Great location within walking distancew of the main Plaza with room for all seven of us to have our own bedrooms. We cooked and ate together using the indoor and outdoor dining spaces as well as enjoying the common areas.
The kitchen was generally well outfitted but could use a tea kettle and sharper knives. The beds were ok but one was so soft that it could not be used and I had to sleep on a couch and then on the floor.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was large and so comfortable for 8 ladies. Room to stretch out and everyone had their own space. Easy walk to the Plaza. We highly recommend and will stay again.

The house accommodated our family of 14, Spacious living room and dining room with beautiful panoramic view. Most of our meals were prepared in the kitchen which was fully equipped. The dishwasher, however, was on its' last leg, and probably needs to be replaced. We also encountered some ants in one of the bedrooms. The backyard was very nice, and we spent many hours reading and enjoying the wonderful view of the mountains.

The property manager developed a nice repour with me and kept me informed regarding my stay. The directions for utilizing the home were precise. The home was clean and decorated nicely. Additional blankets, and comfort items like shampoo and other soaps helped as I didn't have to worry about anybody forgetting any of these items for our trip. I was able to utilize the kitchen to cook a few meals and found cooking equipment laid out in an easy to find manner in the kitchen. The serving dishes were also plentiful and clean. No complaints or ideas for improvement for this property. Everything was perfect.

Mark's house with the downstairs apartment was perfect for our family of 4 adult couples and 4 kids, 11 mos - 8 years. Plenty of room to share space and also have some privacy. The location is awesome ... walk-able to nearly everything we wanted to do! Mark is a super responsive host and very easy to work with! Definitely recommend this rental for large groups and/or families !!

The house is huge. Laid out in a way that offers all 14 people a place to get away to a quiet spot if they want to yet has a couple spots where all 14 can be together. Mountain views yet 10 minute walk to the square.

The place was perfect - we had plenty of room and could gather easily. There were 5 of us who have known each other for decades so it was just perfect for individual space and common fun. Mark was great at responding to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Our group of 11 adults (no couples), fit perfectly into this wonderful home. Santa Fe is very walkable, so we enjoyed the proximity as well. For other parts of our journey, such as a trip to Ten Thousand Waves and a nearby hike, we opted to go with our rental cars though.

We held a family reunion for 8 people here. Best features are location (10-15 walk from Santa Fe plaza), multiple gathering spaces for the whole group around tables inside and in outside seating areas, and the views over the hills of Santa Fe. There are stairs, but our group was able to handle that. Easy access to sites out of town as well. Recommend for groups.

The house was ideal for my husband, myself, and my family as we united for the weekend of our daughters wedding. The large kitchen and dining area gave us a chance to cook and gather together, and even watch the beautiful fall thunderstorms. The location was perfect for our needs.

We stayed at Casa Junipero for five blissful nights. There were 12 adults--all close relatives of my dear niece who was getting married elsewhere in town. The house was a perfect place to relax between parties, hikes, shopping jaunts, museums, and, of course, unbelievably great dining experiences. We’ll especially appreciated the magic rooftop garden, where we could lounge, cook out, and watch the stars. The famous Santa Fe Fiesta rocked all weekend at the nearby Plaza, but our house was a nicely sequestered oasis in a very quiet residential neighborhhod.
Inside, the house was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated in a clean, uncluttered southwestern modern style. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms plentiful, and the abundant windows offered scenic mountain views and lots of light.
Our super host Mark answered all queries very promptly, offered useful practical advice, and went out of his way to make us feel like honored guests. And Mark's Santa Fe agent, Shaan, who lives nearby, was reliably on call to deal with any issues. As it turned out we had none, as our stay was perfect.
I'd definitely book Casa Junipero--a fabulous find!

Five siblings plus various other family members gathered in Santa Fe from all over the country. The house was large and comfortable, with plenty of space for gathering as well as privacy. The owner very kindly bought a folding table and chairs to supplement the dining table so we could all sit down together. And we enjoyed the patio, especially in the evening. The house is quite close to downtown; we walked many times for museums, shopping, performances, and restaurants. Dishwasher was not working (was repaired while we were there) but we had many willing hands to pitch in.

