy and close!

I would HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone visiting the Ormond Beach area of Florida. The house, itself, was very well equipped (had everything), comfy, and in a GREAT location... 3 blocks to the Ocean or Halifax river, both within easy walking distance. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Really nice neighborhood that felt safe and secure. The large back yard is totally fenced in and the dog loved it! Spend many enjoyable afternoons on the back patio where you could actually hear the Ocean! The landlord Pete and his wife are the BEST! Very nice people and so very helpful. Didn't have any problems with the house, but did have a slight problem with the cable company which Pete took care of immediately. He is only a phone call away and on top of things. You couldn't ask for a nicer landlord! We spent two months in the home and totally hated to leave. Looking forward to returning again in the future. Thank you Pete and Betty for a GREAT "vacation"!!!

Comfortable and well stocked
My wife and I stayed in Pete's house for 2 months over the Summer while I was in Daytona for work. The house was great. Everything worked like it was supposed to and Pete was quick to answer any questions that we had. Some rental houses are barren, especially when you're talking about staying for several months, but this house had everything that we needed. The large fenced in back yard was great for the dogs and the quiet neighborhood was very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone I knew.

Excellent Get Away !
Thank you Pete for offering such a great vacation property. This was the 1st time in over 40 yrs that we had a chance to "escape" the snow in NE Ohio and enjoy this awesome get away! The house is very neat & clean and more than adequately furnished with new appliances, furnishings and everything you could ever need. It is nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, yet close to the beach and all the great restaurants. Pete was so cordial, courteous, always available and easy to deal with. We happened to be there during the Daytona 500, Spring Break & Bike Week! Wow.......who could ask for more?

We had a wonderful time at this amazing gem! It was impeccably clean and the owners provided everything needed. I definitely recommend this home for a stay in the Ormond Beach area. You are close enough to Daytona for any nightlife you'd like and still far enough away to enjoy the peaceful quiet of this home. The owner was readily available for any questions.
