The home has a large deck (we called it The Lido Deck) overlooking the Gulf that became the gathering place for all our guests. Cannot recommend this home enough for large groups seeking to get together on the Emerald Coast.

Great location - 20 minutes or less to just about anything you’ll need. I was pleasantly surprised how close the house is to the beach/water - very convenient and made for great views of the ocean with all the amazing windows. The house interior is a bit dated and could use some basic maintenance in a few spots, but the layout is great. There was so much space for people and all their belongings. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The AC and internet both worked well too. Overall our group would stay here again. I would’ve given it a 4.5 overall if VRBO had the option.

The house offered phenomenal views of the gulf with ample room to accommodate our family. But because of the limited bathrooms and the way the beds were situated it was a little less favorable for sleeping. Also the windows in the two lower bedrooms leaked causing a damp musty odor. We loved the huge windows with the view of the ocean. The screened in porch was really nice too. It was nice to sit in, out of the wind and also to leave towels, beach toys in. It was a very short walk to the beach.

The layout of the house was beautiful. Access to the beach couldn’t get any better with privacy. But I have to mention that for the price we paid I would think the furniture should have been in better condition. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The downstairs AC stopped working on two occasions. Repairman came out twice and on the second time he found the sir filters needed changing. That fixed the problem. The downstairs bunk room had trash and food in the drawers. For some reason the second bedroom fan light on top floor kept blinking and the downstairs twin bed room lamp did the same thing. Almost like a short. Unplugged lamp. Was very pleased with the location on the beach.

Location:
The location is pretty amazing. We were right on the water and located just far enough away from the crowds to make the beach experience calm and comfortable. Any needs were at most a 15 minute drive away.

House:
The bedrooms were clean when we arrived. The common areas (living, dining, and screened in deck) were dirty but a little cleaning on our end made everything fine. The common area is a large space that was comfortable for everyone to lounge around. The pictures make the living room seem smaller than reality.
We had some issues with the electrical early on that was fixed by the next day. Some outlets and switches either don't work or connect to something that we could not figure out.
The beds were probably the biggest room for growth in this home. Simply put, they aren't comfortable. The mattresses are springy and the box springs are very noisy when you inevitably shift in bed. By the third day, the majority of us were sleeping on the floor in some fashion.

Property management:
Paradise Beach Homes were amazing. They were attentive when we needed support and even gave us a little goody bag when we checked in. The people we worked with were very nice and willing to assist us. The only piece of feedback for convenience would either be a later check out time or earlier check-in time. Since check-in is after 5pm and check out is before 10 am, you feel like you've lost at least a day of vacation value.

Overall:
House is in an amazing location that is big enough to comfortably fit a large family. Some serious consideration should be made towards updating the beds. I don't think I'd recommend this home as others may not be happy with doing some pre-cleaning or the sleeping situation, but I would recommend working with the property management company Paradise Beach Homes.

We absolutely loved this property. The location on the absolutely gorgeous beach cannot be beat, and the floor to ceiling windows allow for beach views galore. The beds are comfortable, and there’s plenty of room for the kids to run around. This was the perfect house for our family!

The house accommodated our family better than any we’ve ever rented. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was so close! The only suggestion would be to update the den furniture-its a little uncomfortable with the low backs. BUT, we want to come back! Loved our time there!

More than enough space for 2 families, lot of space for kids to run around the house. great fully stocked kitchen. Very professional management company who accommodated early and late check out.

We monitor the weather the week before and found that hurricanes/tropical storms were heading that way but not directly at us. We chanced it and went, besides the storm, the house withstand beautifully. The house structure held up to a Cat 2 by the time went by and the sand dune help up nicely to where the house did not get flooded. We were able to holed up inside with no issues. I do feel for all the damages the the hurricane cause to the area but as far as the house goes, it is solid. I would definitely return because it's a perfect location and the house layout gives you lots of privacy. I also liked that the house is on a big lot with no other houses, you have a very spacious lot with no other neighbors. Would recommend Ensenada Cinco as a vacation rental.