Property was great for our large group of adults. Plenty of space to enjoy separate activities or gather for a meal or celebrate a birthday. We loved the short walk to The Plaza and other retail attractions. Owner was courteous and prompt with all communication and property was represented well in the listing. Kitchen was well stocked and had adequate appliances and utensils for our needs. Yard was great for outside activity. Lots of natural light with great windows in every room.
The house and furnishings are a bit dated but not to the point of being a detraction from an enjoyable experience. We had some grumblings about water pressure (showers) and some bathroom sinks didn't drain properly, but again this wasn't a big deal. There are cameras on the interior of the property which is somewhat of a concern to privacy - but we don't know how they are used... hopefully just for security purposes and not 24/7 surveillance. TV's were not updated (HD) and somewhat small by today's standards, but all worked properly with great accessories. Some beds (and bedding) were wonderful while others were subpar and need to be replaced.
We would visit this property again with a large group. There are many more pro's than con's. You just won't find a better space for a large group that is this close to old town Santa Fe. We had a wonderful stay.

We were 15 ladies celebrating my 60th birthday and this house was fantastic! It was a 14 minute walk to Santa Fe plaza where we had many lunch and dinner reservations. The house was clean and pretty and had everything we needed as far as supplies. We would definitely come back!

The property is very spacious and great for a large group. It's located within walking distance to the plaza (about half a mile) and was very convenient for dinners and driving up the mountain to ski. We had a small issue with the lockbox for the key, but the property manager arrived quickly to assist. Mark was responsive throughout the process. We had elderly people in our party, so the showers were too slippery for them. I'd recommend adding something to the bottom of the tubs or a sticky mat to make that less dangerous.

My extended family and I spent a lovely Christmas vacation at Casa Junipero. Mark the owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. The home is quite spacious, with a unique layout. Our favorite part of the space was the large dining area that allowed us to have family dinners together overlooking the mountains and Santa Fe Plaza. I would highly recommend this property to families looking for a spacious rental close to all the magical spots in Santa Fe.

My colleagues and I were in Santa Fe for a language conference and were having great difficulty finding hotel accommodation for our 9-person team. It was much more cost effective to rent a home for the week. There was more than enough space and a huge dining table and gathering areas that were comfortable for discussions. We also benefitted from access to laundry & appreciated the outdoor areas, greenery, and great view. The house is walking distance to downtown, museums, and historical sites. There are plenty of cultural opportunities in the local parks & Native owned shops. The homeowner was friendly and responsive, even taking time to talk about the history of the house with us as it related to Indigenous schools. The basement & attached apartment provided privacy & the entertainment of a pool table. There are also pleasant little birds occupying the tree outside. We enjoyed our stay immensely & were pleasantly surprised by little touches like some spices in the cabinets. Lovely :)

I would have given 5 stars except for problem getting the key out of the key box that did not work properly. We never were able to reach the owner by phone or text and there was no number to call a property manager otherwise lean and good location for walking to plaza etc.

Our family loves Santa Fe and this home was a great place for us to share that love with extended family. We had an array of ages and interests that could be accommodated. 4 “ish” blocks to the square and less than a mile to a play park, everyone could be happy.

This is our second year renting this spacious house which is very family or group friendly. The kitchen is good for a crowd and there is ample seating inside and out. Awesome location, spacious; some details lacking
Awesome location walking distance to the plaza area but on a hill with a beautiful view from the dining room. Spacious home perfect for our family gathering (pool table provided a lot of entertainment to all generations present!) Easy check-out (no tedious stripping of bedsheets or the like).
However a lack of attention to details kept this from being truly great. Basic, cheap furnishings in some rooms. No coffee or sugar stocked to start our first morning after arriving late the evening before. Once we got coffee, only 7 mugs available in a home advertised to sleep 10. Wi-fi weak, only useable in rooms closest to router. No door locks for privacy on bathrooms (though one had a lock which was improperly installed, rendering it useless. This reflected the general lack of care of many fixtures placed in the home). Backyard overgrown with weeds, no landscaping. Expectation that we purchase additional propane if the 20 liter tank for the grill happens to run out during our stay (hosts should see to it that there is a full extra one on hand before every stay.)
Overall the home was great for our multi-generational gathering and we enjoyed the availability of space the property offered and proximity to some of the sights. Home was well cleaned upon arrival.

Great facility and location for large groups visiting Santa Fe
We needed seven bedrooms in one house within walking distance of the Plaza, and the Downtown Santa Fe house delivered on all aspects. The house matched the description online and had all the extras, including a large backyard for outdoor dining and parking for five cars. It was absolutely clean and stocked with plenty of towels, bathroom amenities, and kitchen condiments. The location means you can walk to the central sights--no hassles parking in downtown Santa Fe. Yet it's in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
